I have been using the phone for a long time, and I now skype as much as I do talk on the cell. We do a lot of business overseas and it does become quite amazing the technology that is out there. Would you like to create an “Acceleration Tsunami” in your home business mlm?

What would it take for YOU to become an Accelerator that catalyzes people to acceleration?

How would that impact your network marketing business and team?

In a recent post that I wrote yesterday, I talked about the 4 positions in life that people occupy and how to recruit them as well as understand who they are in your organization. This is important as you will see as your team grows these 4 positions being filled, as well as in the prospects that you talk to.

All mlm prospects fall into one of those 4 categories that you are planning on recruiting. Depending on the category they are positioned, will influence heavily their ability to succeed or fail at your work at home business.

But there is a way that you can create an “Acceleration Tsunami of Success” in your home business, and there is a secret that you must be aware of.

To do that-

It STARTS WITH YOU.

If you are going to catalyze Acceleration in your results, volume, team, or anything else, it all starts with who you see in the mirror.

And that Acceleration Switch is called DECISION.

Acceleration of success starts with a DECISION for YOU to change, and then implement it.

You may have to rescript your thinking and talking, as well as your expectations. You will have to start creating a new, powerful INPUT STREAM into your mind, that will start the change process from where you are, to becoming an ACCELERATOR. You cannot stay the same, and expect things to change. This input comes for listening to CDs, to watching online videos, to reading powerful ebooks, to talking to Successful people and upline about Success and Leadership and what advice they can give you.

I am all the time asking how can I improve, how to get to the next level, and what comes after that. YOU should be doing the same thing. That;s what Acclerators DO.

Most people that gravitate to the new social networking and mobile marketing processes that are now available on the internet and mobile devices, will see income and even wealth much quicker than the average person that does not use it daily for business. These new social /mobile sites as well as technology and software, accelerate the ability to communicate, prospect, present, follow up, communicate, and close the prospect faster than anything that has ever existed in the network marketing profession.

The Secret of The Accelerator.

The Accelerator Position is where the new millionaire are going to come from. THAT is a powerful statement and is the reason YOU need to embrace the new internet social / mobile processes and sites, and let them become a part of your network marketing home business work.

And that means DAILY.

People who are in the Acclerator position also love taking people with them. They are the bloggers and video heads that educate people on the new things their business offers. They are the internet radio and TV pros and podcasters that educate people on the new ideas that have helped others. They are the wiki and mobile marketing folks that make the community get involved and reach out to them about their products and business. They are the tweeters, texters, SMSers and IMers that make the micro blogging communication go.

This is where you need to be headed.

And I do mean if you truly want to succeed at Network Marketing Home business today. You must at least get into a process that allows you to connect to the acceleration power of the internet and social / mobile sites and start there. Do you want to honestly create the income that sets you free?

Then take a Billion Dollar Trainer’s advice and move in to the Acceleration Position.

The future of this industry will be with the Accelerators and the Growers. And even the Growers should be moving towards embracing the attitude of the Accelerator.

Here is an “Acceleration Script” you can use daily to KEEP ON TARGET with your Success in network marketing:

“I will not be stopped, or delayed in moving towards my goals and dreams. I will stay ahead of the curve- and I will set my OWN curve because they do not move as fast as I want. I will not listen to anyone that does not get it, and I will be educated only by those who have already been there and proven themselves to be the real deal. PLEASE – Enough of the hype, and the promises. Give me REAL – Keep it REAL- and nothing else. I am the new upcoming millionaire in this business and that is the ONLY destiny I have. Twitter / facebook / google+ /text me if you want to go with me.”

These are 3% of the population. And the 17% of the population that are the Growers should grow to become an Accelerator that will be un-denied and unstoppable in any home based direct sales business.

The Measure of a LEADER in NETWORK MARKETING.

There is something that all leaders need to know and realize. In a recent post I said that there are 2 types of roles in network marketing:

1. Reseller of products.

2. Leader.

Most of the people on your team will drive volume-online or offline-with the reselling of the product line.

But what about the Leader?

What occurs there? What is the way that can you see if a true leader has done their job? What are some of the specifics of a leader that you know he/she is rocking the growth of their team?

Is it the volume they have produced? Is it the money they have earned? The number of recruits they have personally brought in?

Those are good questions.

Understand that the measure of a Leader is NOT related to the money made in a Home based NETWORK MARKETING business.

The measure of a Leader is not in the wealth that he/she has amassed. Yes, that is what people talk about, but it is NOT what this business IS ABOUT.

Are you open to seeing your home business accelerate dramatically?

What is there is a phrase or a word you can use that many people can relate to and even know many that can as well for your work at home business??

What if you could use it online, in social media, skype, mobile recruiting, as well as offline networking?

In the marketplace today, unemployment is at nearly 9% and some say by may 2012 it could be at 10%.

What can we do about it that will HELP people survive a layoff? Is there a way that people can move past it and rise above it?

There is a RULE that we have been teaching for quite sometime that has made a huge difference in people’s mlm businesses. it has opened up possibilities in prospect’s minds that were not quite sure of the message being shared.

What is a Word that you can use that everyone can realte to somehow?

“LAYOFFS.”

And the Rule of Layoffs for MLM recruiting is:

There are NO LAY OFFS when you own your own business from home.

There are only PAY OFFS.

Many people do not realize just how many layoffs have occurred from September 2009 to December 2011. According to the US Government- there were nearly 7 million layoffs during that period, more than any other period -and the last 3 decades combined.

There is an estimate that there will be more jobs lost coming in summer 2012. Possible Layoffs still are over the news and all over the internet.

Lets say you are on facebook or twiter and talking to someone or you may be on a conversation on LinkedIn.

Here is a question that you can ask your prospect:

“Just curious…in your circle of friends and family- do you know anyone that has been laid off?”

This question gets to the VERY CORE of much of the economic challenges that people have today, and you can help them in a way that a job never could.

Yes, a new job would TEMPORARILY take care of their issue…but..

They are putting themselves in the same position that got them there to begin with!

Here is a little mlm recruiting secret that you can use:

Do not talk just layoffs.

Talk Payoffs.

Your own business will never let you be laid off. It will let you be paid off- over and over and over- in PROFITS that Multiply.

With over 7 more million jobs being lost the last 3 years, layoffs will still be a hot topic for all of 2012 and probably longer. Yes there is an election coming, and something positive actually may happen in 2012, but don’t count on it according to most economists. Just focus on PRVENTING the prospect from going through a layoff.

When someone gets laid off, most panic. They have no “safety net.” You can give them a safety net with your home business.

Tell them you can help them prepare economically for ANYTHING that would possibly happen in their career- or lack of one. Focus on the LOSS OF REVENUES and INCOME does NOT have to happen if they get laid off.

They can still pay their bills and enjoy life even during a layoff with their OWN HOME BUSINESS.

Talk about it. Focus on it. Look at it. But then- have a solution for it.

Talk Layoffs. Talk about their own work at home business.

But focus on PAYOFFS with a network marketing home business.

What do you do with your prospect list you are building for your home business?

Do you build it daily? weekly?

Here are 7 powerful list building gems that you can use for your home business mlm that i use and have proven to rock any list building:

1. Power Focused Article Marketing.

With power article marketing, I’m not focused on the usual step of submitting your articles to the usual article directories for my home business. Do not get me wrong–that still works in today’s marketplace extremely well. What I’m referring to is FOCUSED SUBMISSION-which is submitting your power articles to popular Authority Sites in your home business market. Let me explain. If you’re in the Internet marketing niche, popular sites like Entrepreneur, About, Ehow, Associate Programs and even popular blogs like Site Fling are possible places to submit articles.

Submitting your articles at these types of submission places means you’ll have less competition in your niche and receive a bunch more traffic without being forced to compete with thousands of other articles.

2. Power Forum Marketing.

This has been around for a long time-but it still works. The problem with many people when it comes to forums is they lack a VERY important component: A SYSTEM. You’ll want to create a list of authority forums in your niche, and then submit to all of them DAILY– no exception. If you have a list of say, 7 forums, and you submit 4 posts to each of them every day, you’ll get a steady flow of new leads and names every day. And this is just ONE of the many ways you can build a list on forums. Forums can bring a LOT of traffic if you work them daily.

3. The Secret of “List Builders.”

What is a LIST BUILDER? Good question. Think RECIPROCATE. List builders typically work like this: you sign up for the exchange, and you can promote to thousands of other members with an email promotion, but you also agree to receive emails from other members as well. Examples of these types of list building networks include: List Joe, The List Auction, Viral URL and Viral Ads Unleashed system. I have personally used List Joe and Viral url, and I recommend this as a great way to build a quick list.

4. FREE Giveaways

Giving something FREE away is another powerful method of building your list. The idea is that dozens of list builders promote the your giveaway so everyone grows their lists-including YOU. The issue with some folks to that you may be “giving” away a lot of your people to dozens of other lists. Well, these days, you don’t even have to promote the giveaway if you choose not to. Yes, you read that right- you are NOT forced to! NOTE: Many list building events provide the option of upgrading so you will receive additional points that will increase and better the position of your free giveaway.

5. Power Video Marketing.

Video marketing is an extremely flexible and powerful strategy for creating traffic. The hard part actually is getting the video created if you do not know how. I suggest using the FLIP video camera as that is a great and quick way to do it. Once a video is done, promotion can be easy using automated tools like Hey Spread and Traffic geyser. These powerful tools (or websites) submit your videos automatically to more than a dozen of the most popular video sharing websites online. Imagine if you create a short 3 to 5 minute video every week and submit it to more than a dozen of video sharing sites weekly. That should be enough to give you a quick growing list from your mlm videos for your home business.

6. Craigslist

The popularity of Craigslist.org is not even measurable. Most people do not know this, the last 3 years, Craigslist’s popularity grew by 62% – A YEAR. This is probably because more people are going online to either search for bargains or to look for jobs or business opportunities. Writing a blog is laborious, there is NO DOUBT–but at the same time it can drive a flood of targeted visitors to your home business. And these are just a few of the amazing ways that you can create leads and build a list with your blog.

Are you planning on setting 2012 goals this year for your home business whether online or offline, social media or social networking LIVE?

What are your PLANS for your network marketing goals and ar ethey gong to MOVE YOU?

There are only 2 types of goals – Goals that PUSH you and paralyze you, and goals that PULL you towards them almost effortlessly in your mlm home business.

I call them MAGNETIC Goals.

Most set PUSH goals and begin the laborious process of working, working, and working, and never feeling like they are going to achieve them.

How do you CONNECT to Magnetic Goals for your home business?

Simple.

Magnetic Goals basically revolve around LIFESTYLE and INCOME.

Yes you can set goals as far as physical, and professional, and emotional. But Magnetic Goals are more powered by Lifestyle and Income.

Here is a Million Dollar question:

What part of your Lifestyle do you want to Enlarge in 2012 and when you think about that, it MOVES you on the inside with excitement and HOPE ?

Write that down.

Now, the next step:

What is the FIRST THING you need to do in order to start MOVING TOWARDS that Magnetic Goal? What are the parts to that first step?

BREAK IT DOWN into doable parts and actions. Then set a REWARD for yourself once you have achieved these small steps.

For instance, the FIRST thing you need to do to increase your income in 2012 is to increase your activity level, say by holding 30% more business conversations in 2012, which will increase your exposures, which will increase your prospects, which will increase your presentations, which will increase results.

Start with Activity level and break it down into the actions that you will be taking:

Prospecting, approaching, presenting, following up and closing.

NOW you have to set goals for EACH TASK– BUT set a reward and Celebration for achieving the increased number in each task. The normal increase that most can get excited about and seeing done is 30%. If you wanted 6 new leads a week last year- focus on 8 new leads a week in 2012 (a 30% increase.) If you want 50 new leads a week, then in 2012, it would be 65 new leads.

Put a weekly activity sheet together now, and fill in your activities DAILY and let your sponsor know what you are doing and send them a copy of your weekly Magnet Sheet.

Now…

What is the SECOND THING you need to do in order to continue moving towards that Magnetic Goal? What are the parts of that step? BREAK IT DOWN into doable parts and actions. Then set a REWARD for yourself once you have achieved these small steps moving you towards your network marketing success and lifestyle.

Continue to focus on ALL the STEPS that are needed in order to capture the Magnetic Goal. Write them down in order and break each one down into small doable actions and set rewards along the way a shown above.

These “rewards” are known as “Success Magnets” as they keep you focused on achieving the goal for your new lifestyle and home business.

Now….engage the FIRST small step — of the first thing you do to start moving towards the goal. Once you have achieved this action- write the Success down in your “Celebration Journal” and continue on to the next small step.

Now…here is the “secret sauce”- Get a poster board and some magazines and clip out pictures of those images that look like what your Magnetic Goal is in lifestlye and income. These represent your increased lifestyle and income, so STRETCH yourself and DREAM and then find the dream pictures. Paste them on the board and above the pictures write- “2012 Magnetic Goals Achieved” and look at it daily to weld that picture into your mind of where you are headed in 2012.

The secret to Magnetic Goal Success is LACK of OVERWHELM and LOTS of EMOTIONAL FIRE on the inside for the Lifestyle.

These types of goals are “chunked down” and not overwhelming. But they are also EXCITING to you because they are leading you step by step to a new, incredible lifestyle- one sale, one recruit, one new team member ar a time for your home based business.

If you set Magnetic Goals, you will start seeing them PULL YOU towards a life and lifestyle that you never thought possible in your network marketing home business!

And here is a post that will make you smile, based on the poem “Twas the Night Before Christmas” but applied to the network marketing profession.

Here is something that will make you smile and look forward to Christmas eve!

Twas the Night before Net-Work Nick!

Twas the night before Christmas, all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, except me clicking my mouse,
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care
With all my applications to be sent laying there..

The children were all nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of millions danced in my head,
and mamma and her kercheif and I in my “never quit” cap
had just settled down for a long winter’s nap.

When out on the lawn there rose such a clatter,
I sprang from my magnet mattress to see what’s the matter
Away to the window i flew like a flash,
Stumbled over my new dealer kit and threw up the sash

The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow,
gave a diamond bright quality to the objects below
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear
but a miniature sleigh and and a downline of reindeer

With a little ol driver so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment in must be Net-Work Nick…
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
and he motivated them like crazy calling them by name

Now Dasher, Now Dancer, Now prancer, now Vixen,
On Comet, and Cupid, Start 30 day blitzing!
To the top of the pay plan! To the top of it all!
now dash away dash away! dash away all!

As dry leaves that before a wild hurricane fly,
when they meet with an obstacle it increases the drive,
So up to the house top the coursers they flew,
with the sleigh full of product, and Net-Work Nick too!

And then in a twinkling I heard on the roof,
Recruit Recruit Recruit! and the sound of each hoof
As I drew in my hand, was turning around,
down the chimney Net-Work Nick came with a bound

he was dressed all in fur, like all the “Diamonds” do,
and his suit was Versace,with boots brand new,
A bundle of products and apps on his back,
and he looked at me as he opened his sack…

His eyes how they twinkled as if he took out his apps,
His cheeks were like rubies his lips how they flapped
His droll little mouth was speaking of MLM,
and the beard he had looked distinguished on him..

The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
as he took out a board and started talking to me,
Circles,and more Circles he drew as he was telling,
and when he laughed he shook like a bowl full of jelly.

He wanted me to join santaclause.com,
and be one of his frontline, be number one.
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
soon I was signing my name in red.

He spoke not a word, for he knew how it worked,
and when I signed the application away it was jerked
and laying his finger aside of his nose,
he gave me my dealer kit, and up the chimney he rose

He sprang to his sleigh to his downline gave a shout
and away they all flew for another prospects house,
But I heard him exclaim as he drove out of site…
Duplicate Duplicate! Morning-noon- and night!!!
