Navigation is LEADING.

People follow strength.

You MUST help and guide people to a decision that is right for them.

In a multi level marketing home business, yes it can take a while to build it.

Especially if you build it wrong.

Many people think when they enroll in a home business, they have won the lottery, not understanding it IS A BUSINESS. And the business acumen needed often escapes them. And I see this all the time in every company I am blessed to work with.

Do YOU ever get frustrated and discouraged?

Do YOU ever feel like walking away and forgetting about it?

Do YOU ever feel like you made the wrong decision?

If you have, then you are part of the majority of everyone who has ever owned any kind of a business.Do you some of the time feel in your business that you essentially are making an endeavor yet at the same time nearly arriving at the objective? this may be on the grounds that the objectives you set are excessively indistinct. Furthermore, with muddled objectives, it turns out to be simple for you to get engage with smarta mål to make sense of your day by day errands as opposed to arriving at our objectives on schedule.

Well…So many times we have seen as an industry and profession, people not really understanding Multi level Marketing, and because of that, truly do the industry a disservice by leaving the industry, and then saying bad things about it.

Ok….what are the three secrets?

1) Multi Level Marketing is about LEVERAGE.

You have heard this before. But understand why leverage is so important: Leveraging time is the single greatest secret of the wealthy. They understand that if you leverage your time, you can then create an army doing the job that normally one person would do by himself, thus creating greater effort and results.

You MUST leverage your time and income to create wealth. Yes, you must work very hard, but having 25 others working towards building your multi level marketing business as well as their business is the most powerful form of leverage there is. All corporations leverage other people’s efforts, and then combine all the employees efforts to create a business!

Multi Level marketing does the same thing. It allows you to build a team of mlm distributors and then leverage their time and effort, and combined with yours, can potentially build a solid home based business.

There is NO wealth of any kind if there is no leverage. You either are leveraging effort, time, money, or people. Multi level Marketing allows you to leverage all 4.

2) Multi Level Marketing is about DUPLICATION.

We all have heard this before many times: You gotta DUPLICATE!

But what exactly do you duplicate in Multi level marketing? Simple. You duplicate TASKS, and then form them into a PROCESS that is step by step path to Success.

You cannot duplicate personalities, we know that. But you CAN duplicate the tasks that are necessary to create the results that will form a Success in Multi level Marketing.

The home business tasks you duplicate are prospecting, contacting, presenting, following up,and getting the decision. You also can duplicate in your mlm business training, recruiting, building for events, and getting a new distributor started, among other tasks as well.

3) Multi Level Marketing is about MULTIPLICATION.

What do you multiply?

LEADERSHIP.

Folks want a Path they can travel, and most want it in modules, or steps. What does your Leadership Path offer and what are the steps?

Have you CLEARLY laid out the path so they can follow with no challenge to where you are leading them?

Are the links and any other “doorways” to new ideas working?

Are the videos you are doing compelling?

Are the pod casts short and to the point and interesting?

Are the blogs readable and well written?

Are any notes or tweets easy to understand?

All a path is is a series of social media “doorways” that lead to where you want them to go. Call them bread crumbs. Call them arrows pointing to a place. But either way, they first lead a person to a place and activity to be taken.

Everyone listens to radio station KIA-AM. That stands for “Keep It All About ME”. Make EVERYTHING about the prospect and what they will receive when that enter the “Promised Land” you are guiding them to.

Make the path they have to travel, click to, or learn about interesting and always point to something they will learn, enjoy, feel good about, and feel glad they took that path with you.

3) A PROMISE.

What as a leader, are you promising anyone that will follow you?

Gain? Increase? Education? Improvement? Answers? Solutions?

Or are you offering them something so of VALUE that not matter who it is, it is TOO Valuable to turn down?

Promises are a dime a dozen-unless you LEAD people to the promise and DELIVER, and set yourself apart from the crowd with REAL relationships in the social arena, as all leaders build connections and Value in all they do.

Make a Promise- and KEEP IT- no matter what. That is Leadership in Social Media.

4) A POWERFUL CONCLUSION.

Nothing will point to you as a Social Media Leader quicker than a Powerful Conclusion to the Promise. Give them what you said you would. Take them where you said you would. Teach them what you said you would.

In a home based business, there has to be a time that the MLM prospect is asked to DO SOMETHING.

They have seen a video.

They may have seen a webinar.

They may have tried the product.

They may have been to a LIVE home business meeting.

But you know in your gut that it is TIME to get them to MOVE ON or MOVE OUT.

In network marketing, it is often called CLOSING.

We prefer the word “Navigating” as that is actually what you are doing. You are helping to “navigate” the person to the decision that is RIGHT FOR THEM.

But there are 7 HUGE mistakes that we have found that distributors make that truly push the prospect away or even worse, make them angry.

And if you are making even ONE of these mistakes, you need to throttle it back and stop in your MLM business.

Here are the 7 Biggest Mistakes made in “Closing” the MLM Prospect:

1. Too Much Pressure.

If you pressure the prospect to make a decision, usually it will be NOT to do this business. Yes, you must MOVE the prospect, but not through pressure. That is a HUGE mistake made in this profession. Take off the pressure and see how the prospect responds. I believe you will like how it turns out. I would suggest you to check h-t to know things to avoid and things to do in business.

2. Talking the prospect out of Joining.

WHAT??? Yep. You do that with way too much verbiage and way too much conversation. Too many words= I am CONVINCING YOU. Convincing is NOT Closing. Closing is simply asking questions and reassuring the prospect that all is well and the need for your product and business is real. I would suggest ask a question and then remain quiet. Let them make their mind up with you encouraging them…but not talking them out of it.

3. Lack of Leadership.

“Closing” is leading someone to a decision that is BEST for them-not just you. Prospects are looking for SOLUTIONS and you need to come across like a LEADER and provide the Solutions they are looking for. Lead them with your words and Success stories you tell them, as well as your strength. Leadership Power is 70% of “closing” a home business prospect. Most focus on the other 30% – what to say and do. That is EXTREMELY important- but only 30% of the equation.

4. Being too Timid or Lacking Confidence.

Timidity does NOT pay well in network marketing. Neither does lack of confidence. You must come across like you not only are Confident, but CONVINCED that this profession is the greatest thing that ever happened to your life and finances. This alone will play well. The prospect is looking for YOU for a CLUE of what to do, and your confidence will tell the prospect ‘I KNOW where I am going and how to get there. Come with me!”

5. Buying into the Prospect’s Excuses and Lameness.

Prospects often will give you an EXCUSE as to why they cannot do this business. Most of them are not valid. They are simply giving you a knee jerk response they have learned as a child. Do NOT just accept their excuse as a valid truth. Ask them about it. Get them to really see that is is not a valid excuse as they have gifts and talents yet to be discovered. Encourage-Encourage-Encourage.

6. Playing Defense and NOT Offense.

Ok. Defense is only good for ONE THING- protection. And if you are in a “protection” mode and not a “motion” mode, the prospect will sense it. You must be aggressive- but not pushy. There is a HUGE difference. Playing defense is coming across as “PLEASE!” You do not NEED them. This profession is NOT for the needy. It is for the Strong and Convinced. Quit playing defense afraid the prospect will tell you NO. If you expect that, then you will get that. Be UP and be POWERFUL. Play offense and EXPECT a YES.

7. Being Emotionally Attached to the Prospect’s Answer.

2 very Important Words: DON’T CARE.

Those are 2 business transforming words regarding the response of the prospect. If you are DETACHED to the prospect’s response, you will be so much more MAGNETIC to the prospect. Be detached to the answer. Be detached to the words of the prospect as they need to know you do NOT need them- THEY NEED YOU to move their life forward and into a bigger and grander lifestyle.

Are YOU making these mistakes?

I would suggest that you change your actions if they are in Closing your MLM and Home business prospect.
