Recruiting is something that many people teach and train on, there is no doubt. There is a lot of great information out there from a LOT of folks. I love to read and watch their stuff as a lot of it is really GOOD and we all learn from each other.

James Hicks.

Randy Gage.

Krysten Darkenwald.

Diane Hochman.

And the list goes on and on….some are new on the home business scene- others have been around a while.

But regardless whether you recruit ONLINE or OFFLINE there is a HUGE secret that seems to be rarely taught. It impacts ALL of your mlm recruiting efforts and often can accelerate them if you know this little network marketing recruiting gem.

I have a Private Client that was struggling with sponsoring prospects and we did what I call a “Recruiting Audit.” This is basically an intense check up not only on what she was doing but actually auditing the process of mlm recruiting. after a bit, I saw that there was a huge DISCONNECT to something that she had not factored into her recruiting. And when she did, it not only turned her recruiting results around, but also increased her confidence and boldness when talking with people.

We are going into the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays and these holidays carry a LOT of emotion and memories. This plays all into this little gold nugget on home business recruiting. ALL Recruiting-is 80% psychological- and 20% process. From both sides.

Read that again and THINK about it.

ALL recruiting results come from the psychology of recruiting (both from YOU and the prospect) – and the other 20% from the actions you take. The actions you engage when you recruit a prospect will have a FEELING that people will SENSE about what you are doing.

That is why COPY WRITING is so important.

That is why looking into the person’s eyes is so important.

That is why creating IMPACT with your message– online or offline- is so important.

That is why creating a Sense of URGENCY is critical.

That is what creating a CONNECTION with the prospect is imperative.

It is what people FEEL and SENSE for your message that will start to form a picture in their mind of what they perceive you as saying, and will determine their actions- or lack of actions.

That is why you SPLIT TEST landing pages. You see which page is going to MOVE the prospect to action.

That is why you continually hone your presentation– webinar or offline. You want to make sure that you MOVE the prospect and move them TOWARDS you.

KNOW that the prospect is going to MOVE – according to how you have made them FEEL – which paints a picture and perception in their minds. You can use EMOTION to get them IN MOTION.

The emotion of FEAR of Loss and HOPE of GAIN always creates a message that resonates with prospects in a big way. And if you can create that “emotional funnel” as I call it leading them to a point of DOING something, your recruiting will explode.

Many people today in network marketing are writing articles and posting blogs posts. They are adding content to their blog daily and are focused on getting traffic to their blog or from article directories. With the recent panda changes in google, article directories do not carry the clout they once did, but they are still important to the end results of recruiting. So are blog directories as well as blogging itself.

There are many mlm recruiting tips that we can teach on Article marketing, but I call it something different and have for years.

I have written over 1,200 articles online. I know a little but about this. Because of what I have seen and experienced, I call it “Article Recruiting.” Article Recruiting is much more powerful and focused on the end results- sponsoring someone.

There are many different elements of Article Recruiting, but there are 3 tips that I believe will help you enlarge and enhance you home business recruiting results in writing articles and posts. I believe that article marketing is important, but Article Recruiting is even more so if you are going to be writing articles.

Here are 3 powerful Article Recruiting Tips that will help your recruiting through marketing your articles.

1. Don’t just Keyword your article- KEY QUESTION your article.

The most searched terms on google, bing, and yahoo, are QUESTIONS. They are searched 4 to 5 times more often then any other type of search term. And most people so not use this simple tactic in their articles. I have used it for years and have stayed on the front page of google for years with articles.

Start your article off with 2 questions and even ask a question in the title. This will go far in helping you to get a better ranking on the search engines and other search directories. Notice I did it on this article. hello.

I took some time off for the last 2 years, but 6 month ago started writing again, and we get on the front page of google within 24 hours of writing an article. Yes, we are blessed to have an authority website, but it is the ARO that I am constantly focused on.

ARO stands for “ARTICLE RECRUITING OPTIMIZATION.”

This is something that we came up with in 2006 and have been teaching our Private Clients this little mlm recruiting tip. We want you to optimize your articles for SEO but also ARO. And if you do both, you will CRUSH IT out of the park.

2. At the end of your article or post- give something away free- TWICE in a ROW.

If you are going to give something away that is free, then add another ebook or another video. Why?

You will get a much better click through and download ratio. We have tested it and have found that when we did that, we get almost 300% more click throughs then if we just offer one. And you just upped your potential of recruiting someone by 300%.

Give away TWO gifts- not one.

Set yourself apart. Don’t ne like everyone else. Brand yourself as a more giving brand and more caring brand. Give twice- IN A ROW. That part is important. They MUST be in a row. Then you will see a better CTR on your article.

3. Include a video (link or embedded) at the end of your article or post asking the reader for help.

This one Article Recruiting tactic has proven to be amazing. The Private Clients we coach put a 30 second video at the end of some of their posts, and all they are saying, “Could you help me? I am looking for someone in your city…”

This has proven to be amazing in results. There has been a recruiting explosion in many instances, as a video at the end asking for help is not part of the norm in Article Marketing. But it is in Article Recruiting. Try it. You will find that it will increase your recruiting dramatically over time and even help the links and reads on your articles.

Article Recruiting is something that I believe will help a lot of people, and these tips will as well. Practice some Article Recruiting and see if your mlm recruiting does not explode in your mlm home business recruiting.

Many potential superstars in our profession of network marketing get a negative excuse from their prospects. This is normal for business in general.

Take any kind of business.

Real estate agents get excuses all the time about why a person backed out of a purchase. They get excuses of why a person did not show up for a showing of a home. They get excuses on why someone decided to quit looking for homes.

Excuses are found in every business that exists. Donald Trump I am sure has gotten a lot of excuses. I am sure that almost every business owner that exists has gotten a lot of excuses.

Especially if you build it wrong.

Many people think when they enroll in a home business, they have won the lottery, not understanding it IS A BUSINESS. And the business acumen needed often escapes them. And I see this all the time in every company I am blessed to work with.

They understand that if you leverage your time, you can then create an army doing the job that normally one person would do by himself, thus creating greater effort and results.

You MUST leverage your time and income to create wealth. Yes, you must work very hard, but having 25 others working towards building your multi level marketing business as well as their business is the most powerful form of leverage there is. All corporations leverage other people’s efforts, and then combine all the employees efforts to create a business!

Multi Level marketing does the same thing. It allows you to build a team of mlm distributors and then leverage their time and effort, and combined with yours, can potentially build a solid home based business.

There is NO wealth of any kind if there is no leverage. You either are leveraging effort, time, money, or people. Multi level Marketing allows you to leverage all 4.

2) Multi Level Marketing is about DUPLICATION.

We all have heard this before many times: You gotta DUPLICATE!

But what exactly do you duplicate in Multi level marketing? Simple. You duplicate TASKS, and then form them into a PROCESS that is step by step path to Success.

You cannot duplicate personalities, we know that. But you CAN duplicate the tasks that are necessary to create the results that will form a Success in Multi level Marketing.

The home business tasks you duplicate are prospecting, contacting, presenting, following up,and getting the decision. You also can duplicate in your mlm business training, recruiting, building for events, and getting a new distributor started, among other tasks as well.

3) Multi Level Marketing is about MULTIPLICATION.

Multiplication creates wealth in Multi level Marketing. READ THAT AGAIN.

What do you multiply?

LEADERSHIP.

You MUST multiply Leaders in your group, and they must multiply the duplication process, and results with their team.

Multi level Marketing should be called “Multiplication marketing,” as it truly is about MULTIPLICATION, not just duplication.

That is why most people fail in Multi level Marketing. They focus on Duplication, but never Multiplication. You MUST Multiply Leaders and Leadership in your group. If you don’t, your business will never create the Power within it that creates wealth.
