You MUST personalize to the prospect that THEY are your focus, and THEY are your only concern.

They listen to the radio KIA-AM. “Keep It All About Me!”

“Mary, let’s imagine you and your family spending 2 weeks on the beach in Cabo, and it is paid for by the company because you qualified for it. How would that feel? How would that impact YOUR family? Would your daughter Ashley like that?”

Keep the conversation PERSONAL. Keep the conversation about THEIR WORLD– not yours or anyone else’s. Their world is ALL that matters to them when it comes to their income and lifestyle. keep in ON and IN their world and for their future.

5. Y stands for YES.

1. Power Focused Article Marketing.

With power article marketing, I’m not focused on the usual step of submitting your articles to the usual article directories for my home business. Do not get me wrong–that still works in today’s marketplace extremely well. What I’m referring to is FOCUSED SUBMISSION-which is submitting your power articles to popular Authority Sites  in your home business market. Let me explain. If you’re in the Internet marketing niche, popular sites like Entrepreneur, About, Ehow, Associate Programs and even popular blogs like Site Fling are possible places to submit articles.

Submitting your articles at these types of submission places means you’ll have less competition in your niche and receive a bunch more traffic without being forced to compete with thousands of other articles.

2. Power Forum Marketing.

This has been around for a long time-but it still works. The problem with many people when it comes to forums is they lack a VERY important component: A SYSTEM.  You’ll want to create a list of authority forums in your niche, and then submit to all of them DAILY– no exception. If you have a list of say, 7  forums, and you submit 4 posts to each of them every day, you’ll get a steady flow of new leads and names every day. And this is just ONE of the many ways you can build a list on forums. Forums can bring a LOT of traffic if you work them daily.

3. The Secret of “List Builders.”

What is a LIST BUILDER? Good question. Think RECIPROCATE. List builders typically work like this: you sign up for the exchange, and you can promote to thousands of other members with an email promotion, but you also agree to receive emails from other members as well. Examples of these types of list building networks include: List Joe, The List Auction, Viral URL and Viral Ads Unleashed system. I have personally used List Joe and Viral url,  and I recommend this as a great way to build a quick list.

4. FREE Giveaways

Giving something FREE away is another powerful method of building your list. The idea is that dozens of list builders promote the your giveaway so everyone grows their lists-including YOU. The issue with some folks to that you may be “giving” away a lot of your people to dozens of other lists. Well, these days, you don’t even have to promote the giveaway if you choose not to. Yes, you read that right- you are NOT forced to!  NOTE: Many list building events provide the option of upgrading so you will receive additional points that will increase and better the position of your free giveaway.

5. Power Video Marketing.

Video marketing is an extremely flexible and powerful strategy for creating traffic. The hard part actually is getting the video created if you do not know how. I suggest using the FLIP video camera as that is a great and quick way to do it. Once a video is done, promotion can be easy using automated tools like Hey Spread and Traffic geyser. These powerful tools (or websites) submit your videos automatically to more than a dozen of the most popular video sharing websites online. Imagine if you create a short 3 to 5 minute video every week and submit it to more than a dozen of video sharing sites weekly. That should be enough to give you a quick growing list from your mlm videos for your home business.

6. Craigslist

The popularity of Craigslist.org is not even measurable.  Most people do not know this, the last 3 years, Craigslist’s popularity grew by 62% – A YEAR. This is probably because more people are going online to either search for bargains or to look for jobs or business opportunities. Writing a blog is laborious,  there is NO DOUBT–but at the same time it can drive a flood of targeted visitors to your home business. And these are just a few of the amazing ways that you can create leads and build a list with your blog.

There are only 2 types of goals – Goals that PUSH you and paralyze you, and goals that PULL you towards them almost effortlessly in your mlm home business.

Magnetic Goals LIGHT YOU UP – just thinking of them.

Magnetic Goals FIRE YOU UP.

Magnetic Goals SET YOUR FUTURE ONFIRE.

You are so DRAWN TOWARDS these types of Goals that you cannot see any other possibility except to capture those goals for your multi level marketing business.

Magnetic Goals STRETCH YOU and GROW YOU as they are powerful growth tools. They also ENLARGE YOU in what you think is possible in 2012.

How do you CONNECT to Magnetic Goals for your home business?

Simple.

Magnetic Goals basically revolve around LIFESTYLE and INCOME.

Yes you can set goals as far as physical, and professional, and emotional. But Magnetic Goals are more powered by Lifestyle and Income.

Here is a Million Dollar question:

What part of your Lifestyle do you want to Enlarge in 2012 and when you think about that, it MOVES you on the inside with excitement and HOPE ?

Write that down.

Now, the next step:

What is the FIRST THING you need to do in order to start MOVING TOWARDS that Magnetic Goal? What are the parts to that first step?

BREAK IT DOWN into doable parts and actions. Then set a REWARD  for yourself once you have achieved these small steps.

For instance, the FIRST thing you need to do to increase your income in 2012 is to increase your activity level, say by holding 30% more business conversations in 2012, which will increase your exposures, which will increase your prospects, which will increase your presentations, which will increase results.

Start with Activity level and break it down into the actions that you will be taking:

Prospecting, approaching, presenting, following up and closing.

NOW you have to set goals for EACH TASK– BUT set a reward and Celebration for achieving the increased number in each task. The normal increase that most can get excited about and seeing done is 30%. If you wanted 6 new leads a week last year- focus on 8 new leads a week in 2012 (a 30% increase.) If you want 50 new leads a week, then in 2012, it would be 65 new leads.

Put a weekly activity sheet together now, and fill in your activities DAILY and let your sponsor know what you are doing and send them a copy of your weekly Magnet Sheet.

Now…

What is the SECOND THING you need to do in order to continue moving towards that Magnetic Goal? What are the parts of that step? BREAK IT DOWN into doable parts and actions. Then set a REWARD for yourself once you have achieved these small steps moving you towards your network marketing success and lifestyle.

Continue to focus on ALL the STEPS that are needed in order to capture the Magnetic Goal.  Write them down in order and break each one down into small doable actions and set rewards along the way a shown above.

These “rewards” are known as “Success Magnets” as they keep you focused on achieving the goal for your new lifestyle and home business.

Now….engage the FIRST small step — of the first thing you do to start moving towards the goal. Once you have achieved this action- write the Success down in your “Celebration Journal” and continue on to the next small step.

Now…here is the “secret sauce”- Get a poster board and some magazines and clip out pictures of those images that look like what your Magnetic Goal is in lifestlye and income. These represent your increased lifestyle and income, so STRETCH yourself and DREAM and then find the dream pictures. Paste them on the board and above the pictures write- “2012 Magnetic Goals Achieved” and look at it daily to weld that picture into your mind of where you are headed in 2012.

The secret to Magnetic Goal Success is LACK of OVERWHELM and LOTS of EMOTIONAL FIRE on the inside for the Lifestyle.

These types of goals are “chunked down” and not overwhelming. But they are also EXCITING to you because they are leading you step by step to a new, incredible lifestyle- one sale, one recruit, one new team member ar a time for your home based business.

If you set Magnetic Goals, you will start seeing them PULL YOU towards a life and lifestyle that you never thought possible in your network marketing home business!

Find out where your prospects are in the social media arena, and then BE THERE DAILY.

 It’s VERY important to maintain a consistent presence on social media sites, but not  just any social media network. In order to connect and converse with potential and current prospects; you have to be where they actually are in the social media market.

If you, like so many people, are posting content and updates blindly to Twitter without any conversation, and members of your target audience aren’t even showing a presence there, then is that helping or hurting?

One of the very first steps in powerful use of social media for recruiting and  generating leads is to do some research, and find out which social networking sites your target prospects are active and participate on a very consistent basis.

Then, when you actually do share your message and content and business, you will know you’re building awareness for your social media assets, including your blog, your brand, your product, your free offers, and any other type of content and infomration you offer consistently.

Being Aware of who is where in your target market for your business and product can be a powerful first step for lead generation. Prospects for the most part, can go through a time of learning and feel more comfortable about your business and making a decision whether they should study you and your company any further.

In social media, you go where the prospects are. You go to s grocery store to buy groceries. You go to a drug store to get a prescription. You go to the social sites to find your prospects.

The FEAR of Rejection in MLM.

Does fear create a barrier between you and your success in your mlm home business?

FEAR is nothing more than a paralyzing emotion that creates a stoppage in what you are doing and shifts your focus from what you want to happen, to what fear is stopping from happening.

In 2012, you need to make a DECISION that you are going to conquer FEAR or Rejection once and for all and move past it.

If you do not, you will never see the Success that you deserve and desire. Most people struggle with some form of it.

You do not need to.

You can overcome it and conquer it.

You can  rise above it.

You can become a fearless person if you so choose to. It is UP TO YOU.

What do we need to understand about FEAR concerning your home based business?

What is the number one cause of failure in marketing and home based businesses?

The struggle with, and the lack of ability to overcome the fear of rejection.

Why do network marketers let this fear influence their behavior in a negative and paralyzing fashion??

Here are some thoughts that may help explain some things…

1. Not everyone you talk to will want to do business with you.

Timing would be bad or they are just not interested. You have done  NOTHIN wrong. It is just not for them NOW.

2. Expecting everyone you meet to like or accept you is to completely out of reality.

There are some people too focused on what they are doing to ever care about what you are doing. Just the way it is.

3. If you don’t ask for what you want,  it is highly unlikely you will ever get it.

Most people do not ASK. They play around with it, and some even avoid asking. The Power of asking- online or offline- for the business is a MUST.

4. The fear of rejection prevents you from asking questions, asking for an appointment, asking for someone to join you.  HELLO?

If you do not ask questions for an appointment, or people to join you you will never have a business. Only a lot of frustration.

5. The fear of rejection is one of the biggest causes of failure in every area of life, not just network marketing and mlm.

This is something that you must understand. it is NOT just in home business. It is in LIFE and you must overcome it.

6. The fear of rejection is a mind set and heart set issue and can only be overcome by strengthening other thought and attitudes – such as confidence, self-belief, patience, trust, and self-image.

Developing confidence alone is one of the most powerful ways to overcome fear of rejection. All fear is, is the lack of overcoming confidence.

7. The fear of rejection is a symptom of a need for acceptance, approval or validation.

Many people today are “approval-aholics.” I was for years. But understanding WHY you are like that can help you overcome that and massively increase your business online and offline.

8. The fear of rejection sends a powerful non-verbal message to your prospect that you lack not only confidence or belief in yourself, but also your product and your ability to help him or solve their issues and challenges in life.

I sprang from my magnet mattress to see what’s the matter
Away to the window i flew like a flash,
Stumbled over my new dealer kit and threw up the sash


The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow,
gave a diamond bright quality to the objects below
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear
but a miniature sleigh and and a downline of reindeer

With a little ol driver so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment in must be Net-Work Nick…
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
and he motivated them like crazy calling them by name

Now Dasher, Now Dancer, Now prancer, now Vixen,
On Comet, and Cupid, Start 30 day blitzing!
To the top of the pay plan! To the top of it all!
now dash away dash away! dash away all!

As dry leaves that before a wild hurricane fly,
when they meet with an obstacle it increases the drive,
So up to the house top the coursers they flew,
with the sleigh full of product, and Net-Work Nick too!

And then in a twinkling I heard on the roof,
Recruit Recruit Recruit! and the sound of each hoof
As I drew in my hand, was turning around,
down the chimney Net-Work Nick came with a bound

he was dressed all in fur, like all the “Diamonds” do,
and  his suit was Versace,with boots brand new,
A bundle of products and apps on his back,
and he looked at me as he opened his sack…

His eyes how they twinkled as if he took out his apps,
His cheeks were like rubies his lips how they flapped
His droll little mouth was speaking of MLM,
and the beard he had looked distinguished on him..

The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
as he took out a board and started talking to me,
Circles,and more Circles he drew as he was telling,
and when he laughed he shook like a bowl full of jelly.

He wanted me to join santaclause.com,
and be one of his frontline, be number one.
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
soon I was signing my name in red.

He spoke not a word, for he knew how it worked,
and when I signed the application away it was jerked
and laying his finger aside of his nose,
he gave me my dealer kit, and up the chimney he rose

He sprang to his sleigh to his downline gave a shout
and away they all flew for another prospects house,
But I heard him exclaim as he drove out of site…

 Now…lets be real.

Santa is NOT in any kind of network marketing company as far as I can tell, but I believe that he can teach us a few things about networking since he does it worldwide once a year!

 So…what 5 MLM Recruiting secrets does Santa have to put in your home business stocking this year?

 Here are 5 mlm recruiting secrets straight for  the North Pole and able to help you recruit and sponsor in 2012!

 Ho Ho Ho!

We are going to use the word SANTA as an acronym- as he did- ahem- and see what they are!

 1. S stands for SOLUTION.

 Santa recommends that you are focused on finding a problem that the prospect has, or someone they know has pertaining to your products, and then providing a SOLUTION to it.

 You are in the business of SOLVING PROBLEMS for people, and that is what you must focus on. The bigger the problem, the more valuable the solution.

 Your products have benefits. The opposite of the benefits are the PROBLEMS people have.

 Point them out and then ask them if they would like a solution to that issue.

 Santa does that ever year with special toys for boys and girls that help them have a great Christmas!

 2. A stands for ASK.

 During the holidays always ASK for a “Private Conversation” – you need a person’s help.

 “Hey- after the first of the year I would like to talk with you for a minute private. I need your help on something. May I give you a call?”

 Even Santa asks the children what they want for Christmas!

 Ok…ask people what they want to see in the year 2012 IMPROVE and then show them how you can help them do that!

 3. N stands for NEVER.

 NEVER pressure. Ever. During the holidays, you want to people to ENJOY talking with you, not trying to avoid you.

 Never ask more than once during the holidays. If they do not want to chat about it then, great.

 Never ask in front of people. Make it a personal and private conversation.

 Never ask to focus on what YOUR gain is-always the prospect’s.

 Santa NEVER pressures you.

NOTE: If you do not want to tell him what you want for Christmas, then he will simply go to the next child.

 CLUE!

 4. T stands for TALK.

 Talk about the person or prospect during the holidays.

 Talk about their family.

 Talk about their job.

 Talk about their facebook experiences.

 Talk about their 2011 year.

 Talk about their hopes for 2012.

 TALK about them- not you.

 Think TINY = Their Interest Not Yours.

 Santa never tells you what he wants for Christmas!

 5. A stands for A free gift.

 Always give them some kind of a free gift- online or offline. It could be a free ebook, video, PDF, webinar, or offline it could be a free report printed out, a free CD on Success or leadership, a free coupon, or some other free gift.

 This is what Santa does.
