Home business mlm training for the most part if you are marketing online, is focused on “funnel marketing” and the like. I believe that can be a powerful way to market, but the attrition is unbelievable when it comes to keeping people on your team.

Christopher Dittemore, an internet marketer and network marketer says that the problem often when you use only a “funnel” system is the number on team members you lose can be enormous.

4. A new box appears to the right of it that allows you to put text in the box instead of the word “blog” showing or “RSS” showing. Put in something that would cause a prospect to click on it.

It offers so much to the home business professional that I could spend hours talking about it. But that is not possible in one post or even a series of posts. Social media mlm is something that is growing, and growing fast. And it changes it seems almost daily. And I could never do justice to even begin to cover that in multiple trainings.

But there is one truth that we will cover today:

No matter how great a networking site LinkedIn is, if your are not visible and cannot be found in the search tool, then you are hidden.

And you must be FRONT and CENTER with your PROFILE to be found in the search results when people are looking for what you market. It is that simple.

No Visibility = Little “Findability.”

You NEED to BE FOUND!

How does that happen in your profile?

By creating a “Magnetic Profile.”

What is that?

It is creating a profile that PULLS people towards you from 2 places:

1. Search Results.

2. People who look at your LinkedIn profile

You can look at my profile at:

You can see that the keywords and phrases have been optimized for the search tool. In home business mlm social media, there are many sites out there to choose from. and it grows daily it seems with all the new social networking sites out there that are perfect for mlm recruiting. I keep a list of all the new sites just for fun. I want to be sure that I can coach people on how to work the sites and the best parts about them.

Many social media mlm sites out there are ignored.

The reason?

One name:

Facebook.

Seems that everyone is wanting to market on facebook somehow someway. Now I like facebook a LOT and we do LOT of business on it. But like any other sites, there are special parts to it that make it not only perfect for doing business, but also connecting with new prospects and people.

Google + has come on pretty strong and they are still in beta as far as this writing date goes. It may be a player in the future, but right now, it is still all about facebook.

Ok..with that in mind, let’s look at one of the BEST ways to market and recruit on facebook for home business:

EVENTS.

Events are a powerful way to get your message out there is a professional manner. There are new apps out that now you can do facebook webinars-ON FACEBOOK. And it gets even cooler than that with a lot of the other newer apps.

But EVENTS RULE as far as marketing your home based business on facebook. And I think that once you get the fact that facebook events have BENEFITS to them for more than just exposing your business, things get exciting!

One of the most powerful tactics in marketing that Facebook has are Events.

Events are powerful marketing vehicles and something that can do three things for YOU Personally:

1) Facebook events for MLM can establish you as an Expert in your field.

It is focused on featuring you and your message. It will help maximize your exposure and also introduce you to new people via the News Feed. This will help you become more visible as well as branded.

2) Facebook event for Home business can help push your message out as worthy of Listening to.

I hope you know–This is critical. Many people have great messages, but do not really “get out there” enough to be heard. Facebook events can help alleviate that challenge. They can create WIDE EXPOSURE on the facebook wall and also for all your friends to see and join in.

3) Facebook events for multi level marketing can start a Connection process with people who are checking out your home business.

These events are GREAT for people who need an additional or even an initial exposure to to your company.

Ands here are 2 critical marketing moves:

1) Have someone host it for you.

Here is a little TIP: It will add more credibility with what you are doing. People seem to pay more attention to a Facebook event when it is hosted by someone else and promoted by someone else.

2) Have other people invite their friends for you.

This ia a great way to expand your reach with facebook home business Marketing. The secret is to let others become the broadcasters of the event, and you become the “conversation” that is talked about. You then can build your brand beyond where you are, and get it out past where you are currently.

We call this “3rd Party Broadcast Marketing.”

A third party broadcasts your event to as many people as they possibly can, and then broadcast again. Broadcast it across the social media landscape. On Twitter. On Google+. On LinkedIn. And then let the viral marketing start to happen by putting up a youtube video, cinchcast, and a podcast about the facebook event.

Facebook events are a powerful platform to start building your brand, especially if you are NEW to the network marketing arena. I would suggest that you come up with a topic that people would be interested in concerning your products, and then put an event together for it. make the topic focused on VALUE to the attendee as well as give something FREE away.

In your home business and network marketing business, Social Media Leadership is a revelation process that really needs to be looked at by the social media community. It is critical.

Leadership in your home business and social media determines everything in any kind of social media change, growth, improvement, or marketing. If you own a home business today, I think you would agree, many folks in mlm and social media are home based entrepreneurs with their own network marketing business. But yet, many of these folks do not take the LEAD in social media.

Lisa, a friend of mine, keeps a picture of what a person will look like if they learn about and use here skin care system FRONT AND CENTER on her social sites. She is not trying to sell anything except a possibility. It is a Powerful picture that leads to a powerful place.

2) A PATH.

Folks want a Path they can travel, and most want it in modules, or steps. What does your Leadership Path offer and what are the steps?

Have you CLEARLY laid out the path so they can follow with no challenge to where you are leading them?

Are the links and any other “doorways” to new ideas working?

Are the videos you are doing compelling?

Are the pod casts short and to the point and interesting?

Are the blogs readable and well written?

Are any notes or tweets easy to understand?

All a path is is a series of social media “doorways” that lead to where you want them to go. Call them bread crumbs. Call them arrows pointing to a place. But either way, they first lead a person to a place and activity to be taken.

Everyone listens to radio station KIA-AM. That stands for “Keep It All About ME”. Make EVERYTHING about the prospect and what they will receive when that enter the “Promised Land” you are guiding them to.

Make the path they have to travel, click to, or learn about interesting and always point to something they will learn, enjoy, feel good about, and feel glad they took that path with you.

3) A PROMISE.

What as a leader, are you promising anyone that will follow you?

Gain? Increase? Education? Improvement? Answers? Solutions?

Or are you offering them something so of VALUE that not matter who it is, it is TOO Valuable to turn down?

Promises are a dime a dozen-unless you LEAD people to the promise and DELIVER, and set yourself apart from the crowd with REAL relationships in the social arena, as all leaders build connections and Value in all they do.

Make a Promise- and KEEP IT- no matter what. That is Leadership in Social Media.

4) A POWERFUL CONCLUSION.

Nothing will point to you as a Social Media Leader quicker than a Powerful Conclusion to the Promise. Give them what you said you would. Take them where you said you would. Teach them what you said you would.

But give them MORE than the Picture Promises, and where they think the Path Leads. That is what Social Media Leadership is about.

Leading BEYOND all expectations.

Leading PAST the Promise to More Powerful Conclusions.

Leading In a Way that it is so Valuable, they will follow you anywhere, anytime, with any suggestion of a path.

In today’s world of running a home business, facebook is prime online real estate property.

There are over 3500 social sites out on the web, but as you know, facebook is the behemoth of all social networking sites.

For network marketing, it means that it is a GOLD MINE for prospects for your mlm products and business.

I have been training facebook recruiting for nearly 6 years, and it has been a lot of fun. We even put together a resource “Facebook Recruiting” which has been quite popular.

There are 3 little facebook recruiting tips I wanted to quickly go over with you that we have found effective for an mlm business.

With all those prospects on facebook, and all that training out there, a LOT has already been trained on.

But I believe these three little home business facebook recruiting tips will help in your mlm recruiting endeavors. They work quite well, and if you engage them in what you are currently doing, you will find prospects galore.

1. Look for NICHE Groups on facebook.

Joining groups on facebook, is one of the major recruiting trainings that exist. If you join a group, you will have access to every other member to communicate with. THAT is HUGE when it comes to the 5000 limit for friends facebook has. But just the groups I belong to, I have access to over 50,000 people in these groups.

But there are also “Niche groups.”

These are groups focused on ONE idea or TOPIC. There are groups for skin care, nutrition, weight loss, travel, etc. These are the groups that you need to look for, as they contain a lot of potential leads for you and your home business.

2. Look for facebook events in your product niche.

There are many events on facebook. These events generally are online. I would suggest at taking a daily look at the new events and see what kind of events that are being held that are in your niche as far as product benefits and other interests. This is a MAJOR place to find home based business prospects, as you also have access to the people that are attending an event as well.

You will be stunned at the amount of events. Use them for NETWORKING and CONNECTING with other prospects that you have not met yet.

3. Look for LOCAL SOCIAL events on facebook.

There are many LIVE LOCAL events that are promoted on facebook. Look for them in the search box, and also ask your friends that are in your area if they know of any.

If there are none- YOU HOLD ONE.

Do a facebook “meetup” and ask all the facebook peeps in your local area to attend. Hold it at a restaurant or a coffee shop. Have a special facebook training prepared or have someone do a brief teaching on it. And then make sure that you CONNECT with those you do not know and follow up with a coffee or tea appointment with them.

Local Social is the single most powerful secret to recruiting on facebook as well as social media in general.

These three little quick tips are ones that Work and if you choose to engage them, expect a lot of leads from facebook with your mlm network marketing home based business.

You probably know MLM Social media has taken the world of business by storm.

I predicted it 6 years ago, and a lot of folks laughed.

No one is laughing now.

I called it back then “The Coming Success Storm” and man, has it been a STORM. It has changed every part of business as well as home business in everything that it touched.

Including mlm and network marketing.

In the growth of social media, there have been what are called “niche sites.” These are “specialized” or “focused” or “special interest” sites that house fewer folks than say facebook, but they are a GOLD MINE in social media mlm recruiting.

Niche sites are something I LOVE to train on as it truly is overlooked in many arenas in the home business profession. These sites I have found in private coaching, to be easier to recruit on as well as more fun. But being on the RIGHT niche sites are critical.

I have found 5 Social Niche sites that are GREAT places to recruit and if you do it RIGHT, can prove to be virtual gold mines for social media mlm.

1. http://ziggs.com/

Ziggs is a great site to meet, connect, and build your brand online. I would suggest that you look at the site and see if it would be a fit for you. Our private clients have had good results in connecting with the RIGHT people and enrolling them. You need to decide if this would be a good business social networking niche site for you.

2. http://www.spoke.com/

This is another interesting business social networking site. It is different than ziggs as it is focused on “spoking” your contacts and you are the hub. You can connect with new folks as well and it has a lot of potential for a niche site. Take a look at it and see if this would be right for you. It really is a great niche site.

3. http://www.xing.com/

This is a site I have been a part of for several years and it a great site. It carries 11 million people on it and a LOT of potential as far as connections. As in all niche site I would encourage you to check it out and see if this would be a fit. We have had great success meeting people locally and recruiting them. As in all social sites, do NOT attack and recruit. Connect and construct the relationship so that they will be glad to offer you some help finding the right people.

4. http://ryze.com/

Ryze is also a great business social niche site. I would recommend that you check it out and see what they offer. There are a TON of folks on this site, and all are business professionals. You can meet a LOT of heavy hitters on this site, and I would recommend that you join it.

5. http://www.gobignetwork.com/

This is a TOTAL niche site. It is a niche site for startups. It is a COOL site to meet people that are wanting to do better and go higher in life. You can meet great people that already are motivated, and want to do great things. I would suggest that you check it out and see if it is a fit.
