1. Look for NICHE Groups on facebook.

Joining groups on facebook, is one of the major recruiting trainings that exist. If you join a group, you will have access to every other member to communicate with. THAT is HUGE when it comes to the 5000 limit for friends facebook has. But just the groups I belong to, I have access to over 50,000 people in these groups.

But there are also “Niche groups.”

These are groups focused on ONE idea or TOPIC. There are groups for skin care, nutrition, weight loss, travel, etc. These are the groups that you need to look for, as they contain a lot of potential leads for you and your home business.

2. Look for facebook events in your product niche.

There are many events on facebook. These events generally are online. I would suggest at taking a daily look at the new events and see what kind of events that are being held that are in your niche as far as product benefits and other interests. This is a MAJOR place to find home based business prospects, as you also have access to the people that are attending an event as well.

You will be stunned at the amount of events. Use them for NETWORKING and CONNECTING with other prospects that you have not met yet.

3. Look for LOCAL SOCIAL events on facebook.

There are many LIVE LOCAL events that are promoted on facebook. Look for them in the search box, and also ask your friends that are in your area if they know of any.

If there are none- YOU HOLD ONE.

Do a facebook “meetup” and ask all the facebook peeps in your local area to attend. Hold it at a restaurant or a coffee shop. Have a special facebook training prepared or have someone do a brief teaching on it. And then make sure that you CONNECT with those you do not know and follow up with a coffee or tea appointment with them.

Local Social is the single most powerful secret to recruiting on facebook as well as social media in general.

These three little quick tips are ones that Work and if you choose to engage them, expect a lot of leads from facebook with your mlm network marketing home based business.
