An MLM Training Blog is one of the most powerful things you can have today in your home business mlm. No one will ever argue that point.

An mlm training blog is a great calling card, a great way to build relationships online, as well as build trust and credibility. Many network marketing professionals have blogs they write on daily. Many have several blogs, like we do.

We right now I believe have 5 blogs that we work. I believe that an MLM training Blog is one of the most powerful tools for getting your message out there is.

But many home business professionals do not get much bang for their effort with their blog.

Why?

There are many reasons, but one of the most powerful reasons is that they are not using it correctly and do not have it structured correctly. There are many different free blog softwares out there, from blogger.com to wordpress.com. We use wordpress, but we use the templates from wordpress.org. We have found that it suits our needs better and also is more flexible with themes, and SEO purposes.

Are you using a FREE version of a blog? There are limitations if you have an MLM training blog, companies like WordPress hosting UK give you the necessary information to begin with your business. I would suggest if you do not know how to install a wordpress theme from wordpress.org- LEARN. There are many videos that can train you on youtube as well as wordpress.org site. It will mean more traffic to you in the long run as well as the short term if you structure it right.

There are 5 things an MLM Training Blog should have if you are ever going to go above the radar on google, bing, or yahoo. And I would suggest that you consider these when you are looking to either develop or change your mlm training blog.

An mlm training blog should contain posts that teach WHAT to do. This is imperative. But there needs to be a ‘One Two Punch.” You need to show the HOW as well– step by step. Prospects for your mlm training blog are not looking to be informed of news – but TAUGHT HOW to do something. Teach them what they are looking for and your traffic will increase dramatically.

2. Eye Appealing IMAGES and PICTURES.

I call it “Eyeball PULLING Eye Candy.” This alone will gret people to take notice of your blog. If you go to our PassionFire site, you will find a LOT of Eyeball Pulling Images that force you to look at it. Get some powerful eye catching images on your blog.

3. Accessible Content via Text and Videos.

Any mlm training blog should have writing but it is IMPERATIVE to have VIDEOS. People LOVE to watch training, not just read it. Make sure that you have video training and lots of it. Get a small computer video camera, and then start training on your laptop. Windows has a built in software for that.

4. Good Search Engine Optimization.

I have to admit- I LOVE SEO. I am not sure why- but i just love to learn it and engage it. Our tech I have learned a lot from, but also reading and researching on the internet. You want the search engines to find your mlm training blog- make sure you have keywords in your title and article, as well as links that are pointing back to it from article directory sites and blog directories. 5. A NEW POST DAILY.

One of the things google loves is NEW content DAILY. Write a post everyday on your MLM training blog. If you do you will ge tthe search engines attention as well as their love.

What do you for your home business MLM do everyday to build a recruiting list?

Do you ever feel like that you are finding ALL THE WRONG PEOPLE?

Do you HAVE a Recruiting List?

Do you know what it is?

A Recruiting List is a list that is BEYOND an mlm leads or network marketing prospect list.

It is a list that you have researched their profile on social sites, learned about them and who they seem to be, and are prepared to connect with them in a whole new way.

Many home business multi level marketing leaders think that building a list is the answer.

It is NOT.

Many prospects that are on a prospect list are not really that interested in your offer. But the ones that you have on a Recruiting List have proven they at least have an interest.

What can you do to build a Recruiting List in your network marketing?

1. Get them engaged and interacting with you in some CONSISTENT way.

Being Direct and to the point can scare some folks in MLM, but it works. It saves you time, and money, and emotion, and can often show that you are a serious Leader thsat Values their time.

Especially on social networking sites, as it does cut through the fluff and wasting of time.

CAUTION: There is a difference between being DIRECT and being rude or arrogant. I am simply talking about being Direct in a nice way and cutting a lot of the initial chit chat down to where it is not impeding your recruiting efforts.

Yes, some people may need more initial chat then others, but use common sense.

Spend time with those who are GROWING in life, not stagnating.

Building a Recruiting List can also be done with opt in pages that are more DIRECT and to the point.

Have you ever considered, for your home business recruiting online, but yet when you thought about building a team, you shut down as nothing seems to work?

In your home business, there is all this talk about social media, and good reason. it is a great place to prospect and find leads.

But there is also the OTHER SIDE of the network marketing home business mlm profession.

The TRADITIONAL side that many people today in their home based business still follow, and ALWAYS WILL. Social media funnel marketing did not REPLACE traditional methods, but ENHANCED them with new strategies to empower the more traditional methods. And if you are part of the social media “funnel marketing” crowd, then congrats! You will do well with whatever system you are using. In home business is important to get in touch with the best contractors, see here now the best ones.

But there is still the NEED and DEMAND for the traditional methods, and I call it “BUSINESS BALANCED.”

If you are doing business in the “funnel” crowd, as well as the “Traditional” crowd, then you are BALANCED for the most part and woill see some great things occur in your business.

Others that do ONLY ONE– will see far more attrition and less leads then you need to build this business of network marketing.

Most folks that do a memory Jogger find that they ofte have some difficulty coming up with the names. The Network marketing Company you have partnered with should provide you with a list of “Mental Triggers” that will trigger your mind of people that you know and may have forgotten about.

Here is an interesting fact: It is a Psychological Fact that if you are 25 years or older, you know 1000 people.

You have just forgotten many of those folks so you need a reminder of who they are. That is the purpose for a Network Marketing Memory Jogger. To REFRESH your brain!

The list could contain names of family, occupations, associations, plus many more. You need to look at the list and come up with as many names as you can.

A list would look something like this:

Sisters

Brothers

Cousins

Neighbors

Friends

Church 

Accountants

Attorneys

Builders

Construction workers

Communication workers

Car Salesman

Coaches

Dancers

Electrical workers

Engineers

You get the main idea. It will help you think of people you have long forgotten or may not have even considered.

But you must come up with at least 50 names the first attempt.

This will give you what I call a “Working Inventory” for your MLM business.

Understand: Your REAL Inventory is NOT the products or Services your company sells. It is PEOPLE.

And you MUST have people to talk to about what you are doing. Many folks who start out have way too few names, and then complain that they have no one to talk to. Think of everyone you know WITHOUT judging their interest level, and write their name down. Use the Memory Jogger provided by your network marketing company, and do it with your upline. It will become a very important part of your beginning success in MLM.

Use the “Follow your Dollar” strategy to come up with names for your warm market list. WHO are you spending money with to live your life and purchase things for you and your family?

Who is your Insurance Agent?

Who did you buy your car from?

Who do you buy your clothes from?

Who sold you your house?

Who do you buy your airline tickets from?

Whose your doctor?

Who does your taxes?

Who is your Dentist?

Are you starting to get the point?

There are people you do business with. You need to let them know you could use their help in your new mlm network marketing enterprise.

Say, “I think you would agree that I do a lot of business with you, and I need your help with my new business.”

The power of the people that you know is beyond words. Doing a Memory Jogger is important to your getting off to a good start in Network Marketing. Make sure you do it and follow the suggestions your company recommends. I believe that for your home based business, you need a BALANCE between social media and traditional MLM. If you simply start making a list and understand they may KNOW who you are looking for, you are well on your way to massive success in your home business mlm.
