MLM Recruiting Small Business Owners.

Do you recruit business owners and professionals in your home business?
Does it not make sense to recruit small business owners for 2013 into your network marketing business?
How would one small business owner in your downline change your mlm? Take a look into Shravan Gupta videos and learn how you can hired real professionals.
The secret to starting to recruit professionals and small business owners is to understand what makes them tick. In 2013, I would suggest that you really start to focus on small business owners and professionals. To develop your  business you need a best marketing tips, At Cofe Winchester you will get different blogs.
Why?
Because many small business owners are going to be looking for additional revenues to be making up for all the additional taxes that will be facing small business owners in 2013. Many businesses are getting help from tijuana for better manufacturing in a less cost. And I would suggest that you focus part of your time in giving small business owners something we have call the Small Business Income Mutiplier and it DOES work with a network marketing business attached to their small business. If you need business marketing technique then just visit to Abrc website, here you get all the information about business marketing.
That Income Multiplier is a secondary revenue stream from a network marketing business that connects the professional’s contacts.
We teach what we call the  “Recruiting Professionals Academy” and we train on how to recruit just about any professional and small business owner that exists. We train how to recruit particular niches, and professions using very focused scripts and conversations in 2013
But it ALL starts with the understanding of one thing:

The Psychology of the Professional and Business Owner.

You MUST understand what the small business owner and professional is looking for and wants for their life.
It starts with how small business owners and professionals THINK. But the one thing that has proven to be true about recruiting small business professionals is their thinking:usiness Professionals and Small Business owners are mainly TRADITIONAL Thinkers and marketers.
Most have gone through a lot to build their business so they are protective of it. They know what it took to get to where they are, and they are very focused on not messing it up. They remember the hard times, and many are still going through some hard times with the way the economy is today.
Most Online business owners and professionals are focused on building their business and want no distractions. Anything that distracts them, they resist. But if you show them how you can help them increase their revenues with NO distractions, you will recruit them.
Here are some points to help you understand the Psychology of the Small Business Owner and Professionals and how to prepare to recruit them:
1) Small Business Owners bring A DIFFERENT Perspective to the marketplace and MLM. They understand business, and also how to run one, and have a business attitude when working in the marketplace, not just an employee attitude. They GET the fact that a business must be profitable to continue.
2) Business professionals bring EXPERIENCE to the marketplace and MLM that the average person does not have. Experience in running a business, networking, making things happen, marketing, selling, leadership, communication, crisis management, and succeeding.
 3) Business Professionals bring DETERMINATION and RESOLVEto the marketplace and Network Marketing. They MUST be determined to succeed in their business, and bring the same determination to MLM. often they can get done in a day what takes most distributors a week.

Most small business owner and professionals are very FOCUSED on what they are doing, and determined on where they are going.
4) Small Business professionals bring CONTACTS and NETWORKS to the marketplace and MLM. Most business owners belong to regional, state and national associations with other business owners, and thus, have formed relationships with many other small business owners and professionals, a Gold Mine in MLM.
5) They bring a CREDIBILITY that the average person does not have to the marketplace and MLM. Credibility as an owner, and a professional in the marketplace. This alone is a Gold Mine in Network Marketing.
Their local, statewide, and national Professional Organizations they belong to are a GOLD MINE alone for prospecting and recruiting.
business owners and professionals are incredible prospects for MLM, but unfortunately, can be quite difficult to approach, at least from the normal approach of most Network Marketers. we will cover that in a later post.
This is the Psychology of the Small business owner to recruit them into your home business network marketing mlm.

10 Tips to Hold a Power team Meeting

MLM Training – 5 Recruiting Lessons We can Learn from Santa’s Elves

mlm home business recruiting

mlm network marketing santa recruiting

MLM Recruiting from Santa’s Elves.

Are you aware that Santa had to recruit his elves for his home based business?

Do you know that there are thousands of elves that work for Santa’s Networking business?

Do you want to know some lessons we can learn from the elve’s about mlm recruiting?

HO HO HO!

Those are the sounds we hear from Santa every year during this time, and the holiday season. But there are things that we can learn from Santa and the elves concerning recruiting! LOTS of secrets to how Santa recruits his elves every year to continue building his North Pole home business. He has many elves that work with him, and they are all RECRUITED by Santa.

Ok.

What are some of the lessons we can learn from the elves about the art of recruiting elves? We have researched this diligently, and talked to Santa as well.

After our interview with the Old Guy, and interviewing over 100 elves while we were at the North Pole, we have come up with 5 secrets of recruiting we can learn from  the elves. Santa’s secrets of recruiting will be next post.

Here are 5 MLM Recruiting lessons we can learn from Santa’s elves:

1. It’s Not about what the Elf/Prospect Looks Like.

Elves are short, chunky, fat, skinny, smart, dumb, and cranky. And those sometimes are the good traits. To look at an elf, you would not even think they would ever be able to build or craft anything. But yet….Santa saw beneath the exterior and knew there was a gold mine inside of them.

Whatever a prospect looks like, there is a potential gold mine inside of them. Never judge a book by it’s cover. Or the funny costumes they may wear. Or the height of them either.

Talk to the unlikely prospect and do not be surprised if they are different then you first thought. You may be talking to a future million dollar earner.

2. It does not matter if they have never built a toy before. It’s about the Desire to DO IT.

Most elves, according to Santa, have never built a toy before. They have to learn. But he did say that it’s more about the DESIRE to build and do a great job, then just craft a toy.

So experience is not that important, but DESIRE to excel is. Santa said he looks for AMBITIOUS elves, not ambiguous. Santa has one question he asks the elves:

“How important is it to you to help little kids have a great Christmas morning?”

Ok…‘How important is is to you Ms. Prospect to help people you know have a great 2013?’

3. Listen to HOW they say it, not just WHAT they say.

Santa says that when he is recruiting elves, he listens to the ENERGY in an elve’s words, not just meaning. Energy, according to Santa, displays a real excitement and focus on moving the elve’s life forward, and the toys they are going to build forward as well.

Santa told us that if an elf displays any kind of lack of energy or lack of connection to his conversation, he then turns the conversation into a different conversation. “I start asking them who they know that would fit the requirements and then I talk to them about keeping in touch with them and maybe even buying a few toys for their family if they have an elf family.”

Check the prospect’s ENERGY about what you are saying. According to Santa, that is a CORE element of a successful toy builder prospect.

4. Never talk DOWN to an elf, no matter how short.

Santa says that talking down to an elf will make them quit listening and you will lose them as a future toy builder. Santa says that he finds out where the elf is in life and then starts THERE to recruit them.

“Some elves have had a hard time the last couple of years and I am not going to put them down for that. I want to show them that they have lots of potential and they can make a huge difference in a child’s life if they simply apply themselves. It works out for most. Some it does not, but that is part of recruiting for toy builders.”

No matter where a prospect is in life- START THERE and empathize with them. Encourage them and lift them up. Find something GOOD about their potential  they may not be aware of. What would they LOVE to be doing with their life? Then share with them how you can help make that happen – by working with you and building a life by helping people and getting paid for it.

5. An Elf may not be able to Reach the Reindeer’s Antlers, but he can Feed it.

Santa says that no matter the giftings of an elf, they must ALL be preparing for the Christmas Eve extravaganza. This requires the ability do what you can, with what you got, to get the job DONE.

Santa says that he asks them what the elf feels is their strongest point about their abilities and personality, Then  he ask them what one thing should they improve on. That question shows me where I have to start the education process for toy building, or feeding the reindeer, or taking care of the toy inventory. But all elves understand the GOAL we all are working towards, and if one task is not possible, there is always another one waiting they CAN do.

If a prospect is not good at talking with people face to face, but is savvy on the web- then show them them how they can build a business via social media and mobile recruiting.  If a prospect is not good at speaking in public but could kill a webinar – that is the path you share with them.  Discuss with what they CAN DO- and then teach them along the way once they have enrolled, what they MUST do to Succeed.

These are 5 recruiting lessons we can learn from Santa’s elves for your mlm  network marketing home based business.

Magnetic Body Language When Recruiting

6 Powerful Ways to Approach People on Social Media

MLM Training- Magnetic Body Language Secrets when Recruiting

mlm home business recruiting

mlm network marketing body language

MLM Recruiting Body Language Tips.

How do you respond to body language  in your recruiting for your home based business?

What are the signals that you look for with a person’s face in your network marketing efforts?

Can you read body language in your mlm recruiting efforts?

Body language can reveal much about a person and their interest or LACK of interest in your work at home business. Often we miss the subtle clues that can display where they are in the recruiting process. Even online, there are certain communication clues that can reveal much of noticed.

Body language can accelerate recruiting in network marketing dramatically if read correctly. Below is some of the secrets of using body language in mlm recruiting.

When you are recruiting LIVE and in person, there are many parts of your body that add to the nonverbal message. This type of nonverbal communication is called kinesic code.

It is made up of emblems, illustrators, regulators, affect displays and adapters.

These behaviors are each communicated in different behaviors and movements of your body.

The first important aspect of kinesics is posture. Standing or sitting in a relaxed professional manner is a positive posture nonverbal.

Also, being comfortably upright, squarely facing an audience, and evenly distributing your weight are all aspects of posture that communicate professionalism, confidence, attention to detail and organization. Nonverbals communicated by moving the trunk of your body are called body gestures.

Several different body gesture strategies are to move to change mood or pace, draw
attention, or reinforce and idea. Some examples are stepping aside for a transition or stepping forward to emphasize a point. Hand gestures are what are most often identified as nonverbal communication.

One reason is because they are so obvious to a receiver and seen to be partly conscious. It is important to let your gestures flow naturally as if in conversation with a close friend.
You may also use gestures to specifically describe shape and size, emphasize a point, enumerate a list, or picking out a specific item. In conjunction with hand gestures is touching.

This is a very powerful communicator especially for establishing a link to a receiver or conveying emotion. However, touching is dangerous because it invades a persons intimate space and may be perceived as unwanted or breaking norms. It is important to pay attention to the other person’s nonverbal cues before deciding to initiate a touch.

The last area of physical nonverbal communication is facial expression. Facial expression is partly innate and also partly learned. Because of the number of muscles and features, such as mouth, nose, lips, cheeks, in your face, it is extremely expressive. A face can ask questions, show doubt, surprise, sadness, happiness and a wealth of other messages.

Here are some other body language clues for your mlm recruiting:

1. The Head

Rapidly nodding your head can leave the impression that you are impatient and eager to add something to the conversation — if only the prospect would let you. Slower nodding, on the
other hand, emphasizes interest, shows that you are validating the comments of your prospect, and subtly encourages him to continue.

Tilting the head slightly, when combined with eye contact and a natural smile, demonstrates friendliness and approachability. The tilt should be momentary and not exaggerated, almost like a bob of the head to one side. (Do not overuse this technique!)

2. The Mouth

One guiding principle of good body language is to turn upward rather than downward. Look at two boxers after a fight: the loser is slumped forward, brows knit and eyes downcast, while the
winner’s smiling face is thrust upward and outward. The victor’s arms are raised high, his back is straight, his shoulders are square. In the first instance the signals we receive are those of anger, frustration, belligerence, and defeat; in the second, happiness, openness, warmth, and confidence.

Your smile is one of the most powerful positive body signals in your arsenal; it best exemplifies the up-is-best principle, as well. Offer an unforced, confident smile as frequently
as opportunity and circumstances dictate. Avoid at all costs the technique that some applicants use: grinning idiotically for the length of the recruiting session, no matter what. This will only communicate that you are either insincere or not quite on the right track.

It’s worth that the mouth provides a seemingly limitless supply of opportunities to convey weakness. This may be done by touching the mouth frequently (and, typically, unconsciously);
“faking” a cough when confused with a difficult question; and/or gnawing on
one’s lips absentmindedly. Employing any of these “insincerity signs” when you
are asked questions when recruiting, will confirm or instill suspicions about your honesty and effectiveness.

3. The Hands

A confident and positive handshake breaks the ice and gets the interview moving in the right direction. Proper use of the hands throughout the rest of the recruiting session will help to convey an above-board, “nothing-to-hide” message.

Watch out for hands and fingers that take on a life of their own, fidgeting with themselves or other objects such as pens, paper, or your hair. Pen tapping is interpreted a s the
action of an impatient person; this is an example of an otherwise trivial habit
that can take on immense significance in an interview situation. (Rarely will
an prospect ask you to stop doing something annoying; instead, he’ll simply make a mental note that you are an annoying person, and congratulate himself for picking this up before making the mistake of enrolling with you.)

The Feet

Some foot signals can have negative connotations. Women and men wearing slip-on shoes should beware of dangling the loose shoe from the toes; this can be quite distracting and, as it
is a gesture often used to signal physical attraction, it has no place in a home business recruiting session. Likewise, avoid compulsive jabbing of the floor, desk, or chair with your foot; this can be perceived as a hostile and angry motion, and is likely to annoy the interviewer.

These are success body language signals that are powerful revealers that tell what the prospect ia really thinking and where you need to go with the recruiting session- or NOT GO.

These Body Language Signals will help you in your mlm network marketing home based business recruiting.

MLM Recruiting- How to Turn Your New Recruits into Superstars

mlm home business tips recruiting

mlm home business network marketing

MLM Recruiting Tips on Recruiting Stars.

How would you like to know how to turn your new recruits into superstars for your growing team in your home business?

Are you looking to develop stars on your network marketing team?

How would that work in mlm?

Here is an article from Smartbriefs and I recommend you reading this several times IF you are serious about recruiting superstars in your organization!

—————————————————————————————————–

In 2001, Michael Jordan was president of basketball operations and minority owner of the Washington Wizards. After three losing seasons, including a franchise low 19-63, the team needed a turnaround. They had the first overall pick in the draft, and Jordan chose high-school phenom Kwame Brown.

In 12 years in the league, Brown’s played for 7 different teams (soon to be 8) and in his best season, he averaged 11 points and 30 minutes per game. In his fourth season with the Wizards, he only started 14 games, after which they traded him to the Lakers.

In the same year as Jordan’s epic draft pick, the Golden State Warriors selected a relatively unknown guard from the University of Arizona in the second, final round. He was named the NBA’s Most Improved Player of the Year in his second season, and the Warriors subsequently lost him to the Wizards as an unrestricted free agent. He became a three-time All-Star (2005-2007), contributing far more to the team than Kwame Brown did. I’m talking about Gilbert Arenas.

Here’s what Arenas said upon receiving his award in 2003:

“I’ve always had confidence that I’ll be up there with the Jason Kidds and Gary Paytons. I just need to keep working hard…As long as I’m in this league, I’ll still be thinking about the 30 guys that got drafted ahead of me…You just make it into a motivation. That’s one of the reasons I work so hard.”

Arenas has one quality that Jordan couldn’t give Brown: motivation.

Personality Predicts NBA Performance

Twenty-three professional sports teams and six colleges (across five sports) incorporate Caliper in their recruiting decisions. The segments in the chart below (average per player per season overall)are based on Caliper’s draft recommendations.

The athletes whom they recommended significantly outperformed those whom they didn’t.* Their track record is based purely on a proprietary personality assessment, suggesting that hard-to-measure characteristics such as motivation and attitude deserve heavier weighting on draft night.

(I’d like to compare the college stats for these groups in the draft year. Did recommended players outperform in college too, in which case their stats indicate their inner attributes?)

This point holds true in business as well, where 30% of new managers and executives fail and leave within 18 months. Nowhere is personality more a factor in business than in sales.

Sales Success Starts From Within

In the second edition of their book, How to Hire & Develop your Next Top Performer, Caliper’s Chairman Herb Greenberg and President Patrick Sweeney claim that internal motivation distinguishes the top 20% of sales people from the marginal producers.

Because motivation cannot be taught, Sean Sweeney (no relation to Patrick),Philadelphia Insurance Company’s president and COO, prefers to hire only former collegiate athletes into his sales organization.

“[They’re] grinders. They understand that they have to practice and to give it their all to win. They are competitive, self-disciplined, and resilient. They know how to come back from a setback,” he says. Athletes possess many of the same qualities as top sales performers.

Caliper distillsthe essential sales DNA into the following three traits:

  • Empathy. The ability to sense a customer’s needs while not sympathizing to the point of losing objectivity.
  • Ego-drive.The desire to persuade others for the sake of self-enhancement.
  • Ego-strength. The ability to turn rejection into a motivation and not get discouraged.

According to Caliper, more than half (55%) of people working in sales lack sufficient empathy or ego-drive to ever succeed. Providing them with world-class trainingor enticing them with lucrative financial bonuses isn’t a solution.

External Incentives Can Backfire

Money has always been used as a sales motivator. But often times, sales reps pulltransactionsinto one month or push them into the next to hit a temporary bonus target. In these cases, the incentive program fails to generate incremental results – these sales would’ve occurred anyway.

Worse, when incentives are poorly structured, theyhave the potential to drive out your best people. One insurance agency refuses to pay their reps commission on the life of their sales, a standard in the industry. The best reps bail after a couple years when they realize that they’re building a valuable asset (i.e., their book)that they cannot keep when they leave. They do, and the cycle repeats when the company recruits a new batch of college graduates. It’s not a sustainable talent strategy.

Hire For Potential, Not Experience

In addition to administering personality tests, there are several ways to increase the odds of hiring a sales all-star:

  1. Spend more time with your best sales people.Don’t waste too much time trying to change people.Instead, study your top reps. They’ll appreciate the attention, and you’ll learn what separates them from the rest. Hire those who resemble them.
  2. Don’t let the empty seat haunt you. It’s easy to make a rash decision and settle for a mediocre candidate when you’re short-staffed. Be patient. More importantly, keep a prospect list: you should always be recruiting for top talent.
  3. Forget about years of experience. All things being equal, take the candidate with more experience. But what good is a candidate with 10 years of mediocre experience? And what makes you think that they’ll kill it for you, especially if you’re not the market leader?
  4. Look inside. In general, only 30% of employees are in roles matched to their personality. It’s entirely possible that your next top performer is hiding in plain sight as an executive assistant or financial analyst.
  5. Beware of interview stars. You know the type. They’re incredibly focused on making a favorable first impression. They really want you to like them. And that spells disaster for a salesperson who sometimes needs to push to close a sale.
  6. Get a second opinion before hiring someone like you. It’s only natural to like people who remind you of yourself. But this bias can get you in trouble, especially if you’re a strong manager. The best individual contributors are often not the best managers. The roles require different DNA.

Experience is less relevant in a rapidly changing economy. Hire and recruit people who’re not only motivated to sell but also willing to learn. Both employers and employees need to grow.

*While professional sports teams do incorporate Caliper into their draft decisions, Caliper is just one element in a multitude of different factors. Some of these factors are outside of the team’s – or Caliper’s – control of course, including another team selecting them first. By the time the players are brought to Caliper and the team is investing in having them assessed, those players are already seriously being considered. That said, the Caliper assessment can confirm what teams are already seeing in these players or bring up some warning signs.

This is an amazing article on how to turn your recruits into superstars- from a corporate view and will help your mlm network marketing home business!

MLM Training- Classified Ad Tips NO ONE Will Teach You

mlm classified ads for home business

mlm home business classified ads

MLM Classified Ads Training.

Have you ever run a classified ad for your network marketing business?

have you ever ANSWERED a classified ad for someone’s home business?

What was it that caught your attention about that work at home mlm?

Running classified ads are good if you know how to, and the rules.

Today, there are regular classified ads and social classified ads. Both work and both cannot work.

The focus of a classified ad is ONE THING:

To get the prospect to REACH OUT to you and CONNECT with you- usually by telephone.

What are GOOD ads and what are BAD ads for Cold Market Recruiting?

Good ads are the ones that create an IMPACT with the opening line and then the copy pulls them in the message.

Bad ads are scanned –and then forgotten.

Here are three ads that have proven to make the phone ring or fill your email box up!

 WHO SAYS?

“Who says that you cannot earn a significant income out of your home? We are doing it and we need HELP! Give me a call if you would like an extra 1000.00 a week. Call_____________

Are YOU a Leader? Call me.

“National company seeking Leader to help lead a marketing team in this region. Powerful income, great rewards, and bonuses. Call 555.1212 for phone interview.

75.00 an HOUR?  Yes.

If you are seeking somewhere to earn more money, we would like to talk to you. National Company looking for person who wants to average 50.00 to 75.00 an hour. Please call 555.1212 for phone interview and information.

Rules for Classified Ads for Recruiting in the Cold Market:

A) It all depends on whose looking.

Simply, there are weeks that there are not many people looking at the MLM Recruiting ads, and there isn’t a thing you can do about that. If that happens, just understand it, and
move on. Next week will be better.

I ran ads that pulled nothing one week, and ran it again the next week and got a lot of calls. Don’t be too discouraged if a bad week happens and you get no calls. Sometimes that
is gonna happen. Accept it and wait till next week.

B) It all depends on whose looking and what they are looking for.

So true. People may be looking, but if they are not looking for what you are offering, then you still may get limited response.

Continue on and know that the people you are looking for will eventually see your ad. Maybe not today, or this week, but it will happen.

Again, I ran a ton of Cold Market Recruiting ads, and I knew there were people looking as they called me. But they weren’t looking for what I had to offer as many were looking for a
job.

God blessem, move on to the next response which there will be more.

C) Ads must be run consistently, not just once.

Cold Market MLM Recruiting Ads that run for weeks at a time have a better response in the long run then short run ads. I had many people I recruited tell me they looked at our ad for
several weeks before calling, as they were curious to see if we would be around
for a while.

Don’t be afraid to run an ad for weeks as you will get calls from folks who don’t call ads the first week they run.

D) The first 5 words MUST grab their attention.

The first 5 words in the headline, and copy MUST grab their attention. If they don’t, you lose them. And the first 5 words must create some form of curiosity, and compel them to pick
up the phone and call. I have run many ads that I didn’t realize the first 5
words were horrible.

E) Asking questions will draw them into your ad and increase
your response.

If your headline is a question, and a HOT one, you will increase dramatically the response ratio to your Direct Sales ads.

Why?

It draws them into the ad, and creates some curiosity and compels them to call. Questions can be powerful and impactful to grab a person’s attention. Use them and again. Use short,
provocative questions or statements in your headline.

“Has this ever happened to you?”

“Maybe this is what you are looking for…”

“I doubt it!”

“Don’t tell me they have done it again!”

Use IMPACT questions or statements to draw them into your mlm network marketing home based business.

MLM Training- Top 10 Reasons Why Your Business will Explode During the Holidays- or Won’t

mlm home business recruiting

home business mlm recruiting

MLM Holidays Recruiting.

Are you looking forward to the holidays for your home business?

Is your calendar full of appointments for your network marketing business?

Do you have a PLAN for the holidays and how you are going to work them for your work at home business mlm?

Many people say that the holidays is “Throttle Back” time and take it easy as NO ONE really will want to talk to you. Visit insidemma for business news.

Oh REALLY?

I have had over a dozen coaching clients recruit someone on Christmas eve, and 2 on Christmas DAY.  Yes  you read that right. How did they do that?

Gently.

And they understood the Top 10 reasons why your business will explode during the holidays.

Do YOU?

You can either embrace these, or not-up to you. But I can tell you that the most powerful thing that you can do is just take ONE of them and DRIVE IT INTO YOUR BUSINESS over the holidays.

NOTE to Self:  Business DOES NOT slow down during the holidays- DISTRIBUTORS DO-and  Leaders Do NOT.

READ THAT AGAIN.

That is a Golden law of the Holidays Business Building and if you are ready to ACCELERATE your home business during the holidays and Christmas- ROCKING!

What ARE the Top 10 reasons?

1. EMOTION.

The most powerful part of the holidays is the Emotion that is brought forth at ONLY this time of year. It does nor occur any other time like the holidays. And your goal is to tap into that emotion and get them talking about what they love about this season and why. Find out what they love- and then find out what they would love to change during this time to make their life better. I can only tell you that Emotions make someone much more willing to talk about change as they are in a “safe place” in their mind and you are connected to that space. Find out what they want to change NOW- and help them.

2. PEOPLE GATHERING.

People gather more during the holiday season more than any other time of the year. That equals CONVERSATIONS. But do not “attack” the family-online or offline. Do NOT bring your business up. let them ask about it as you use your products in front of them. Talk to them about 2013. Find out their new years resolution. Ask people what 2013 looks like to them. FIND THE PAIN. Then  talk to them after Christmas about it. “Were you serious when you said you really wanted to change….”

3. ECONOMY.

What part of this don’t we all understand? The economy is one of the greatest Conversation Openers that exists today. Ask them about what they see happening. Ask them about their Personal Economy. Is it working for them or do they want more from it? Ask or write them how would you describe today’s economy? How is it impacting you?”

Ask them what they would like to change about their lifestyle- and LISTEN. They are telling you how to recruit them. If on facebook-same thing. LinkedIn-same thing. Mobile – same thing.

4. FORWARD FOCUSED.

During this time of the year, most are “Forward Focused” and “Fired Up for CHANGE.” Stoke their fire. Ask them what they are planning on changing in 2103. Why?

That is a recruiting bulls eye. Whether on skype or face to face- show them how their Forward Focus can transform into a Force of Fortune. “If you describe your 2012 in ONE word- what would it be?” LISTEN. There is your opening and recruiting magnet.

5. TECHNOLOGY.

Today with the mobile devices, social media, and even pinterest and instagram, you can create a connection unlike anything that has existed before. And because of that, you can truly leverage technology beyond your imagination. Send a youtube greeting to friends over the holiday- via mobile media. SMS folks and let them know you are thinking of them and miss them. Get on social media and every one that has put up holiday pictures or videos- COMMENT. Get to know them. And get Connected to them if you are not. Well, Best in Nashik can guide you to know how technology will help to grow business faster.

Technology = The Accelerator. Period.

6. CHANGE SEEKERS.

That what happens when the holidays arrive. People, by habit, start seeking some kind of change for the better. And they seek-and they seek- and they seek. Many people today in social media and in conversation, will let you know they are not happy where they are in life.

Great. Get them HAPPY. Show them how a little change of tactics with their time can bring a flood of profits into their world. “So what is your PLAN for changing? Would you like one that WORKS?”

Boom.

7. THEY’RE HOME.

Most people have time off for the holidays. Here is a MILLION Dollar question: What better time is there to bring up working from  home, when they ARE at home, and really want to STAY at home and not go back to work away for  their kids?

“You looking forward to going back to work? No? Why Not? Have you ever thought of being proactive about staying at home and making more money then you are now?”

BAAAAM.

8. OPEN TO TALK.

People during the Holiday Season seem to be in a more talkative mood then most any other time of the year. Ok….TALK to them ABOUT THEM. Talk about 2013 and what they MUST change. Talk to them about paying off their credit cards early. Talk to them about the holidays and people they KNOW. Talk to them about what the Holidays bring to their life – and what they WISH they would bring to their life.

TALK- about THEM. Period. End of discussion.

9. More OPEN to a PRIVATE CONVERSATION.

In any gathering, ask this one question: “I could really use your help on something. Won’t take much. But now is not a good time. After the first, can we hold a private conversation for a couple of minutes?”

This is a KILLER question for online and social media as well.

10. FAR.   Frustration. Anger. Resentment.

I have never seen folks so frustrated about life, in my life time here on earth. And because of it, they are Angry about it, and often carry Resentment of their job, paycheck, boss, and other things into conversations. Listen to their language and emotions. They are actually OPEN to some help simply by talking openly about their struggles from income to outgo.

OK…help them. “What is your PLAN to get through this?” “Are you going to remain frustrated or would  you like to get out of that?” “Let me share with you an idea that has changed my life and could easily yours…”

Social Up and Mobile UP and let people know you are a Solution Specialist and can help them in a multitude of ways.

These are 10 reasons why your business is going to explode in your mlm network marketing home business.

MLM Training- Mobile Recruiting and WHY It will be a GAME CHANGER-Part 1

mlm mobile recruiting home business

mlm network marketing mobile

MLM Mobile Recruiting and Marketing.

Do you use your mobile device for your home business?

Do you use SMS for texting for your network marketing efforts?

Are you aware how powerful mobile recruiting is for mlm?

I had the great honor of interviewing a # 1 Corporate Recruiter in the nation about recruiting using mobile devices. It can be applied as well with a home business and online marketing.

S stands for Scott, D stands for Doug.

The interview took place at a country club during summer of 2012 This starts in the latter part of the interview and Scott has been talking about social networking.

D  So let’s talk about what you call one of the  most powerful Recruiting phenomenon in Corporate Recruiting- Mobile Recruiting and Mobile Marketing. Think Mobile Marketing has a prayer for success?

S  <laughing> Everything has a prayer. Just some have a bigger return on the prayer and I believe that Mobile Recruiting is changing the face of Corporate
Recruiting as well as your profession-the home business person. I believe that
if done correctly, Mobile Recruiting can accelerate the process of recruiting a tremendous amount. Everywhere I read as well as my industry’s experts, all say that this is the coming wave and they all are saying to get on the band wagon.

It ACCELERATES the Recruiting process and can create a real connection unlike most other paths to recruiting. People look a their mobile at least 15 times a day. How would you like for YOU to be in their phone every time that they look at it? Would that give you an advantage?

D You have been mobile recruiting now for what? 3 years?

S  Yes, 3 years. And it really has made a difference in my ability to stay in touch with my candidates. Connection is so important in recruiting and it helps me stay more connected as it gives me an extra “Power Reach” as I call it.  Let me explain. Mobile recruiting gives me the power to reach my clients in a way that was not available even 4 years ago.

I call it “Mobile Glue” as it really does keep you glued to their mind with a mobile recruiting program. It does what I call “Explodes Your Reach” and that is what I want to happen in my recruiting strategy.

It allows me to also reach those potential candidates with a channel or technology that they are used to looking at literally up to a hundred times a day.  We use SMS, Mobile Media, and other mobile tactics that allow us to move the prospect forward into the recruiting flow.

Mobile Recruiting is a more powerful connection power than email or even social networking. It gives me entrance into their daily routine and it is so much more powerful to meet them where they are versus chasing them via the phone.

I have numerous candidates that right now have been doing all of their job searching effort via their mobile devices as it is so much more convenient. Now let’s be real, that is a smaller percentage than those who we have connected with via job boards, monster, hotjobs and those kind of job sites. But we have a growing percentage of those that ask for a text or text them a link or a corporate video  to the company website they might want to consider.

This once again accelerates the pace and speed of recruiting overall. It really does make an impact as well when you start showing you are in the Mobile
world. Many candidates like that fact as it shows that we are in the up to date
mode and not one of the ol fogey corporate recruitment firms.

There are many of them out there as well as more traditional home business companies. I am going to make a prediction: If a company within the net 18 months does not embrace mobile recruiting and mobile marketing, they will be left behind in the dust. I promise you that as they will be playing catch up for a long time.

If you want to stay in a more “personal touch” as the prospect carries their mobile on “their person,” and that is much more powerful communication as well as more intimate and personal. It truly is a great way to “get an edge” on your prospect, and set yourself apart.

And all you do is simply say, “Here is my mobile number, please write it down. I would like to lock your mobile number into my phone-what would that be?”

These are wise words of advice from a # 1 Corporate Recruiter in the nation on Mobile Recruiting for your mlm network marketing home business.

mlm home business Christmas recruiting

MLM Holiday Recruiting.

Have you ever during the Holidays tried to recruit someone for your home based business?

Did you KNOW what to do or how to do it for your network marketing business?

Would you like to know some secrets to Holiday Recruiting in mlm?

By the way- if you are interested in Holiday Recruiting secrets, go to: Holiday Recruiting Secrets.

This has holiday tips from Myself, Diane Hochman, and over 30 super stars in our profession that have given some HOT holiday Recruiting tips. CHECK IT OUT as it has over 4 hours of tips!

The holidays are a great time to network and recruit. I know. Some folks say the opposite. But I recruited for 4 years in a row someone – ON CHRISTMAS EVE! It is not hard to do. And these 10 Holiday Recruiting Tips I believe will help you in your holiday business building for your home business.

Here are 10 “Holiday Recruiting  Secrets” for the Holiday Season and beyond!

1.  Always seek out the Host and thank them for putting this on.

This is critical in ANY meeting or event during the holidays. ALWAYS make sure they know that you are there and hold a conversation with them as they may be an influencer and know the person you are looking for. And if you are the host, seek out the Influencers and spend some time with them.  Get to know them. Ask them if you can take them to lunch after the holidays to chat.

If you are on an online event, make sure you contact the host/ trainer of the event and thank them and get to know them. “Social Up” with them and connect with them to form a “Social Web” and eventually take it offline if possible.

2.  Always be the first to break the ice.

Whether you are on a social site, or offline, approach people with a simple, “Hey! I have not met you. My name is <   >  what is yours?”

Or….”Hey!  I have not had the honor of meeting you and would love to connect online. Are you on facebook or Google+? I love your photos you have been sharing. Here s my twitter / facebook name….”

3.   Always use the “W5” Networking template in Holiday Live Networking environments that you do not know people.

Always ask “Who – What – When – Where – Why.”

Who do you WORK for or With?

What do you do?

When did you start <or start your company>?”

Where is it located?

Why do you work there?   <Why did you start your company?>” if they own the company. Get their contact information.

4.  Always ask for a “Contact Number” or a “Mobile Number” NEVER a telephone number.

“I have really enjoyed this conversation. Just curious would love to chat again. Do you have a contact/mobile number/card?”

Here is a MILLION DOLLAR SECRET for LIVE Offline Holiday Recruiting:

Get your mobile phone out, ask them “Do you have a contact number? I would like to lock it in my phone.”

5. Always set a Goal for Holiday Contact Acquisition.

Contact Acquisition is THE ENGINE for your LIVE Networking Success. This alone will keep you FOCUSED on WHY you are there and not to spend all your time with one person. Set a goal for at least 3 contacts and hour. This will provide you ample time to hold a good conversation with folks and move on to the next one.

If online, set a goal to connect with at least 5 new people every session.

6. Always “Boomerang Your Network” before you leave the Holiday Networking event.

Find the people you connected with, and thank them again for their time. Make sure you do this, as it “reconnects” the conversation to the prospect. This is a boomerang for connections.

This  says three things:

You are truly a professional, you care about them and their success, and you look forward to connecting  again after the first of the year. That sets you apart as well as 95% of people do NOT do this.

7. Always get their Social Media and Mobile info and  connect with them the next day.

You  are starting to build a “Credibility Net” and you will be remembered for being so  prompt in the social world. Thank them again for their time and send them a classic  Success audio mp3- “The Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightingale.

8. Ask some “Drill Down Questions” during the Holiday Recruiting conversations.

“That  is interesting. Tell me more…”

“What  happened after that?”

“What  were you thinking at that point?”

“Where  do you see yourself with your company 3 years from now?”

If online, same thing- keep it focused on THEM and what they are holding a conversation about.

9. Always Listen First when approaching an  Influencer’s “circle” and then introduce yourself to them when and opening  occurs.

In  the Holiday Recruiting LIVE Networking world, there are “Conversation Circles” that happen when an Influencer  is speaking.

FOCUS on who the Influencers are, and then become a “passionate listener.”  Approve of their conversation by smiling, and nodding your head. Yes this is  elementary, but you would be shocked at the number of folks that do NOT do  that.

And if you are on social media, let them know- “I agree!” ‘You are so right!” “Totally on target.” You get the drift.

10. Send them a text to their mobile 48 hours  after the event saying you enjoyed the event, suggesting a lunch and you BUY.

“I  really enjoyed the event and great talking to you and connecting. Let’s connect at lunch soon- I am  buying.”

This  will show them you are serious about your building a relationship, and will show  you are a true professional as well in mlm network marketing home business.

MLM Training- How to Use Failure to Drive Powerful Success

mlm home business

mlm home business success driver

MLM Success Drivers.

Do you ever read Entrepreneur magazine for your home business?

Do you like learning from Billionaires for your network marketing business?

Here is an article that will rock your world from a Billion Dollar marketer that we all can learn from on how to use failure to DRIVE Success!

———————————————————————————————————–

Sir James Dyson, British inventor and founder of the Dyson company, is a firm believer in failure. In fact, he sees it as an essential part of his success — a step toward a truly innovative solution.

When Dyson invented his first Dual Cyclone vacuum cleaner, which hit stores in 1993, he spent 15 years creating 5,126 versions that failed before he made one that worked. The payoff was a multi-billion dollar company known for its creativity and forward-thinking designs.

We caught up with him over the phone on a recent trip to Chicago to discuss how failure has driven his success. Here is an edited version of our conversation:

Entrepreneur: You often talk about the value of failure. How has it helped you?

Dyson: Failure is interesting — it’s part of making progress. You never learn from success, but you do learn from failure. (When I created the Dual Cyclone vacuum), I started out with a simple idea, and by the end, it got more audacious and interesting. I got to a place I never could have imagined because I learned what worked and didn’t work.

Entrepreneur: How do you embrace a long series of failures without letting frustration overwhelm you?
Dyson: We have to embrace failure and almost get a kick out of it. Not in a perverse way, but in a problem-solving way. Life is a mountain of solvable problems and I enjoy that.

Entrepreneur: Your cyclone technology is often held up as a model of creative problem solving. Does failure help spur your creativity?
Dyson: It absolutely does. You don’t have to bother to be creative if the first time you do something, it works. Creativity is creating something that no one could have devised; something that hasn’t existed before and solves problems that haven’t been solved before. Making something work is a very creative thing to do.

Entrepreneur: When you fail, how do you approach the next iteration?
Dyson: What I often do is just think of a completely obtuse thing to do, almost the wrong thing to do. That often works because you start a different approach, something no one has tried. You get a different perspective and view of (the problem).

Entrepreneur: What do you do to encourage taking risks among your employees?
Dyson: You must remove any sort of criticism. A revolutionary suggestion often sounds stupid and you don’t want people who make cynical remarks. It’s a matter of having the right attitude — humble, curious, determined, willing to fail and try. (I hire people who) embrace the fact that failure is interesting.

Entrepreneur: What would you say to entrepreneurs or inventors who feel afraid to fail or worried that they’ll be judged?
Dyson: That’s a sort of lesson in life, isn’t it? You mustn’t be worried about what people will say about you. If you want to do something different, you’re going to come up against a lot of naysayers.

Big companies tend not to take risks, so there’s a big opportunity for entrepreneurs to take them and march on competitors. Business is constantly changing, constantly evolving. You’ve got to try things out.
