You must look for 4 things in your team:
1. New recruits that are VISIBLE and VOCAL.
Many future superstars are Visible and Vocal and want you to know that they are now a part of the team. I am not saying they have to run their mouth. I am saying they are on every webinar and conference call with a guest, and letting you know they are on. They want you to know you can count on them for guests and building.
2. New recruits that are CALLING YOU.
Future superstars do not wait on much. They just pull the trigger and GO. They call you and ask questions as well as ask for your help. They call you to let you know of the success they are having. They call you to let you know that they are available to help if you need them. And they call you to talk to prospects they have already talked with. In your mlm downline, this is GOLD.
3. New recruits that are sponsoring more than the average number monthly.
These are your workhorses. They sponsor more than the average, and do it every month. Your job is to work with those they have sponsored and get them in the training system quickly. Do not let their new recruits go untrained. Your new recruit may be training them. Make sure they are and working with them online and offline.
4. New recruits whose Success is being talked about by others on the team.
This is always a great indicator of the next future superstar- people talking about what they are doing in your downline. If you hear about someone – give them a call and congratulate them for their success and thank them for their efforts. Or you can text them, facebook them, twitter them, or whatever means of communication you see as right. Pay attention to them and call them “Superstar” to let them know they are headed that way.
Call out what you want to see in your group and let your people hear it. They will respond accordingly.

In my home business, in 1989, I remember talking to my mentor, and asking him what is the REAL Secret to Success in a home business. Let’s move past all the hype and rah rah and get to the bottom line.
He was eating breakfast one morning, as we were at a national conference. He had called me and asked me to join him and of course I did. What an honor. I wanted so bad to get to the TRUTH about the MLM profession and then start succeeding at it. I KNEW this was my calling in life, but yet it was not doing what I needed it to do.
So when I asked him this question, he did not even look up from his raisin filled oatmeal. He said something so profound that it still rings in my ears today.
What did he say?
“Patience is the secret to home business success Doug. But it must be Urgent Patience. The single greatest Success trait of all Millionaires in the Home Business Profession is PATIENCE. Most people out-patience themselves right out of this profession as they are urgently working, but not patiently waiting – for their skill set and leadership to grow.”
Wow. I was stunned.
This was pure GOLD as no one had ever said that to me before. Maybe no one cared enough to tell me the truth.
Who knows?
But it really hit me like a 2 by 4 when he said those words.
It is called:
Hurry up and wait.
That is how most entrepreneurs SHOULD feel. They want to have a sense of urgency, but yet they know they need to be patient because all businesses take time and effort. Especially in the MLM home business profession.
Most home business owners are willing to give the effort …for a while.
It is the TIME that it can take many have a challenge with.
Don’t outpatient yourself out of this incredible network marketing profession.
Where your home business is today is nowhere close to where it will be 3 years from now.
Keep focused and talking to NEW people with NEW CONVERSATIONS. Keep sharing your company’s information.
What you are doing today is planting seeds. They may not grow next week. It may be next year.
Seeds of prospecting.
Seeds of social networking.
Seeds of recruiting.
Seeds of presentations.
Seeds of webinars.
Seeds of in home meetings.
Seeds of exposures that will grow at a later time.

is a lot about BUILDING TEAMS.
Simple to the point.
It is about building teams of prospects, teams of customers, teams of distributors and consultants, and teams of Leaders.
Many network marketing home based business companies train on team building, Leadership, but rare is the company that teaches Team Building Stability.
If your team is not stable, your MLM business more than likely will not survive. Stability is important in any relationship.It does not matter whether a marriage or friendship. Stability MUST be there for the relationship to flourish.
Your team is made up of relationships, and you must treat the team as such.
It is the same for Team Building in a home based business.
Team building is going out and finding people that you can work with and become part of your team. Then you coach them and train them to succeed. But many never do succeed.
