What is a relationship?

It is where 2 people have connected and formed a like mind and emotion towards each other and communicate on a regular basis.

 Network Marketing and a Home Business Team is based on relationships and that is the foundation of your efforts- building relationships with customers and distributors, as well as your Leaders and upline.

 Many people make a HUGE mistake.

 They put results before relationships.

 It will not work.

 Relationships that are put second place, will never put you first in this business. Even with your warm market, we many times take it for granted and assume they will be interested. But they since you are not honoring the relationship first, they become not interested.

 Have you made that mistake ever in any relationship?

 It can be a killer and people do that offline as well as online in social media and mobile media.

 But today, you must also be able to develop relationships quicker with unfettered access in order to succeed in this industry. That is why the internet and the social media /mobile media storm are so powerful. Many people that you talk with in your warm market will not be interested.

Period. That is just the way it is.

 Then many people who have worked an MLM Network Marketing business before become a part of the NFL Club.

WHAT is the “NFL Club?”

 But that should not stop anyone with the power of the world at your fingertips through socail media and mobile recruiting to develop new relationships. The internet and social media has opened up doors for building new relationships more than any other invention within the last 100 years.

And the internet is constantly evolving and maturing into a medium of communication that is moving perfectly towards becoming the greatest mlm prospecting tool that a distributor or consultant could have. And there are other “trainers” out there that have moved into this arena with their information, but have missed the mark in a couple of ways.

 1)   Relationships must eventually be taken off line and voices connected over the telephone. Internet relationships-even social networking relationships– can only be developed up to a certain depth via the internet.

2)   Relationships developed via social sites must be focused on ADDING VALUE and GIVING – NOT taking – as many seem to be focused on doing or teaching.

 If you are putting relationships first, then you must understand that it is what you can POUR INTO the relationship– not just get from. And that is a secret that has helped produce billions in this industry.  Relationships are precious and should be treated as such.

 What would be a reason that YOU would develop a relationship? That is probably the same reason that most would as well.

 Home Business Professionals should focus on not just building the relationship but also HONORING it by adding value into it constantly.

 When you are building a new relationship- especially online, you should focus on 3 questions:

 1)   What is the person looking to gain in life – and can you help them in some way obtain part of that via your friendship?

2)   What does the person truly VALUE in life and how can you ADD to that VALUE?

3)   Where do they want to take their life and why?

 These are questions that you should be considering with everyone that you talk to- offline and online. Most people are not recruited because these questions have not been considered nor thought of.

Your listening may be the biggest cause of your struggle in mlm.

I have been there. When I first got in this business, I did all the talking, I was in the SALES MODE. That is what I thought you were supposed to do. I wanted to SELL my business to people and get them in my downline. And I did a good job of it.

I talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked to the mlm prospect.

And they all had ONE THING in common:

They would disappear and I would never hear from them again. I could not understand it. I gave them ALL the information they needed to know about the company and even went IN DEPTH with the compensation plan. I was a walking and talking mlm sales GENIUS!

Or…was I?  Smile.

My mentor, who now is closing in on 9 BILLION in this profession with ONE downline, saw what I was doing one day when he was working with me. I wanted to impress him, so when we went to the first appointment, BAMMMOOOOOOO!

I gave it ALL I had. I was OnFIRE! I talked, as Zig Ziglar would say, with gusts up to 100 miles an hour!

Ahem.

A Dose of Home Business Reality.

My mentor stopped me dead cold, and took over. He looked at me, and said that he had a few questions for the prospect…

And I have never been hit so hard with a dose of reality in my life. He asked a question…then shut up.

He listened and then asked another question. And then asked another question. Then he asked ANOTHER question and listened. I was stunned. The prospect was smiling, and actually showed interest in the business.

Then the strangest thing happened.

He signed up on the spot. I sat there with my mouth open. How did that happen? Where did that come from?

After the appointment, we went to lunch – and he started Success School. I was the student and he was the teacher. He said that I needed to know the 4 Listening Habits and learn them. and form that day forward, my whole world changed in this profession as I found out that this is NOT an “information firehose” business.

This was a business of LISTENING and then asking MORE questions.

It is about Listening and Leading– Not Selling and Pushing.

What are the  4 Listening Habits? You need to learn them and then find out where you are, and ge tot the place of where you need to be.

All of our Listening is HABITUAL. We learned how to listen- nor NOT listen- from our parents and influencers in our life. If you are going to be a successful home business recruiter, then I suggest you LEARN these and then change what needs to be changed.

The 4 Listening Habits.

1. Listening to the WRONG People.

Many network marketing professionals listen to the wrong people. They listen to the nay sayers and the negative neds and nellies. They listen to the people who live in the past. They listen to the victims and whiners of the world. They listen to the complainers and get spewed on all over. And then they carry those conversations into their business.

Jettison the negative conversations and move past them.

2. Listening WRONG to people.

This is where you are listening to what YOU can gain form the conversation, not what the ptospect can gain.

It is called “selfish listening.”  You need to practice in mlm recruiting “Selfless Listening.”

Listen to the prospect from THEIR world, not yours. Listen as if YOU were saying these words and how would you feel?  Listen with intensity and and listen to LEARN and LEAD– and to HELP the person with a solution.

Say, “Tell me more about that. I want to know and then see how we together can solve this issue…”

You will be glad you did and so will they.

3. Listening AT people.

This is a habit many people have. I call it “Courtesy Listening.” You listen with your mouth ready to unload after they are finished talking. You are courteous not to interrupt them, but you have not idea what they just said. You were thinking of what YOU were going to say next a out your business or product.

Here is a tip: Find out what they are looking for and then show them how you can help them find it.

But you will never learn what they are looking for, if you are TALKING all the time.

4. Listening FOR people.

This is where you need to be as a network marketing leader.

You are listening FOR the problem and then you are listening FOR a solution they are seeking. This habit of listening is how you listen to your mlm prospect and then seek the problem they want solved, and then you listen further to see if there is any type of solution they are looking for that you can help them with.

Say, “What is the biggest concern do you have moving forward in 2012? Is it financial, family, health, or what?”

Then LISTEN and LEAD them to your Solution.

If you listen FOR people, you will find your mlm recruiting and home business success starting to occur more rapidly and more powerfully. That is how you PULL people towards you.

ASK, LISTEN, and then LEAD them to the Solution you have available with your home business.

The 4 Positions in Life People Occupy.

Are you familiar with the 4 Positions (NOT personality types) that people occupy in the network marketing profession?

Are you aware that EVERYONE fits within one of these positions?

If you could discover you are in the WRONG position, how would that help you in your home business?

You MUST understand the 4 Positions that People occupy.

 There is a secret to success in any home business effort, as well as life, and it is the secret that is rarely taught, if ever.

 It is the Secret of the Positioning Factor.

 People throughout life have a tendency to accept a position that either is a place to create Success or a place to create mediocrity.

  You must get in a position that can move you forward, and move you to a place that can create the circumstances and contain the ideas and processes that can catalyze Success. That position is determined much from what a person has learned from his or her family and associates.

Most people today are in a position that imprisons them where they are, because they have decided that is where they feel most comfortable. It is familiar.

Wealth creation is catalyzed by being in the right position – often with the UNFAMILIAR. That position is both internal and external. That means being in the right mind set — as well as action set that produces the results desired in life.

 Positioning is a major part of marketing – as well as moving things forward. That is why that you must understand the 4 Positions that people Occupy. I want to cover these and I have never heard anyone else teach theses and i hope they help you in your network marketing mlm business.

The 4 Positions of a Home Business owner.

 A)  The Fall Behind Position.

 This is where many people are today. They do not keep up with the changing progress, and stay locked in a lifestyle that continues to keep them falling behind even further. These folks do not do well at all in the home business arena as they are too focused on what worked yesterday and clinging to traditions that may be working against them. Nothing wrong with that, but there are better ways to live life in my opinion.

 The Fall Behind person resists change for the most part, and does not like to see anything that would upset their understanding and living of life.

Their philosophy is “If it is not broke- why improve it?”

These folks also are the negative people that tend to try and slow progress every step of the way, not realizing that progress has it’s own momentum.

These folks can make good customers, but even that can be questionable sometimes.

 They make up about 50% of the population.

  B)  The Stagnation Position.

 This position is where the person will adapt to change- eventually. And stay there until forced to move to another position because of change that demands it. They like the idea of improving things- and will readily accept it- but on their time and their terms. That is why cell phones took a while to catch on. These folks were eventually forced to embrace the cell phone, but only when they were ready.

 The motto of the Stagnation Nation is: “On my terms, my time, and my track.”

 But they DO eventually get to the progressive ideas- but the bad thing about it is that by the time they do- the ideas are news of yesterday, and newer ideas and products are on the way.

 These folks can make good retailers of products and good distributors if worked with. But they still have a tendency to stick with the old ideas of doing business and creating results. If you are going to earn a huge revenue stream today, you must have a fine tuned “Dual Track” process of working Network Marketing that includes the old traditions as well as the new ones including social media, mobile marketing, and online marketing. This includes NOT being stagnant and in a rut- but being open to new ideas that can move your business further ahead quickly, like embracing the New Social Media sites and technology.

 Recruiting these folks is easy. Simply use what they are comfortable with, with the old methods and language that feels comfortable. You can recruit them, but they will stay where they are for the most part income wise.

 They make up about 30% of the population.

 C)  The Growth Position.

 These folks are the ones that you really want to look for and draw into your sphere of influence. These folks like new ideas, and progress. They are always open to learning about new ideas, and then embracing them to better their life, and their lifestyle.

 These folks LOVE the idea of new ideas that can grow their life and their income. They read a lot, and listen to CDs and listen to mp3s on the internet. Many have Iphones, Droids, as well as Blackberries. They love the web and all the new sites on it. They do gravitate towards the social media communities and most are on twitter, youtube, LinkedIn, and facebook. And they do not mind having to learn new things and instructions on how to operate and use new methods of communication and doing business.

 People that are in the growth position are very open to home businesses and more income. They want MORE out of life, and MORE for their lifestyle. They are open to new ideas when they appear and often embrace them readily.

 It is a myth that you can succeed at life if still in the wrong position. It simply will not work. The growth position is like a magnet for Success. They seem to draw towards them the people and ideas that are current and new, and then take action on them once they have the operations and processes down to move into that Success zone.

 Recruiting them is easy and fun. They are open to new products and new ways of doing business. And they are open to moving into a business arena that is non-traditional as they understand that is where most of the future is headed.

 These are about 17% of the population.

 D)  The Accelerator Position.

 This position is where YOU need to be if you own a home business. The Accelerator Position is exactly what it is- it is a position that thrives on accelerating life and income, and lifestyle. These folks live life in overdrive, and refuse anything except what their dreams call for. And these folks are always on the pursuit of how to live life on a higher level and a more powerful pace.

 Unlike the Growth Position, the Accelerator Position DEMANDS change– and not just accepts change. They were involved in the new Web 2.0 and the Social Media from the very start. They were the first on myspace way back in 2003, and the first to have Iphones and ipads. They were the first to have laptops, and the first to have email. And they are the first now to be on all the social sites and constantly reading about the new owns that are on the way.

 These folks demand much out of life, as well as themselves. They for the most part are Leaders, and they tend to have a lot of followers. They are unbelievable recruiters- not just from who they are- but also the processes they use to do that. They recruit using all the new social tactics, and when all the rest of the industry is catching up, they are light years ahead in business, volume, and income.

They make up about 3% of the population.

 They are the future millionaires of this powerful industry.

They are the NEW wealth acceleration creators in Network Marketing. And YOU can be one of these powerful people- refusing NOTHING but what your heart cries out for concerning your life and lifestyle.

MLM Closing Secret.

How would you like to explode your mlm recruiting ratio when closing?

Would knowing a question that has proven to be a powerful network marketing recruiting tool help you?

Would you like to explode your ability to get people to enroll with you?

There are many ways to ask people to sign up or join you in your mlm business.

There are many different tactics that we have on this website that can help you get a prospect to take action in joining you in your home based business. But many trainers teach different things on how to “close” someone and I agree with most.

But I prefer not to use the word “close” as it really is not what you are doing. I prefer the word “helping” as that is what you are actually doing.

You are HELPING them make the decision that is best for them and right for them.

Let me ask you a question:

If a prospect is NOT really right for your business- do you really want them IN your business?

Here is another question:

If your business is not BEST for the prospect and her family, do you want them to waste their time in your network marketing business?

That is something that Leaders understand. Yes, get them as a customer and get as many referrals as you can. But don’t recruit someone just for a paycheck. That is NOT how you work this business. Drive your business with them through USAGE and CONSUMPTION of products. They may later prove to be a person that can work this business. But start them off slow.

Leaders prefer to look at the process of “closing” as a way of HELPING- TRULY helping the prospect to move their life in a direction that is right for them and YOU.

Many network marketers are more interested in getting VOLUME from a prospect then giving VALUE to the mlm prospect. Many home business owners are focused solely on what THEY can gain from the mlm prospect, not what the prospect can gain.

You KNOW I am telling the truth about this and that is why that so many people do not succeed in our profession. They try to close the prospect for their gain- not the prospect’s gain.

What would happen if you could ask a question and brand yourself as  a powerful Leader and also make the prospect feel really good about who they are? Would that maybe help in also getting some powerful referrals?

That is the reason for the post.

I was talking with someone today and  they were talking about all the people they had closed, and how much money they were going to earn. I asked this person what their plans were to help their prospect earn money.

His answer?

“They can do what I do. Recruit people, set the example, and move on to the next one.”

My prediction?

This “pro” will not be in our profession more than 18 months. If that. And I am rarely wrong in defining that, as after 25 years you learn a few things about what to look for in people that are NOT doing this business correctly.

Ok…then HOW should you close someone that will accomplish what I am talking about?

Learn this and make it natural to say as breathing:

“I have one goal. I want to locate a couple of good leaders. Your leadership is powerful and potentially could be worth a small fortune with this company. I have one question. What kind of a powerful leadership team do you feel that we would make if we worked some together? <Listen to their answer> Let’s make that happen then…”

Powerful.

Brief.

Leadership soaked.

Use this “close” or what I call “helping question” to close any and all your mlm home business prospects.

 In NETWORK MARKETING you need to decide which one of the following roles you plan to take on, and which is most comfortable for you at this time.  Understand, you will grow tremendously in this business and company, but there always needs to be a starting point. 

Which one best describes you now?

 1)    Reseller.

 This is simply the lifeblood of any network marketing company. You share the Products/Services  with your friends and family, and build a business with lots of customers – over time.  The Commissions / Royalties you earn can become a significant income.  Many friends with whom you share these Products will know someone who might be interested in the business as well. Online in social media, you can share your products easily and effectively.

Your friends may even be interested in working with you to build their own NETWORK MARKETING businesses and dreams. Never be pushy.  Never be pressureful. Never be overbearing.

Be MAGNETIC, with excitement, energy, and passion as you start developing a team of Resellers who decides to duplicate what you’re doing. In this role you can develop part-time supplemental income that can grow into a full time income over time.

You train them to do this online as well as offline, and the more resellers you can build in your team, the more residual income you are going to enjoy!

 2)    Leader.

Serious Resellers who want to build a serious business are the potential Super Stars of NETWORK MARKETING, and they become the Leaders. 

The leader focus is amazing, and the leader work ethic is strong. 

Many NETWORK MARKETING Leaders will grow into this Role by starting only as retailers of Products.  The Path to NETWORK MARKETING Success can be traveled many ways, but the key is to KEEP TRAVELLING THE PATH! 

Career incomes and possible wealth are available at this level. Leadership Development Training is ongoing with Network Marketing training and your aspirations to become a Leader are heavily supported and encouraged.

MLM Recruiting Interview.

Do you interview people when you are recruiting and sponsoring for your mlm home business?

You can do it online or offline, does not matter.

Do you do phone conversations or skype interviews when you are looking for a newmlm  team member?

There are many ways to recruit and sponsor, online and offline, but one of the greatest ways to start the process is to QUALIFY the prospect to see if YOU can work with them and THEY are who you are looking for.

Psychologically speaking, many prospects want to “ADD UP” or “Measure Up” for the task, and when they are looking for employment, an interview is a staple in the search process.

Should it not be for recruiting someone in your network marketing business?

Below are 5 questions you should be asking prospects and seeing what their answers are. They are powerful and they work!

 1. Lets start here…Tell me about yourself.

Since this question or statement is often the opening question in any interview, be extra careful that you don’t do all the talking as it really is easy to do when recruiting in mlm. You want the prospect to know who you are and what you are doing. There is time for that, but not at the beginning.

Keep CONTROL by asking questions and listening. If they ask a question…

 Keep your answer to a minute at most. Ask the prospect if they do not tell you, about their parents, their education, where they have worked the last 10 years, , recent career experience., and if they ever have or thought about owning their own business. Emphasize this last subject. Remember that this is likely to be a warm-up question. Don’t waste your best points on it.

And TAKE NOTES. “You don’t mind if I write down a few notes do you?”  Whether face to face, skype, a Google Hangout, online chat, or cell phone, TAKE NOTES and always let them know you are. It displays a professional image and a powerful Leadership brand.

2. What do you look for in a great organization? What other companies have you looked at?

Listen to what they say. Take notes. Let their answers show that you are listening, have  some research, but don’t overwhelm the prospect with too many follow up questions. Make it clear that you wish to learn more.

You might start by saying, “This is interesting. Thank you for sharing that. What one thing do you feel a good organization should have for their folks?”

“Your answers are some of the few I have gotten that truly interest me- as you have a lot of potential with your communications skills.”

Give any statement a positive tone. Don’t say, “Well, you don’t have very good communication skills…”  if they are not who you are looking for, use this interview for practice and switch the conversation to the product, or who they might know that they could work with.

3. Why would a home business interest you? Just curious…

Here, and throughout the course of the mlm interview, a good answer comes from your prospect having done their homework and knows something about our profession.

You might give your own testimonial, and say that your impressed with your prospects research (if they have done any)  and that your company is doing things you personally wanted to be involved with, and that your company is doing them in ways that greatly interest you.

For example, if your upline organization is known for strong results, your answer should mention that fact and show that you wanted  to be a part of that kind of a team. Ask the prospect  would that be important to them.

 If the company places a great deal of emphasis on leadership and business development, emphasize the fact that you want to create new things and that you know this is an environment in which such activity is encouraged. Ask the prospect if they feel that would be important to them.

If your prospect feels that they are not really connected to this question, or looks bored, avoids eye contact, body language closes up, or online they go quiet… – you probably should not be seriously considering that interview for a leader, because they probably shouldn’t be considering a home business.

Their “success language” is lacking for your business and you working with them.

4. What is your strongest asset that you can bring to any team?

Here the prospect may blow their own horn and even get a bit egotistical. Happens a lot in a recruiting interview.  Talk about you are looking for someone who gets things done and can lead a team, and ask specifics why they think their answer to your question is their strongest asset. 

Motivate and encourage the prospect. Say that the prospect’s skills and interests, combined with their apparent history of getting results, makes them a valuable commodity for any team. Ask about what their priorities are in any kind of marketing posiiton, and would they say they are good at solving challenges.

5. What do you find most attractive about being your own? What seems least attractive about it?

Find out their REASON why they are looking and why they feel they wold be a good fit.

After you have asked these questions, you need to transition to this…

“I love your energy and you have great people skills. What I think we need to do now is take a minute to watch/listen/attend – (whatever your next move is) how does that sound for you?”

When you start talking to your prospects about the 2 types of people during tough times, it really gets their attention and holds it. It makes them think. It makes them decide which one they want to be.

NOTE: Most people do not even look at the possibility of having Personal Control over their life and finances.

They have been taught that you get a job and work for 40 years, and then retire at the age of 65. Point out the advantages of being in control:

You need to point that out and start talking “layoffs” as a reality and possibility to people that live in that “OPM” world.

Talk to them about a Multiple Paycheck Mindset with their own business and still maintain what they are currently doing for a living. “You do not have to quit your job or change what you are doing. All you need to do is hold conversations with people and share an idea that can help them. Does that sound like something you could see yourself doing?”

Talk of BEING CONTROLLED or being IN CONTROL.

In your home business articles, you MUST REVEAL  and bring light to a problem, step by step, you focus the camera and lens on solutions, and then you watch your prospects  who need solutions — take action.

But it MUST be the right actions.

That’s the heart of network marketing and home business article writing; pointing the way and revealing the path to TRUE solutions.

Every home business article you write for online distribution has to provide focused solutions and encourage click backs to you and your network marketing website or personal blog. Right Connection.

The director forms a connection with the movie goers, and you have to form a connection with your readers and watchers.  You must  do this to encourage them to visit your blog, fanpage, wiki, or website to learn further about your home business products. That’s where they will find the solution they are looking for  and take action on what your blog offers or video suggests.

That connection results when you get readers feeling HOPE, POWER, INTEREST, CURIOSITY, or any other thing that will PULL them towards you.  You have to get them EMOTIONALLY INVOLVED in what you are writing or saying so they read will want to read further.

When readers have a problem or issue, they seek solutions that will SOLVE that problem.

When they realize you have a home business article about THEIR PARTICULAR problem and want to help SOLVE IT, they take time to read or watch it. They want to see if you truly offer a viable solution to their problem.

As they read and see you are offering a solution to their problem, they start to connect with you emotionally. You both are in harmony concerning a topic or problem. With the connection being formed, you can expand the connection and drive it deeper.

How do you expand the Connection?

How do you get them to go beyond the blog post or video they are watching and click or go to your personal business site or fan page?

You do so by promising more informatiom and a detailed solution to their problem on your business website. Your content article, while useful and comes at a great time to help them with  their problem, it is only the first exposure, or the pre-sell.

 You have uncovered their problem.

You have connected YOU to that problem.

You have defined their problem.

You have them hopeful you can give them a solution somewhat so they’re anxious for more information. You have provided content and possibilities about solutions.

Now you have to MOVE THEM to the critical solution. You do that by promising them a complete solution on your business blog or web site.

Let them know your solution to their problem will save them money.

Let them know your solution will save them time from continually hunting down other solutions.

Let them know they do not have to expend effort anymore to find a solution to their problem.  YOU ARE the solution.

Connect with them so they know you will fulfill their needs for a product or business that delivers what they require.

With your mlm marketing article, they will know there are more answers and products out there to help them towards a resolution and YOU then become the solution. With an engaging article that they read to the end and then viral market it through social sites, you encourage links, comments, and clicks back to your website and blog or fan page through them posting your links to people they know.

Think of it; someone has just read an article, thinking, “It’s all here, they understand my problem, and they are talking about and offering solutions for it.”

They then realize they need information that is more specific. They need information MORE FOCUSED.

They realize they need a look at that product or solution you have that can help them.

They see a link to your site on the article, post, or social site.

They know you know what you’re talking about because of the quality of the content of your article. They want to see what else you’re talking about concerning their problem. They click back to you and lo and behold, there’s more information and a compelling picture of your home business product on a blog post, fan page, or video.

It’s all about being in control of your home business article and using it to direct and guide readers to TAKE ACTION.

Be that Success Movie director who points people where they should be. This can happen when you shine a light on their problem. That’s what can result when you focus, like a camera, on a solution to their problem.

That’s what happens when your article inspires them to action. These actions save them time, money and effort in their pursuit of their challenge.

So it’s LIGHTS!  CAMERA! ACTION!

Shine the Light on your prospect’s problems!

Focus your prospect’s attention “camera” to YOUR SOLUTION.

Get your prospect to TAKE ACTION on your offer!

MLM Training 4 Words.

Did you have a great new years eve in your mlm home business?

Are you excited about 2012 and all it holds for your mlm home business?

Are you ready to explode your 2012 network marketing business?

I have been doing some thinking the last week, and looking at 2012, and all it holds for our companies in 2012. We are planning many things in 2012, and some I believe could impact dramatically the professional image of our great profession. Our team took a look at 2011 and what worked, what did not work, and what we should consider for 2012.

In network marketing, there are many avenues you can train and coach on, but we have covered that for years. What I was looking at was a question:

What words most suit the transformation I am looking for in 2012?

You may have that same question. What words fit and really connect to what you want to happen in 2012?

I came up with 4 words that I believe for Jodi and myself, fits well for our business. Now these are not personal goals or income, spiritual, or family goals. Those are set and written down, but I am talking BUSINESS here- our mlm network marketing training firm.

These 4 words are our Success Blueprint for 2012 and I wanted to put them in writing and share them with you, and I hope you share yours with me.

Here are the 4 words:

1. DECIDE.

In 2012, I am going to make some Decisions I have never made before, and some will be very difficult to make.  But this is the year for Decision and I am going to make some I have never made before. There is no power in choice- only selection. DECISION carries the Power of Success for your mlm network marketing business.

You need to DECIDE that 2012 is going to be your VERY BEST YEAR and engage what I call the “NOPO Rule.”

What is that?

When you make a TRUE Decision, the NOPO Rule kicks in quietly but powerfully.

NOPO = “No Other Possible Option.”

Enough said.

2. DISCONNECT.

I am going to disconnect this year with what is not working, and what is not fun anymore. I love what I do for a living- serving the profession worldwide. I thank God everyday that I get to do this for a living. But there are parts of it that I need to jettison and disconnect from, as they really is becoming an anchor and not a power.

I am going to Disconnect from all Negative Thinking in 2012.

I am going to Disconnect from all Lack of Belief in 2012.

I am going to Disconnect with Perpetually Negative people this year. Yes, I will still love them and pray for them- but not let them puke on my parade any longer.

I am going to Disconnect to the Distractions and Detractors in 2012.

I am going to Disconnect to Limitations in 2012- THERE AREN’T ANY.

And I am going to Disconnect to Anything that does not ELEVATE people and their dreams.

3. DARE.

I am going to DARE to do things in 2012 that I have never done and even if they STRETCH me and they are uncomfortable.

Daring is something that most people do not do any more. They would rather live in a “risk free zone” and be comfortable with what other people have decided for their lives. I am not going to let anyone I know settle for that.

I want them to DARE with me.

I am going to DARE to Think bigger in 2012 then I ever have before.

I am going to DARE to Believe bigger in 2012  than I ever have before. “As a man thinketh in his heart- so is he.”

I am going to DARE to Engage NEW Possibilities in 2012, and take them HIGHER.

I am going to DARE to Do New Things I have never done in our business before, and do it over and over again.

I am going to DARE to Love like I have never loved before- and that includes friends and family.

I am going to DARE people more than I ever have in 2012 to lift them out of their self imposed limitation in their home business mlm.

4. DOMINATE.

I do not just want to win in 2o12, as anyone can do that. I do not want to just be the first at doing something. I want to totally DOMINATE the niche, the sector, the market, and the industry.

Impossible? I do not accept impossibility as a concept for 2102. I am going to go with the ancient success scripture: “All things are possible for those who believe.”

I believe.  And I believe that we are going to DOMINATE- in all that we do.

Why?

I believe that we were put on this earth to NOT survive. That is what many people do with their network marketing businesses.

2012 TRUTH:  Survival is a fruit of people listening to those who have decided that their friends are right. That is all there is for them.

Not this year.

Not this time.

Not this dream.

Not this boy.

I believe that we are going to Dominate in all that we do because we are going to be relentless in learning, growing, getting better, leading, building, and multiplying what we do.

YOU can do that as well.

It is waiting and it is willing to connect with you so 2012 can be the greatest year you have ever had in your entire life.

Are YOU READY?

This is YOUR TIME.  This is YOUR YEAR. This is YOUR DREAM. Take these  4 words and OWN THEM for you and 2012 and watch what happens to what happens to your network marketing business in 2012.

And it WILL work for YOU and your mlm home business.

It will do three things for you in 2012:

1. It will Change how Prospects respond to YOU.

If you DECIDE that you are going to have the greatest year in 2012 and Quadruple your income, your mlm prospects will start to change how they respond to you. They will start taking you more seriously, and start treating you different.

Why?

They are FEELING the Power of Decision FROM YOU that you are now radiating in all that you do in your network marketing business. That alone can create a Revolution in your results.

2. It will FOCUS YOU and make you D.E.A.F.
