Do you have a step by step system for presenting and following up for your home based business?

Doing a presentation and following up are critical to the success of your home business. There are many ways to do it, and if yours is working,then keep doing what you are  doing. But if you are looking for some secrets that work-step by step- here are some ideas for your mlm business.

Let’s take a quick look at some ways to do this…

Now… you’re in their houses, and looking at them… what tools do you need with you, and what do you say?

Be Prepared to do Business!

On a One on One Retail Appointment, you need:

  • Your company NETWORK MARKETING Presentation Brochure
  • Your company NETWORK MARKETING Product Catalogue and PRODUCT.
  • Yor company NETWORK MARKETING CDs, DVDs.

A One on One Presentation should follow the Presentation Brochure or Online one..

We advise you to take a mac ipad or droid notebook  if you have one, and show the online video presentation or Power Point. Or let them view the 24/7 webinar presentation at their leisure.

If you are simply going to tell the prospect about your home business Network Marketing company, which occasionally you will be in a situation that requires that strategy, then follow the your Network Marketing company Presentation brochure. It was created to do brief One on One Presentations and show the MLM Hybrid Marketing Concept.

THEN, you must see where they are and if they are ready to sign up.

 “What’s Next?” —You need to eventually move the prospect into the path of moving towards making a Decision. There are “Directing Phrases or Questions” you can use:

Is this making sense to you?”

 “What did you like best about what you’ve heard so far?”

 “Can you see yourself becoming successful in something like this?”

 “On scale of 1-10, with one being no interest, and ten being ”This Rocks”, where do you see yourself?”

 “Is there any reason why we cannot partner up with this and start building an amazing business?”

 Or…

 “Based on what you have heard, do you see yourself more as a customer or a Reseller?”

 “Would you like to partner with me and host a gathering for your friends to share this? Let me explain how that works…”

If they want to be a NETWORK MARKETING customer:

“Great! Let’s get your name in the computer, and place an order for your NETWORK MARKETING membership.  We need to know whether you see yourself as a Preferred Customer (wholesale prices), or a Retailer (if you’d like to know how to get your Network Marketing products for free by sharing them with your friends, and earning enough money to cover them)… OK!  Let’s get the paper work done…”

Fill out their application online and ask if they can suggest a referral for you.

Once the Customer paperwork is completed and they are an official customer, you still need to address how they can help you for referrals in your mlm network marketing home business.

Closing is simply a FOCUS or a MIND SET that most people never develop. But it is also tactics and strategies. And there are many different tactics out there.

There are many things I have written about “closing” in the past, and today wanted to share some ideas I penned several years ago that is totally applicable to online as well as offline, and even social media.

But one of my favorite posts is one below. It truly takes to heart the secrets of being an effective and powerful “Closing Master.”

Then comes…

Decision TIME in MLM.

NOTE:

No Decision. No paycheck.

The last thing you want to hear at this point is a “Maybe.”

NOTE:

Maybes in this business will KILL YOU. You MUST get Prospects Off the
Fence!

The Decision is where the Involvement is either crystallized or told goodbye.
You cannot make money in this Network Marketing business without bringing them
to a Decision.

NOTE:

On the Fence = Off the Pay Plan.

In Network Marketing- NEVER Close.

So you want to try to bring them to a decision. And the most common way to do
that is through “CLOSING”…

NEVER CLOSE! You will lose out in the long run…

The last word in Close is Lose…and if you or your distributors don’t close
your Prospect, you will think that you have LOST.

But in reality you have SUCCEEDED!

You got a Decision. And you lead your prospect to the decision that was right
for them.

NOTE:

This business is NOT for everyone. Your job is not to Close people, but to help navigate them to a decision that is right for them…

By using what we call “Navigators”…

What are they?

Phrases to help LEAD people to the decision that is right for them.

Think about it…you don’t want people to sign up who will be a headache down
the road. So sell them a product, get referrals, and Move Forward…

The Master MLM Navigator Questions.

Here are what we call the “Master Navigator Questions”…

Start with…

You know, all I want is what is best for you…and is right for you. This was
for me, but you’re not me. I am not here to convince you of anything…only to
see if this is right for you…

Then ask…

Does this make sense? (answer)
What is the one thing that really got your  attention? Yeah…a lot of folks like that part…

I’ve got an idea…let’s do this…let’s get the paperwork out of the way so
we can get you on your way…

What you have done is create an environment TO  HELP THEM MAKE A DECISION that will lead them to your mlm network marketing home business.

MLM Closing Secret.

How would you like to explode your mlm recruiting ratio when closing?

Would knowing a question that has proven to be a powerful network marketing recruiting tool help you?

Would you like to explode your ability to get people to enroll with you?

There are many ways to ask people to sign up or join you in your mlm business.

There are many different tactics that we have on this website that can help you get a prospect to take action in joining you in your home based business. But many trainers teach different things on how to “close” someone and I agree with most.

But I prefer not to use the word “close” as it really is not what you are doing. I prefer the word “helping” as that is what you are actually doing.

You are HELPING them make the decision that is best for them and right for them.

Let me ask you a question:

If a prospect is NOT really right for your business- do you really want them IN your business?

Here is another question:

If your business is not BEST for the prospect and her family, do you want them to waste their time in your network marketing business?

That is something that Leaders understand. Yes, get them as a customer and get as many referrals as you can. But don’t recruit someone just for a paycheck. That is NOT how you work this business. Drive your business with them through USAGE and CONSUMPTION of products. They may later prove to be a person that can work this business. But start them off slow.

Leaders prefer to look at the process of “closing” as a way of HELPING- TRULY helping the prospect to move their life in a direction that is right for them and YOU.

Many network marketers are more interested in getting VOLUME from a prospect then giving VALUE to the mlm prospect. Many home business owners are focused solely on what THEY can gain from the mlm prospect, not what the prospect can gain.

You KNOW I am telling the truth about this and that is why that so many people do not succeed in our profession. They try to close the prospect for their gain- not the prospect’s gain.

What would happen if you could ask a question and brand yourself as  a powerful Leader and also make the prospect feel really good about who they are? Would that maybe help in also getting some powerful referrals?

That is the reason for the post.

I was talking with someone today and  they were talking about all the people they had closed, and how much money they were going to earn. I asked this person what their plans were to help their prospect earn money.

His answer?

“They can do what I do. Recruit people, set the example, and move on to the next one.”

My prediction?

This “pro” will not be in our profession more than 18 months. If that. And I am rarely wrong in defining that, as after 25 years you learn a few things about what to look for in people that are NOT doing this business correctly.

Ok…then HOW should you close someone that will accomplish what I am talking about?

Learn this and make it natural to say as breathing:

“I have one goal. I want to locate a couple of good leaders. Your leadership is powerful and potentially could be worth a small fortune with this company. I have one question. What kind of a powerful leadership team do you feel that we would make if we worked some together? <Listen to their answer> Let’s make that happen then…”

Powerful.

Brief.

Leadership soaked.

Use this “close” or what I call “helping question” to close any and all your mlm home business prospects.
