MLM Realites of Prospects You Know.

Have you ever gotten a negative response from a person you know about your network marketing home business?

How do you respond to your friends that come against your home based business?

What did you do to move your mlm business forward?

There are certain cold hard realties of this home based business profession, and if you understand a few things about the people you know, your life will go a whole lot easier and you will smile more.

Understand the Realities of Getting Started in this Business:

When they first got started, all successful Resellers/Distributors have experienced the same emotions that you are experiencing or will experience- positve or negative.

There are three Realities that you MUST know about starting this business and people you know:

 1) You will find that some people aren’t immediately interested in your NETWORK MARKETING when you first tell them about it, and that’s okay because they will most likely still be interested in your Membership and products, and they’ll probably purchase them from you.

Why aren’t they interested?

Many people are too focused on living their lives the way they currently are, and aren’t open to living a more exciting, growth-oriented, income-expanding life. Many are living paycheck to paycheck, and simply do not believe there is any other way to live.

2) Not everyone is going to be as positive as you are, and some of the people you approach might even be a little negative.

 NOTE: Don’t Take It Personally.

You will run into people that are negative, and some can be VERY negative as that is just who they are and what they do.

That is just the way it is.

In this  great profession they are called “Dream Stealers,” and many times they are the people closest to you – Spouse, relatives, and friends.

DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR DREAMS OF A BETTER and More Rewarding LIFE though NETWORK MARKETING!

Understand that they have not seen what you’ve seen, and don’t know what you know yet, so you shouldn’t necessarily expect them to believe and embrace what you have. Accept that some folks will be negative no matter what you are doing, and if they are not open to the Products, then ask for referrals and move on.

 3) It is an effective numbers game, and if you understand that, you can win BIG in NETWORK MARKETING!

You must talk to people about your NETWORK MARKETING business. Some people will talk to a few, and then their businesses start rolling! Others will have to talk to many more, but still win BIG ultimately!

There is no accepted average of the number of people you need to talk to. It is different for everybody. You are just looking for good customers, and good Resellers. If anyone is negative with you, understand this:

They don’t intend to be hurtful; they simply do not understand what you are doing.

Don’t argue. You will learn later with your company what to say about your mlm network marketing home business.

What is the first thing that has to happen concerning the company tools?

Go over them as well as the paperwork.

 1) The first thing that we need to address is your application.
How does enrollment in NETWORK MARKETING work?  What is the enrollment process from start to completion?  Make sure you understand this process, and are able to teach it simply and thoroughly. If you have any questions, ask your
sponsor or NETWORK MARKETING corporate office.

 2) Next, let’s cover the Order Form, and what decisions need to be made before you or someone you enroll orders.  Understand that wherever you started with your initial investment of Membership or products to get your business started will become a “Silent Standard” for your group. What standard do you want to set?

We recommend that the best place for a new Reseller to start is somewhere between ‘Scared and Nervous.’

That could be $195.00 to one person, could be $495.00+ to another, but either way, it’s got to be an amount that’ll motivate you to get out the door in the morning or at night and share the business and incredible product line.

 3) Go over any other forms and necessary documents (online as well) with your sponsor, and learn how to properly complete them. Make sure you review them ALL! Necessary Forms include your “Contact List” which should include everyone you know well and others you know by association.

 4) Review the company literature, brochures, catalogues, and any marketing tools that are available to you in your Reseller Training System. Become familiar with EACH NETWORK MARKETING brochure and catalogues and its purpose. Then you will know with whom it will be appropriate to share it. Don’t memorize it, but understand its POWER to communicate the NETWORK MARKETING message! You can check ecdel for more about network marketing.

 5) Next, go over any and all CDs, audios, DVDs, conference calls/web casts and other website tools that are available. Learn the NETWORK MARKETING message of each tool, so you’ll be familiar with which ones to use when you retail the product and when you recruit. You need to order adequate supplies of each so you have them in your “Success Tool Kit.” Find out the time and webcast url or conference call number of the next company Recruiting call, and have a guest on it!

I did a post a while back, called “7 Biggest Mistakes Made in Closing the MLM Prospect” you may want to check out as it really will help you recruit. And it will help you in your Closing efforts as well.

There are many “secrets’ that you can learn and use, but when I was rocking and rolling, I was blessed to have an INSANE recruiting and closing ratio.

How do you do that?

Simple.

It is a combination of Psychology and “Close-ology.”

And using that combination, you will be shocked at how that works for your recruiting efforts.

There are 7 MORE “Closing Secrets” that I want to share with you, and I would suggest you learn them and engage them in everything you do.

Here are the 7:

1. You Never stop talking and talk yourself right out of the sale/partnership.

In closing it is important that you let the prospect reveal to you how joining your business will help improve their current situation. You MUST focus on that and that is what is called “the Closing Magnet.”  It will PULL THEM IN. It is important to let the prospect reveal as much as possible about them. You must shut up and listen.

2. You Display Weak Posture, Timidity, and Hestitancy.

You MUST understand that you must come across with AUTHORITY. Posture IS authority. You must have posture. To overcome this you must not fear rejection, the word “no,” or people not respondig back to you.. In closing you must BEGIN STRONG….but also END STRONG.

3. You Believe the prospect’s excuses and negative words.

When prospects give you an excuse, all it means is that their objections or words are rooted in 2 things: Fear and Worry. You have TOTAL control over this situation and results. You  must intervene and get them out of that fearful or worried state of mind.

4. YOu Don’t stick to the proven script or Talking Points.

I am a big fan of “Talking Points.” And of course, certain types of scripts or talking point. When using a proven script ot talking Points, it is important that you don’t let your ego get in the way and use it. Scripts and Talking Points are designed for a reason and of you try to add and subtract you could subtract yourself out of a sale or business partner.

5. You Get Defensive and Irritated.

Okay so you keep your posture but become defensive when you hear an objection like “ I need to think about it, ” or “I am not sure…” as it is okay to help ease the prospect fear  of course, but you must maintain your authority, power, and posture. Do not go off on them and try to make them feel bad.

6. You Totally Dominate the conversation.

It is not cool to do all the talking and focus on the words “me,” “I,” “mine,” or “my.”  80%. That’s the percentage that the prospect should talk, and you listen. This is critical that you do this, as often when you dominate the conversation, you dominate the prospect away from you.

7. You Display Lack of Leadership.

Closing is LEADING.

Let me repeat that.

CLOSING is LEADING the prospect, not just trying to get the application or sale.

Make sure that you are in a Leadership mind set and engage the leading principles that are needed. “I have an idea…let’s do this…”  “I believe that the next thing we need to do is…”  “How do you feel about locking arms and partnering up with me and together we rock this thing?”

A professional in our wonderful profession understands that FREEDOM is what we all want. Our forefathers faught and died for it. They literally gave their lives so we could be free today. And your home business is worth giving it all you got like they did is it not?

There are 7 secrets to FREEDOM in MLM and Network marketing, And I want to briefly cover them in celebration of out July 4th holiday.

We are going to take the word FREEDOM and break it down.

“F”  stands for FAITH.

If you do not have faith in what you are doing with your home business, you never will be free. You must have faith in the system your company has provided as well as the training and the vision. Faith must also be in YOU. You must have faith in your God given abilties to CRUSH IT and rock with the good times as well as the not so good.

Have faith that you WILL create financial freedom.

“R” stands for REACH.

Simply, a weak approach and REACH to tbis business is going to yield you weak results. Most of the time, a less then aggressive approach to this business shows a lack of belief in what you are doing and will shorten your reach a lot.

BELIEVE in what you are doing and let the force of belief ignite an agressive mindset to GO OUT AND MAKE IT HAPPEN.

REACH for what you want and what it takes to succeed in business. This will result in much more success then you could ever imagine. I am not talking about being pushy, but REACHING to help people help themselves. Don’t worry about your Reach being too powerful. That is not going to happen. REACH for your Freedom by reaching out to others and helping them obtain their freedom in life.

“E” stands for ENGAGE.

You must ENGAGE this business, not just try it. Trying it is going through the motions. ENGAGING is going through the EMOTIONS to put your business IN MOTION. Get PUMPED and ENGAGE the prospecting, the recruiting, the online social efforts, and all that is required for success.

Engage your HEART in all you do. that will create more FREEDOM in your life then you ever could imagine.

“E” stands for EXCELLENCE.

There is NO true FREEDOM without Excellence in everything you do. Your business must be built on a foundation of FREEDOM as well as as EXCELLENCE is your vision and approach.

Excellence is a lifestyle and a decision. It is a POWER that can transform the ordinary into the EXTRAORDINARY. Focus on Excellence and watch your business SOAR.

“D” stands for DEMAND.

You MUST DEMAND the BEST from YOU.

You have a powerful success force inside of you. Demand from it. PULL from it. DEMAND the Big You to show up. DEMAND the results you want. DEMAND the skill set that is needed and then acquire it. DEMAND from your team the BEST each has to offer. DEMAND that winning be the only focus and the only result. If you demand the best from you, then you will see FEEEDOM coming towards you like a freight trin.

“O” stands for OPEN.

FREEDOM in network marketing is based on you OPENING new conversations, new doors and new possibilties.  Opening your mind to BIGGER results is a beginning to FREEDOM. Opening your eyes to a higher success and more powerful result is a beginning to FREEDOM. Opening up the mind of your team to being number one on the company is the beginning to FREEDOM.

Open up your mind, heart, and eyes to the HUGE Success that lies before you, that leads straight to FREEDOM in life.

“M” stands for MORE.

There is MORE inside of you. Give it.

There is MORE that can come from you. Give it.

There is MORE thinking that you can do. Give it.

Leonardo da Vinci was and still is one of the most recognizable names in history. This post was done by a gentleman in Australia and thought it is PERFECT for network marketing home business.

Lets take a look at Leonardo through his eyes…and lets see how we can learn some things that will accelerate your home based business…

This article is about a moment in time that changed the course of Western civilisation forever.

An era that began a new way of thinking. When imagination flourished and artists were thought to be near divine beings. A time when humankind experienced a glorious rebirth.

This new movement promised freedom from the plagues, disease and death so common in the middle ages. Freedom from dogmatic inflexible traditions under which people were horribly oppressed.

Humanity was leaving a period of darkness and confusion behind, coming into the colour and light of the Renaissance period.

One of the most prominent artists of the time was Leonardo da Vinci, born on the 15th April 1452. He turned the artist from craftsman to genius – primarily because his paintings depicted not only physical appearances but, for the first time, intrigue, feelings and inner states of mind. He also did outstanding work as an architect, scientist, inventor, mathematician, engineer, anatomist and geologist.

But the lessons of Leonardo and his time are not confined to the history books – here’s what they have to teach modern artists and creators.

 1. New knowledge brings new creative possibilities

During the Renaissance intricate knowledge of human anatomy was revealed. Perspective was discovered. Classical sculpture was rediscovered. New painting techniques developed. You can try furniture paint sprayer for attractive decoration. Heavenly music was composed. And majestic architecture was built.

Artists changed the world by applying this knowledge and combining it with their imagination – as well as vast wealth from powerful Italian families such as the Medici.

Lesson 1: Future historians will look upon our ‘information age’ as another significant breakthrough in the history of humankind. Take full advantage of the opportunity to increase your creative potential by acquiring meaningful knowledge.

 2. Align yourself with power

Leonardo was a bastard child of a poor farm girl. He had no formal education and learnt to fight for his survival.

The infamous Medici held great power in Florence at the time. Life was cheap and executions commonplace. Leonardo knew he needed to become a member of the famous guilds to succeed in life.

But it was incredibly rare for an illegitimate child to rise above his natural born status and become successful, let alone become an established household name and revered artist amongst high society.

Leonardo understood the importance of mixing in the right circles.

Early in his teenage years he travelled to the big city of Florence. There he intermingled with the best minds and most successful artists in the country, taking an apprenticeship in the renowned studio of Andrea del Verrocchio.

However, Leonardo quickly outshone his teacher and was honoured at the age of twenty, by being accepted into the highly esteemed Painters’ Guild of Florence. This public elevation gave him instant access to the most powerful and influential people in Italy.

Lesson 2: Improve your chances of success by networking and aligning yourself with people who are already powerful and successful.

3. Don’t hide your light under a bushel

Early in his career, with little experience, Leonardo submitted his sketchbook concepts to the Royal Palace of Milan.

He signed his letter to the king as “a genius designer of weapons in war”. In fact, most of Leonardo’s military ideas were not to be used until 400 years later, when his drawings inspired the tanks of the First World War.

In his letter, da Vinci boldly offered his instruments of war to the Duke, full of ideas that had never been thought of before. He tempted His Excellency by saying “I can construct bridges… I can demolish every fortress… I can make a cannon… I can make armoured wagons that carry artillery”.

As if that were not enough, in a side note he added “I can further execute sculpture in marble, bronze or clay, also in painting I can do as much as anyone else”. He concluded the letter by challenging the Duke: “If any of these things seem impossible or impractical, I offer myself ready to make a trial and prove myself worthy.”

Lesson 3: Promote your ideas and your work with boldness and self-confidence. If you don’t believe in them enough to speak up for them, who will?

4. Perfectionism sabotages even the greatest artists

Leonardo was a restless artist who struggled to finish paintings. His perfectionism meant that he would lose his passion for the work in hand and turn his genius towards something completely different. His mind needed constant stimulation away from his art. Da Vinci focussed upon a variety of diverse major projects during his lifetime ranging from human anatomy, geology, town planning, even man-powered flight.

This recurring trait caused great frustration for kings and paymasters at the time. In the centuries after his death, few have ventured to doubt his abilities – but quite a few have criticised the fragmentary nature of much of his work.

Lesson 4: Strive for excellence, but accept that imperfection is unavoidable as a human being. Finish what you start, even if it falls short of your vision.

5. Solitude is essential for creativity

Although charming and attractive, commanding everyone’s affection, Leonardo valued his time alone saying:

Alone you are all yourself, with a companion you are half yourself.

But it was during his many hours spent in solitude, generating ideas and drawing in his sketchbook, that da Vinci was most creative.

Lesson 5: Build in quiet time – for reflection and focused work – during your day. Remember the power of introverts!

6. Experimentation comes at a price

After three years one of the world’s greatest masterpieces, The Last Supper, was coming to completion. It was a revolutionary painting for the time because the artwork included scientific principles never used before in a composition.

But Leonardo’s experimentation with paint on the masterpiece failed miserably. Dampness in the wall began to disintegrate the frescoe and the paint faded considerably.

The painting we have today is a pale shadow of its freshly-painted glory. Leonardo often tried creative ways to accomplish his lofty goals in painting, but even this creative genius came unstuck.

Lesson 6: Experiment on preliminary sketches or prototypes only. Be sure to use high quality materials for long lasting results in the final piece.

7. Power shifts unpredictably and fast

Desire for status, influence and a driving ambition to succeed captured Leonardo’s heart. He knew how the world worked in the noble courts of kings and he played the game well. However, the fickle nature of Italian politics and the transience of power was strikingly real for an artist in this time.

As kings toppled, so did artistic patronage.

Many times Leonardo’s source of income dried up. He was accustomed to rejection and often found himself out of favour with powerful authorities. He eventually left Milan a broken man, abandoning his Last Supper masterpiece and other famous commissioned works.

Lesson 7:  Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.

If you’re an employee, build your reputation in the industry, in case you ever need a new position; if you’re a freelancer, don’t rely on one or two clients; if you’re a creative entrepreneur, develop multiple income streams.

8. Leave a legacy you can be proud of

Leonardo climbed from poverty to achieve high status in society. Shortly after his 67th birthday he passed away and the world lost an astoundingly brilliant and diverse creative mind.

According to legend, Leonardo died in the arms of the King of France. He is recorded to have said “as a well spent day brings happy sleep, so life well used brings happy death”.

Lesson 8: Don’t be satisfied with ‘good enough’ or just keeping clients happy. Challenge yourself to create amazing work that will stand the test of time.

3. Create or refresh YouTube bio to ensure it best supports your current
business, products, and differentiation and keywords your audience is seeking.

4. Subscribe and/or become friends with other YouTube channels in your home business industry or niche.

5. Subscribe and/or become friends with realted YouTube channels in your
industry or niche.

6. Create videos that includes content and discusses visiting your other social
platforms for our home business.  Make it relevant and give the viewer a reason to do such.

7. Include everytime your website or blog url within the video title and description.

8. Add tags/keywords relevant to your target market audience, content and industry or home business niche.

9. Add to videos opening and closing title slides or captions that include your
url or Twitter handle.

10. Create a video that describes how to best engage with you and your home business brand via the different social networks.

11. Create a video describing an upcoming offline, in home, or an event online that the prospect can attend.

12. Record a video of a client providing a testimonial.

13.  Record a video at the next local networking event asking people a

Do you have the skill set to write an ebook for your mlm business?

Ebooks havce been around for about 12 years, and are books that are electronic and read on the internet. There are a gazillion ebooks out there. You need to have several workjing for you building your brand.

The rise of Kindle and Nook book readers are a GREAT reason that you should be focused on writing an ebook. It is not that difficult.

I found a great post on Stompernet, one of my favorite sites to read, and wanted to share it with you as I believe that this post is one of the best i have read about doing an ebook.

If you want to write or markete an ebook- here is HOW:

There are several really good reasons to create an ebook for your business, but for the sake of
this article, I’m going to focus on three main reasons.

1.  It Adds Credibility to You Personally

When you have an ebook available on your website, as well as on Amazon and other online
bookstores (you better be thinking big if you’re going to go through the
trouble of writing an ebook, but we’ll talk more about that in Part 2 next
month), congratulations! You have established yourself as an expert in your
field. You’ve also instantly raised your credibility. Put yourself in the shoes
of the customer who is visiting several websites or even just looking at the
meta description in an organic search. They see you listed as “Author of (Make
sure your title has a relevant keyword)”. BAM…instant credibility! You
are the expert. You are the person they will trust.

2  It Adds Another Revenue Stream

It seems that some online business owners have gotten in to the habit of offering ebooks as a bonus or a giveaway. Sure…bonuses are great. But there’s no need to give away the farm and devalue your ebook. If you’ve actually created and written a quality ebook, it has real
value to your customers. They are willing to pay for the information you have,
so set your price point correctly. (I’ll discuss more about setting a proper
price point in part two of the article.)

You can offer the ebook on your website for an added revenue stream. You can also have additional ads and landing pages to bring in more revenue. Moreover, you can offer your
ebook on Amazon and other online bookstores. All of these can bring in additional
revenue with little to no cost to you.

3. You Reach a Niche That’s Inaccessible in Traditional Publishing

I admit it, I still love going to a traditional
bookstore. I love browsing through the rows of books and picking up books and
flipping through the pages and looking at the back cover to get an overview of
the book. While I do a lot of my research online, if I have a topic that I know
I will need a significant amount of information on, I like to make a trip to
the bookstore. I grab an armful of books and head to a squishy chair, or I go
to the coffee shop, and sit down at a table with a cup of tea and start
browsing through the books to find some information that will be helpful.
The other day I really needed a book about a particular subject on which I was going to do quite a bit of writing. However, there were no books on the topic at the bookstore. To me, it was an important subject. I realize that it was a fairly narrow subject. But when I visited an
online bookstore, there were plenty of ebooks available.

Ebooks have opened up the doors of publishing on a broad range of subjects. You can talk to a target audience that a traditional publishing house would not have been willing to invest the time and money to produce a paper book. Ebooks and digital publishing has done for the literary market what digital music has done for the music market. Back in the day you
had to get signed by a major music studio in order to have any hope of getting
your music in hands of consumers. Similarly, you had to get signed by a
traditional publishing house or spend the money to get your book self-published
and printed in order to put your book in the hands of readers. In order to make
it worthwhile, you would need to have a fairly large target audience for the
publishing house to sign you, or to make a return on your printing investment.

With an ebook, there is either little or no cost to publish and print for the writer or
author. A smaller audience can be targeted. It allows a specific target niche
to be reached, which is good for both the author and for the reader. As a
reader, I love the fact that I can find a book or several books on almost any
topic in ebook format.

How to Write an Ebook the Easy Way

Once an online business owner decides that writing an ebook is indeed a good idea, a bit of panic tends to set in. The thought is, “okay, it’s a good idea, but I have NO IDEA how to do this”. Typically the idea gets shelved until they are more comfortable and guess then
that is? Usually never. I’ve found two ways work best for an online business
owner that is ready to take the plunge and write an ebook.

1. Use Resources You Already Have – Articles

Chances are you have a number of articles that you have either written or have had written for you. Articles that have been used for link building, blog content or other SEO purposes. Compile all the articles that possess, and put them in a logical order. These will form the chapters of your book. They may take a little re-working and may need a some
transitional editing, but it has saved a tremendous amount of time and keeps
you from having to start from scratch. Once you have the body coherently bound,
write a strong introduction and a strong closing chapter, and voila!
You have a great ebook that was quick and easy to put together from resources
you already have!

I will say that this quick and easy ebook will probably be priced a little lower than if you
had taken the time to write an ebook from scratch. Although it will depend on
the quality of the articles that you’ve assembled. Just be honest on the worth
when we look at pricing in part two. It’s a great way to get an ebook out the
door, and get one under your belt, as well. You may want to tackle your first
one using this method, and your next one using the following method…

2. Hire a Ghostwriter

Now remember, we’re talking about doing it the easy way. You can write the entire book yourself, but it’s very intimidating for most online business owners – it’s not what they know how to do. A ghostwriter is a great option. You’re still the author, and you can be perfectly clear that the ghostwriter doesn’t get credit.

Where to find a quality ghostwriter – You can find a quality ghostwriter through a number of avenues. Some authors like to find ghostwriters who are close in proximity and
those who they can work well with. You can always find someone through
Craigslist. This is especially a good option if you live in a college town.
English majors in college can be a great value – but be careful because college
students can be a little flaky.

There are online forums and Facebook groups where you can find ghostwriters. There are also professional organizations to find ghostwriters, but these ghostwriters tend to be quite expensive. Although they are usually (but not always) experienced. You can also hop on writer’s forums and ask writers for referrals for ghostwriters they have worked with
that have been reliable and produced good work.

One of the most popular places to find a ghostwriter is on freelance websites such as odesk.com, freelancer.com and elance.com. Everyone seems to have their favorite
freelance website from both a provider’s and a buyer’s perspective.

I will tell you as a freelance writer: I FAR prefer elance.com. I think the rates are much more fair for their providers. Something to think about as a bu yer: I won’t even use odesk.com anymore because I feel the rates are far below what I’m worth. Granted, I only use freelance work as fill in work, but I’m still only willing to go so low!

Tips on working with a freelance ghostwriter – If you decide to work with a freelance ghostwriter, here are a few guidelines to make sure you follow:

Be clear and detailed in your job posting
You’ll have a better chance of getting a ghostwriter that is capable of meeting your job requirements if you are crystal clear in what you need. Be very clear in what your time
requirements are. There is no use hiring someone only to find out they can’t
get your ebook done in 3 weeks, if that is when you need it done.

Ask for samples – Make sure that their writing style compliments your tone. If you want a conversational tone, but all of their samples are very formal, they’re probably not a good fit.

Don’t be afraid to narrow down and ask for an interview – Remember, you’ll
be working closely with this person and they will be your voice. Narrow it down
to 3 people and ask for a brief conversation on the phone or via Skype. See
which one best suits your tone.

Set clear milestones – Let your ghostwriter know what you expect in the way of
milestones. Be flexible enough to allow for changes, but set clear milestones
in the beginning that you are both shooting for.

It’s as important that you meet your milestones as you expect them to meet theirs – It’s a two-way street here. Make sure you get edits back in a timely fashion so your ghostwriter can do their job.

Start with an outline – Send your ghostwriter an overall outline to start.
Include your overall concept and ideas for the major chapters that you want,
and other ideas that you want to cover in the chapters.

Ongoing communication – Decide together how you will work together for ongoing
communication. Will it be email, phone, text or Skype? Set clear guidelines on
how soon you will return any communication.

Decide on the fill-in with your ghostwriter – This next part really depends on your topic, your knowledge, and the job posting requirements. Have you stated that the ghostwriter will have to do research themselves? Or will you be giving them the information? Here are some of your choices:

  • Have your ghostwriter do
    the research and writing
  • Send your ghostwriter
    the info you have gathered and have them polish it
  • Dictate the information
    to your ghostwriter and have them put it in to a polished format

I have found dictation to be an increasingly effective way for authors to work with their ghostwriters. Most business owners have the knowledge in their head and don’t mind speaking it; they just don’t know how to make sense of it on paper. That is what a good ghostwriter will do well. Let them to do what they’re good at!

Hiring a ghostwriter can be a great way for a business owner to get their ebook written without taking too much time away from their normal day to day business needs.

This is how you get an ebook started with your hime business. Write about what you feel would be relevant to your business. And make sure that you get your ebook to look and feel like a professional book. There is nothing worse then an amateur looking ebook that harms your brand, not elevates it.
