And this Rule is a powerful one IF followed.

Let’s be honest.

We all know that every recruiter, whether a corporate recruiter or home business recruiter,
wants to locate and recruit talent for their business. RESULTS RULE in this profession if you are going to derive revenues from it. It is that simple and bottom line.

If you do not locate and enroll candidates in your home business, you will not be able to
build the success in your business that you desire.

That even goes for CUSTOMERS.

Do NOT make the mistake that most home business professionals do in social media: Ignoring your customers.

That can cost your hundreds of thousands of dollars IN INCOME a year if you are not careful.

 Your customers for your products are a “form of a candidate” as you never know in the future when they may show an interest in your business. You never know WHO THEY KNOW. That is why you ALWAYS stay in touch with your customers.

I believe that you should follow the Social Recruiting Tactic of “ABR.”

 Always Be Recruiting –especially your customers.

HOW?

Gently. You do not want to turn them off.

Warmly. You want to keep them as possible
referral sources.

Humbly. Make them glad they can help you
find new people to help.

Gratefully.
THIS is a biggie. Thank them EVERY CHANCE you get. Let them know you are
grateful for doing business with you.

Occasionally. You do not want to pressure your
customers. Do not be relentless. Be real, be relaxed, and reassuring.

By sending them thank you emails, cards, social mail, texts, or any other form of powerful communication.

You are always recruiting your customers by following them on facebook and twitter and other social sites.

You are always recruiting your customers by communicating and commenting on their posts and updates.

You are always recruiting your customers by sending them “thank you” e-cards and even thank you cards via snail mail.

You are always recruiting your customers by being ‘in conversation” with them in any format or any social site. Join the ones they are on and follow their friends.

You are always recruiting your customers in social media by sending them little known tips and information that will make their experience with your products and services more powerful.

NOTE: You are always recruiting your customers for JOINING YOU or REFERRING TO YOU someone that will be a high quality candidate.

No matter what, always be recruiting for your mlm network marketing home business.

Here is a 4 step Mobile Recruiting Plan that a # 1 Corporate recruiter for a National Recruiting Firm out together and we wanted to share it with you:

D  So let’s talk about what you call one of the most powerful Recruiting phenomenon in Corporate Recruiting- Mobile Recruiting and Mobile Marketing. Think Mobile Marketing has a prayer for success?

S  <laughing> Everything has a prayer. Just some have a bigger return on the prayer and I believe that Mobile Recruiting is changing the face of Corporate
Recruiting as well as your profession-the home business person. I believe that
if done correctly, Mobile Recruiting can accelerate the process of recruiting a tremendous amount. Everywhere I read as well as my industry’s experts, all say that this is the coming wave and they all are saying to get on the band wagon.

D But you have been mobile recruiting now for what? 3 years?

S  Yes, 3 years. And it really has made a difference in my ability to stay in touch with my candidates. Connection is so important in recruiting and it helps me stay more connected as it gives me an extra “Power Reach” as I call it.  Let me explain. Mobile recruiting gives me the power to reach my clients in a way that was not available even 4 years ago. It allows me to also reach those potential candidates with a channel or technology that they are used to looking at literally hundreds of times a day.

 This allows me more connection power than email or even social networking. It gives me entrance into their daily routine and it is so much more powerful to meet them where they are versus chasing them via the phone. I have numerous candidates that right now have been doing all of their job searching effort via their mobile devices as it is so much more convenient. Now let’s be real, that is a smaller percentage than those who we have connected with via job boards, monster, hotjobs and those kind of sites. But we have a growing percentage of those that ask for a text or text them a link to the company website they might want to consider.

 This once again accelerates the pace and speed of recruiting overall. It really does make an impact as well when you start showing you are in the Mobile
world. Many candidates like that fact as it shows that we are in the up to date
mode and not one of the ol fogey corporate recruitment firms.

 There are many of them out there as well as more traditional home business companies. I am going to make a prediction: If a company within the next 18 months does not embrace mobile recruiting and mobile marketing, they will be left behind in the dust. I promise you that as they will be playing catch up for a long time.

D:  What do you think is the most important element in Mobile Recruiting?

S:  Oh that is easy. Strategy. You must have a cohesive marketing and recruiting strategy behind your mobile recruiting. You must have  PLAN that works and works every time. I have a plan with my mobile recruiting and it is a pretty simple plan.

 1. P stands for PUSH.

I want to push a message out daily to the prospects I have that may be a
candidate in the making for a company I represent.

 2. L stands for LOOK.

I want the prospect to LOOK at my message and there is no better way and no
quicker way then mobile recruiting. Of course I want to have something that
will grab their attention as well.

 3. A stands for ACTIVATE.

I want the prospect to TAKE ACTION on something and that is why I offer a free
ebook to the mobile prospect to get their name and email. I want them to be
activated and already moving towards me when I contact them. I want them to
KNOW who I am and start building a relationship IMMEDIATELY. A free gift of
some kind starts that process.

 4. N stands for NAVIGATE.

I want to Navigate the prospect to a webinar or video of some kind. This will
introduce the company I am representing and the position. In a home business
scenario I would think this would be an introduction to the business.

 These are what I do daily. Mobile recruiting is much like fishing. But you must have a lot of lines in the market and once you get a strike, you will find they are already in the recruiting process with their mobile device.

D:  Do you think that Mobile Recruiting will be as big as recruiting on social media?

 S : Yes, I do. It will take a couple of years to create a solid marketing and recruiting model, but once it has been solidified, it could very well take over the social media recruiting frenzy.

D: Ok, here is an obvious question: why do you think that way?

S: Oh that one is so easy to answer. Speed. The pace of recruiting with a mobile device is so much faster then social networking. On a mobile, you have the prospect in the recruiting process within seconds. With social media it could take a week or 2 or longer. There is certainly  a LOT of recruiting going on in social media, but speed can hinder to some degree.

The pace of mobile recruiting as far as getting them in the recruiting process can be as fast as lightening. The mobile user is use to opening up a text quickly, and if they opt in for a free ebook, then you have them in the recruiting process within seconds. THAT is much more appealing to the younger generation as they operate at that pace.

D: One final question about mobile recruiting before we take a break. What do you
believe is THE secret to mobile recruiting success?

S: Hmmm…..good
question. Hmmmmm….<thinking>    Doug, I would say if there is one thing that really matters- it is IMPACT. Your message and mobile website must create a visual and actional impact that will get the prospect to DO something and not just click away. It needs to be visually appealing and full of hope. I think it should ask a question and also LEAD them somewhere. That is the real thing that people are looking for. Often, people want to be lead down a path and if you have an impact-ful mobile site, then you will find them engaging that site right off the bat.

 I always ask “Are you looking for a job or for a secure high paying future?”  I would suggest that might be something that your people may use. But say it like…hmmm…”Are you looking for a high paying future of more of the same thing you have now?” These are the type of things that pull people into your website.

 I would also suggest that they ask, “Are you looking for a high paying secure business from home or more of the rut you are in now?” I know. That is a bit blunt, but you must sometimes be blunt to get their attention.

 And one more would be, “ Are you satisfied with where you are career wise or would you be open to a high paying future that you control and manage?” This is what I believe would work, and I have been recruiting for a while as you know. I hope this will help your readers and folks.

Do you ever use LinkedIn for your recruiting in your home business?

Have you established yourself on LinkedIn for your mlm business?

What do you know about LinkedIn that would help your business and recruiting in network marketing?

LinkedIn is a GOLD MINE for recruiting and I have had the great pleasure of working with the # 1 Corporate Recruiter for a National Recruiting Firm. And he LOVES Linkedin and recruiting on social media.

And he and I have had a lot of conversations about recruiting on LinkedIn and how his profession and the home business profession are a lot alike-and in some ways- different.

He used LinkedIn daily to recruit and recently he and I sat down and talked over dinner and there were some real revelations regarding LinkedIn recruiting.

I recorded the conversation and then had it transcribed and wanted to share it with you today…

So here is what was said:

Doug  So let’s talk about LinkedIn…..How do you feel about LinkedIn as a social site?

 Scott  “ LinkedIn is one of the most powerful places on the internet. It is unlike any other site out there. There are other good sites that many professionals can hang out, but LinkedIn is in a class all by itself.

 The first time I was on LinkedIn, I realized that this was something potentially that could be a Recruiting Gold Mine. My associates just laughed at me. But they are not laughing at me or kidding me now. They use to call me the “linkboy” as I was so sold on LinkedIn and social media. They were not even remotely interested. It took some time to swing them over to my side of the fence, but they eventually got it and joined me on the social sites.

 I knew that there was something special about LinkedIn. And this was something that had not even been discovered yet by other corporate recruiters. I knew that if I was one of the first ones in, I could dominate.

And that happened about 2009. It really took off and it has been soaring ever since. LinkedIn is driven by one passion with professionals:  TO NETWORK. That is what makes it so special. It is a gold mine for networking with professionals. It is a one of a kind “Social Real Estate” as I call it and I think that anyone in home business should be on it as there are an unlimited number of possibilities on it for recruiting.

 I think that if someone really takes the time to do what you and I have put together for their home business, they will see some dramatic growth over time. It may happen quickly, or it may take others a while but I do believe that it will happen. I have been so fortunate to have had the success that I have had, and anyone can make it happen. But it must be a consistent relentless effort.

D  No one is as relentless as you cowboy.

S  <laughing>  I am pretty committed that is for sure. But come on, you are one to talk. I try and keep up with you!

D  Yeah right. You are the recruiting machine here, not me.

D What weakness do you see with LinkedIn?

The only inherent weakness I see is that they may not keep up with the demands of the professional. So far they have done very well, and they may continue to do so. But the business world changes rapidly as well as social media. LinkedIn cannot afford to get a slow hand mentality and not stay ahead of the game. Especially with their line up of professionals. They have done a good job so far, and I imagine they will continue to do so. I also think that they could possibly add a function for webinars that would be awesome and I have submitted a request for that. We will see what happens.

D What is your favorite tool for recruiting on LinkedIn?

I LOVE the events tool. I attend a lot of events to meet and greet. That is how I have met some of my best candidates. Yes we do get leads from monster, as well as other job sites, but finding that golden treasure of a recruit just by meeting them, is so great. I look at the events in my area as well as the industry that I am recruiting for. If I can attend an event that is not in my area to network, I
often will. It is well worth the cost.

 But I have what I call the “Rule of the Local Event:” If I am living, I will be there. It is that important to me. I have met folks on LinkedIn and then met them locally and it has been amazing how many candidates that I have place with that one – two punch. I feel that if a home business owner can attend as many local events as possible and follow the  secrets you share in LinkedIn  Recruiting University,  they will recruit a lot of people into their team. The events search tool is something I am constantly using for my business, and has proven to be a great lead source. And I do mean great. And it is especially great if that event I need to be at is local and I can make it.

 I send the attendees a note saying I am going to be there, and would like to connect with them and talk marketing. And more often then not, I meet the people, connect with them, and get referrals from them usually first off, and some eventually ask me to help them to find a new position or career.”

D  What is your secret to your Success on linkedIn?

Oh that is simple. I understand the Psychology of LinkedIn. It is not that hard to nail down. One word describes the culture, belief, philosophy, and process of LinkedIn:

 Professional.

 That is all that you need to know to create major success in recruiting in LinkedIn. You must be professional in every aspect of your presence and actions on LinkedIn. That includes your inmails, posting, articles, comments, invites, group communication, answers or replies, and any other action you take. If you do not brand yourself as a Professional with LinkedIn, then no one will take you seriously.

 I have seen some people get on LinkedIn and be less than professional, and be aggressive in the groups and events recruiting, and they were literally banned from the group.

 To be branded as a professional, you need to do three things:

 1. You need to GIVE more than you take.

Create messages that will teach and transform and knowing that you will get nothing from it. I have helped lot of folks in their job search that I never met through the articles and posts that I have done in the recruiting groups and events.

2. You need to pass along the good information.

Be seen as a great resource. This alone will brand you as a professional.

 3. Take the time to get to KNOW people, not just broadcast to them your latest tweet or article.

 I try and take the time to create a connection that will grow into a possible
referral down the road, or even that person asking me to transition them into
another career or position.

D.  If there was ONE Secret to your LinkedIn success as a recruiter, what would it be?

S  Hmmmmmmm……good question. Let me think here. I believe if there was one thing that has really made a difference in my LinkedIn success, it would be visibility across the spectrum of LinkedIn. I join groups, I write articles and record videos, I attend local and virtual events, I comment. I do all the things that are going to keep me visible daily to my network.

 The reason I am such a fanatic about that is because I want them to think of me when they one day decide they need a recruiter to help them find a job. I want them to think that I am one of the best as I am so often seen on social sites. And that perception will come from people seeing me all the time giving, contributing, and making a difference in the life of folks that are looking for some help in their job pursuit.

D  Any last words on this subject?

Yes, Constantly be adding new connections. Daily. Accept every connection request and always be asking people to connect with you on LinkedIn on other social sites. This alone will make a huge difference in the number of  connections you have.

Michelle Gass, a president and recognized innovator at Starbucks, wakes up every morning at exactly 4:30 and goes running. When she travels, she brings her running shoes. She’s started her day like this throughout her 15-year tenure at the coffeemaker, rising from a team of just three to today managing 33 foreign countries. Her up-and-at-‘em routine, she believes, boosts her personal happiness and business success. “When I’m at my best, it’s because I’m taking care of myself,” Gass told me. “Morning runs clear my mind.”

As many of the world’s most powerful women have discovered, rising before the sun is more than just a personal bonus—it’s an edge in a business environment.

Avon chief Andrea Jung wakes up at 5 a.m., hits the gym and is at her desk by 8. Newswoman Ann Curry is out of bed at 3:45, and longtime Vogue editor Anna Wintour is on the tennis court by 6.

In fact, research shows that early birds really do get the worm.

A 2008 study at the University of North Texas found that students who identified as morning people earned significantly higher grades. Similarly, biologist Christoph Randler found last year that early risers are more likely to anticipate problems and be proactive, which multiple studies have linked with better job performance, greater career success and higher wages.

Studies have also correlated early-rising larks with character traits like optimism, stability and conscientiousness. And while night owls are associated with greater levels of creativity and intelligence, they are also more likely to exhibit pessimism, depression and neurotic behavior.

“If success is determined by high engagement, arousal and getting a lot done, larks have an advantage,” says Glenn Brassington, a psychology professor at Stanford and Sonoma State universities.

He adds that waking up early may provide some practical business benefits as well: standardized tests and job interviews are often scheduled in the morning; West Coasters are more alert for the East Coast stock exchanges; and American businesspeople are better able to coordinate with European clients that are hours ahead.

Lynne Sarikas, director of the MBA Career Center at Northeastern University, says being the first one in the office everyday is her “secret weapon.” Not only does she gain an hour advantage over colleagues, she says that quiet time is the most productive in her day.

“Without interruptions, I am able to plan and spend some quality time on my top priorities,” says Sarikas. “On days where the meetings stack up back-to-back it is important to have that initial think-time to prepare and organize for the day ahead.”

Early rising also means a built-in block of exercise time, which pays dividends in the boardroom. Besides fitness, a vegan vitamin d3, regular exercise boosts mood, focus and energy levels.

 When asked about her before-dawn gym habits, Avon’s Jung told The Sunday Times: “I try to be disciplined. If I don’t do it early, it falls off the schedule.”

Perhaps ironically, getting up earlier also creates healthier sleep patterns. According to psychiatrist Tracey Marks, author of Master Your Sleep, going to sleep early and waking early—while getting the suggested seven to nine hours—syncs the body clock with the earth’s natural circadian rhythms, which is more restorative than trying to sleep while the sun’s up. And if you’re getting out of bed to exercise, that’s even better for sleep. Gilmartin explains, “I put in a full day, and then I come home and I am a mother to my three children—and really, that’s my finest work. For me, the heavy thinking and processing comes in the quiet hours after the kids have gone to bed.”

According to psychiatrist Marks, female executives are especially susceptible to “responsibility overload,” or feeling they need to do the heavy lifting both at work and at home. Let’s face it, we’re not taught to think like the ultra-rich. School teaches us how to be good worker bees and get into debt. Oh, look, shiny new iPod…I need it. Cha-ching, bought and paid for, most likely with credit.  But, take a moment and step outside your current reality and think of the things the ultra-rich do to increase their wealth and cash flow.

They have multiple businesses, properties, travel a lot and have a lot of things. What would you spend your day doing? What would you buy? Would you help people in need? Invent new things? Travel extensively?

Now…ask yourself, why am I not already doing these things? Did you learn any skills from family or school to help you get yourself financially sound and free from bad debt?  The answer: no. Unless you’ve been educating yourself, your skills in cash flow management are woefully inept. As it is for ALL of us.

Entrepreneurs such as Keith Cameron Smith, the author of “The 10 Distinctions Between Millionaires and the Middle Class,  and Robert Kiyosaki, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”  both point out the ultra-rich have a different way of thinking and doing things.

You want to be a part of the elite crowd?

Then try these on for size.

  1. Think Long-Term – Don’t focus on day to day, focus on year to year and then build a five and ten year plan. Pick a long term goal and map your way back from it to the present day. You want to be a best-selling author? You should be writing today.

  2. Focus on Ideas – Dream and dream big. Stop worrying about collecting things or worrying about who said what to who. Ideas made FedEx. Ideas made the pet rock. Neither of which were thought to be ‘great’ ideas. Both made money and changed our culture.

  3. Embrace Change – The one thing in the universe that’s guaranteed? Things change. Look at each change as a chance to grow and learn new skills.  Every time you come across a potential snag stop and think how this change can benefit or positively impact your long term goals and implement adjustments.

  4. Take Calculated Risks – We’re not talking jumping out of an airplane; we’re talking about educating yourself about the pros and cons of taking a financial action to help increase your net worth. Learn about real estate, learn about investing…and then DO something with the knowledge. Take a chance! If you’ve decided to invest in the cryptocurrency market, as with any other investment, it’s important to do your research by reading the latest cryptocurrency & bitcoin news. Things that can earn you real money will always have some level of risk, otherwise everyone would be doing it already.
  5. Continue to Learn and Grow – Attend workshops and seminars in things you want to pursue, find like-minded people to learn about how they’re increasing their net worth. Most of all…stop hanging out with the downers who have nothing to do but whine about how they can’t ever make ends meet, yet somehow they just got a Playstation 3 and a 42 inch plasma.

  6. Work for Profits – Most of us work for a paycheck and think WOW, that 4% annual raise really is going to help me out. I can invest more and do more. Right? No, the increase shows up as barely $100 and it’s already spent once it hits your bank account.  Start finding ways to bring in profits! Join a network marketing business and learn to sell something. But, believe in what you’re trying to sell. Take some of your ideas from #2 and start marketing them, or even patent them and then SELL them. Think outside the box!

  7. Be Generous – Some days, a $10 tip is going to make someone else’s day. Or, buying them dinner or groceries. Nowhere in life is there a rule book that says horde what you’ve got. There is abundance in the universe so long as you maintain a healthy relationship with money and what it can do. Take the Dr. Ivan Misner’s, of BNI (http://www.bni.com) principle, “giver’s gain.” It’s all about relationship building and networking.

  8. Have Multiple Sources of Income – So you have a paycheck, do something with it. Invest, start a company, build up a direct sales business. Revenue is revenue. There are a variety of direct sales companies out there, find one you can be passionate about and use it.

  9. Increase Your Net-Worth – Assets should be working FOR you, they have value and earn you passive income. If you’re working for a paycheck, learn to put that paycheck towards an online trading platform that can help you build your income.

  10. Ask Empowering Questions – Ask yourself what you can do, don’t tell yourself what you can’t do. You’ll be amazed at the answers your brain can come up with as you condition yourself to think this way more often.

Step outside your comfort zone. Challenge ALL you were taught. Read. Attend seminars. Let your brain create new realities, and hit that goal of being part of the ultra-rich crowd.

MLM Body Language Secrets.

Do you understand that you send signals every time you recruit for your home based business?

Are you aware that your body language ia part of what the mlm prospect responds to-whether body or vocal tones?

Do you pay attention to what body language the network marketing prospect is showing or telling?

In MLM recruiting, body language is critical. Even if you are on skype or a Google hangout. You need to understand there are 2 types of body language in network marketing recruiting:

1. YOUR body language.

2. The prospect’s body language.

Many folks do not pay attention to the body language of their prospect.

That is a HUGE mistake. Even if you are on the phone, there is what is called “Vocal language.” as well. This is where the intonations of their words tell a story that their words are not saying.

There are 6 powerful body language signals that you need to pay attention to when you are recruiting. These signals can be helpful in understanding where the prospect is and is NOT. These signals also tell you what you need to do to “adjust” to the prospect’s attention level or lack of it.

I can tell you this…that many times body language was the only reason why i recruited some folks that I did. I was reading where they were and knew that i had to change their perspective and get them moving towards me.

If a prospect is not “moving towards you” in our conversation, you must change that. There is nothing that is more critical then the prospect psychologically moving in your direction when you are recruiting in network marketing.

Below is a list of some body behavior and the message the prospect can communicate:

1) Slumped posture = low spirits

If the prospect is slumped, you need to “de-slump” them by offering hope and a new direction for their future.

2) Erect posture = high spirits, energy and confidence

If the prospect is erect in their posture, talk about how they can fit in with your team and also their talents as you see them.

3) Lean forward = open and interested

Leaning forward towards you is what you want. The prospect is then moving towards you psychologically and that is perfect.

4) Lean away = defensive or disinterested

If the mlm prospect is leaning away, get them to lean towards you. How? Give them something or compliment them. These are powerful posture changers.

5) Crossed arms = defensive

If their arms are crossed, give them something to look at.

6) Uncrossed arms = willingness to listen

If their arms are uncrossed, then you lean towards them and give them something to look at, read, or view.

There is something that was written and I have had it for a while, and wanted to share it with you as IT MAKES YOU THINK.

And it also will clarify some things that maybe you were missing in your mlm business. It truly is something that caught my attention and I know it will catch yours. And not let go.

FREEDOM (author unknown)

In the United States of America lies a large industrial city which is the sight of one of the
world’s largest slave labor camps.

Located in and around the center of this city are community settlements where the slaves live.

Each morning the slaves move herd-like from their quarters into the slave labor camps.

Each one is at his or her station by 7:30 AM. Here they report to their master for the day’s
duties. And here they remain chained until 5:00 PM when they’re released to go home.

The slaves have no choice as to how many hours they must labor. Sometimes they are required to work overtime until their master tells them they may leave and go home.

Each year the slaves are told when to take their vacations, for how long, and when they
must return.

They have little choice as to how much money they earn as they are paid not what they are worth, but what the job is worth.

They are allowed very little time for lunch and coffee breaks during the labor hours.

The slaves will remain in their chains in great fear because the master can punish them with the “firing” or “layoff” whip.

It is said that even some of the older slaves who have been good and faithful have felt the sting
of the whip.

Day by day, year-by-year, the slaves toil and grow older until the master decides it is time to
release them to the retirement camps where they’re forced to sit idle and wait for death.

It’s a well-known fact that the old slaves who try to keep working are sometimes whipped with a “stop-their-pension” whip.

I know these slave camps exist for I once was a slave.

But now I am a free man who lives among the slaves.

The reason I am free is because I am in business for myself as a Home Business  Professional whether Network Marketing, Direct sales, MLM, Party Plan, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a traditional in home business.

Yes, I am truly free. I arise in the morning called for by my schedule.

I decide my own hours. I can even sleep in late while the slaves are at work.

I can vacation when, where, and for how long I please.

I’m free to take my coffee break and lunch when I decide.

And of course, I can decide my own paycheck because I am not a slave.

I can choose to work when and where I please and with whom I please.

I’m free to stay in the city for as long as I want, or to move on to greener pastures if I
decide to.

I’ve seen many slaves sadly pack their belongings to leave their city in search of a new master,
but it is always the same.

There is however, a ray of hope for the slave.

He or she can buy their own freedom.

The cost is not high, yet it seems high to those who do not have the courage to pay the price.

What is the price?

One must be willing to be their own master.

ONE MUST BE WILLING TO BE THEIR OWN MASTER.

Have you ever wondered what the REAL secrets to recruiting for your home business are?

How do YOU recruit in your mlm business?

Recruiting in a home business is critical and often done wrong. There are certain “Recruiting Basics” that are overlooked and even ignored. If you own a home business, then you really need to read thi post. It will help you in your mlm recruiting and prospecting as well.

There are many articles I have written the last 10 years, but this post is one that I wrote a couple of years ago and wanted to share it with you as it will open your eyes to some secrets of recruiting that I know will help you.

I would suggest learning theses mlm recruiting secrets and PRACTICE what you can, and engage them in your recruiting efforts. They will accelerate your business and success.

Ok…what are they?

1. ) “Never CHASE a prospect. You are not a dog. You MUST develop the leadership mindset in network marketing recruiting. People do not follow companies, products, or compensation
plans.”

People follow PEOPLE with STRENGTH. If you are chasing the prospect, you are displaying weakness. MLM Leaders give the prospect enough time to start moving towards them– usually 10-14 days- and after that, they keep in touch regularly, but move on.

2 ) “When using the telephone, make sure that you are more animated than normal. It will display energy, and magnetism.”

The telephone is a great communication tool, but it will never replace face to face interaction. Let people FEEL your words, and make sure that you come across as confident and someone that is going places, and taking people with you.

3) “The prospect is thinking one thing: How will this ENLARGE my Lifestyle?”

Most people in life, are looking to Enlarge their income. ALL people are looking to Enlarge thewir lifestyle. Find out what kind they want. “Tell me about the kind of lifestyle you have often dreamed of…”

4) “Make sure that there are NO distractions when you are talking to the prospect about your Network Marketing Home Business.”

Remember this: If the prospect is distracted, they are not focused on your message. “Would you like to wait a couple of minutes before I go on?” If the distractions continue, make
another appointment.

5 ) “Use several testimonials during your MLM Recruiting talk. They bring life to your message.”

If you do not yet have a testimonial, borrow your sponsor’s. Find out three really HOT testimonials as far as the business, and share them with your prospect to emotionally connect to your message.

6) “Use the phrase ‘If this is right for you’ during your talk. It will draw them towards you psychologically.”

“And this company has such a great track record to set a new person as well as you at ease when they come into the business…of course, only if this is right for you.”

7 ) “Trash the word OPPORTUNITY. It is a Red Flag word today.”

Use the word Vehicle, or Business. Our society looks at the word “opportunity'” today as “Uh oh…not another one of those”.

8) “The first thing you MUST do is get the prospect COMFORTABLE. Talk about THEM.”

If the prospect is not comfortable with you, they will NOT be comfortable with your message. Talk ONLY about them the first 5 minutes.

9) “Find out what is the MOST valuable thing in a person’s life, then wrap the presentation around it.”

Family usually is. “How this will impact your family is…..How this will increase the time you have with your family is… This business will help you bring that dream into reality in your
life…”

10 ) “Always be FORWARD FOCUSED in your MLM Recruiting. That is where most people are interested in…moving forward in a more powerful life.”

People want to KNOW there is a real chance in life, to live the life they dream of. Don’t dwell on how things are in a person’s life. Focus on how things SHOULD be, and WILL be. Be the Knight in Shining Armor.

11) ALWAYS set the Next Move while you are talking to them. LEAD them, give them the next step in the process, be the pied piper.”

“At this point, what a lot of folks like to do is….get on a three way…attend a conference call….look at some tools…I have an idea…let’s do THIS….” Then explain the Next Move.

12) “It’s NOT what you say, but what people are FEELING when you say it.”

Words are important in MLM Recruiting, but emotions are more important. How can anyone get excited over something you are not? How can anyone believe in something that you don’t? How can anybody follow you, if you are not strong enough in faith to follow? How can anyone be touched by your message, if you are not?

13) “MLM Recruiting is a Follow Me game.”

You are asking someone to follow your lead about an unknown product, an unknown company, and into an unknown future. That requires some SERIOUS Leadership. Be serious about YOUR Leadership in Recruiting.

14) “People don’t follow what you say, or what you do, but WHO YOU ARE.”

MLM Recruiting is about WHO YOU ARE, and who the prospect wants to be. Be REAL, and be Yourself. Don’t morph into your upline. Your warm market will be turned off by that. Yes, you should be BECOMING who you are planning on being…but still be REAL.

15) “Remember the Golden Rule of the Presentation. It is NOT about the Presentation, but about Transformation- how your business will transform the prospect’s life!”

MLM Recruiting is about being a Walking, Talking Transformer. You are a CHANGE Agent, just like people who sell houses are Real Estate agents.

16) “ALWAYS thank the prospect for their time. no matter what. This is just professionalism.”

Gratitude can play a long way into creating Success in your life. “I want to truly thank you for your time…. I have enjoyed talking to you so much.”

BONUS FireStarter TIP: The Last word they should hear as you finish the conversation, is THEIR NAME.

“I have enjoyed this, and I will talk to you next thursday. Bye Shirley.” “This has been wonderful. I look forward to talking again with you Mary.” “You truly are a great
person to chat with. I have enoyed this. I look forward to chatting again Tim.” Their name is the sweetest sound to them. make sure it is the last thing they hear in your MLM Network Marketing Recruiting.

He stated that you need to figure out what your ideal match or business partner would be like, what exact qualities do you want in your new business partner and seek out  prospects with those attributes.

Secondly Darren suggest to list in your  MLM Recruiting plan the key initiatives your new prospect will  have to  accomplish when they join your team and know this before you go out and look for them.
