MLM Network Marketing Training-MLM Consultants- The 5 Traits of a Great Network Marketing Consultant.

MLM Network Marketing Training-MLM Consultants- The 5 Traits of a Great Network Marketing Consultant.

The MLM Consultant Factors.

Consulting in MLM has gotten to be a big business in Network Marketing. Being one myself, I have found that there are good ones out there, and then there are well, not so good ones. You must know what to look for, before you spend a dime with them.

Many MLM Consultants are actually Network Marketers that say they are consultants. You must understand that consulting is a career and profession that demands many things, but being a Network Marketer does NOT automatically qualify one as an expert. Even if they have had great Success in MLM, that may be due to being in the right place at the right time, with the right people. That happens in Network Marketing often.

Here are the 5 things to look for in a good MLM Consultant:

1)A Track record that is available for Inspection.

Any good consultant, no matter the industry, will keep their track record available for any kind of inspection by a future client. They have nothing to hide, nor do they want to. The results they have accomplished speak for themselves.

Ask them if they have some clients you could talk to, or get some kind of testimonial. Track records in consulting can mean the difference between spending money and getting little, or spending money and getting a lot. Check what they have DONE, not what they said they have done. You will be glad you did.

2)Check for their Credentials.

What kind of solid credentials do they have that would warrant you spending money with them? What kind of education about MLM do they have? What kind of experience do they have in Network Marketing? Do they have the right business experience? Have they ever run a business before? What kind of degree do they have if applicable?

Credentials are important in modern day consulting, and not only for you, but also for the results you seek from an MLM Consultant. Most consultants have a portfolio they can show you. Ask for it, and study it. You will be glad you did.

MLM Professionalism.

3)Look for Professionalism.

Professionalism is a MUST in any field of consulting. Do they come across as a professional? Do they speak as a professional? Do they communicate in a professional manner? How do they handle themselves? How do they handle other people? Do they return phone calls in an efficient manner? Do they keep their phone appointments? Are they prepared for the appointment? Do they follow up in a professional manner? Are they pushy, or have your best interests at heart? Do they come across as honest and with integrity?

Being a professional speaks well of a consultant. But here is the KEY- are they CONSISTENT in all of the above? And do they do it with a smile on their face? These questions will tell a lot about an MLM Consultant and how they will handle things in any future endeavor.

4)Do they ask questions that are focused on your problem, or questions that are focused on being a consultant?

There are many questions that consultants ask that are all part of being a consultant. You want the kind of QUESTIONS that zero in on the solution to YOUR problem, not what they have learned to ask as a rote exercise. You are looking to hire them to solve a problem, not be a consultant. Make sure their questions are focused on moving you forward, not just creating conversation.

Brutal? Yes, Honest? Totally. MLM Consultants are not cheap, and if you are going to spend money, make sure that you get what you pay for, and get your challenge resolved. That is what MLM Consultants get paid for- to solve problems, not to engage in a fruitless boiler plate exercise.

5)Have they actually spent any time working Network Marketing and understand the culture, the philosophy, and what the REAL dynamics are to create Success in a group, and an MLM company?

I am amazed that there are “consultants” out there that have never spent an hour in the MLM field. They have never recruited anyone. They have never sold a product in MLM. They have never held a Company Event for a team. They have never done a presentation around a kitchen table, or a home meeting. They have never explained an MLM Comp plan to people before, nor do they know how. But yet, they sell themselves as an MLM Consultant.

Make sure that there is SOME experience in the field, as that alone brings a wealth of knowledge that many do not have. It is not easy building a successful MLM group and business.

If you have not done it, then you are coming as an MLM Consultant, from more of a position of weakness than someone who has, and can explain what it took, and how to do it. It makes a lot of difference in understanding the business of MLM as well.

Experience is a MUST and that includes also working in an MLM Company in some form. That can be as simple as being part of an ‘Inner Circle” team that was familiar with the workings of a Network marketing company. Having worked for an MLM Corporation is a big plus as well.

These are the 5 Traits you should look for in an MLM Consultant. There are more you need to consider, but these are the 5 MAJOR ones when considering MLM Consultants.

MLM Network Marketing Training MLM Business- The 7 Business Factors of a Multi Level Marketing Business

MLM Network Marketing Training MLM Business- The 7 Business Factors of a Multi Level Marketing Business

by Doug Firebaugh

So many people ask the same question: Is Multi Level Marketing a REAL Business? Is it truly a business that can produce a living and income? Is it a REAL distribution business? It is a business that operates for the customer’s satisfaction, and always looks to gain new customers?

Here is the answer: YES.

The MLM Qualification.

How and why does it qualify as a business? Every business has certain traits and functions that are needed to do business and stay in business. We have developed what we call the “7 Business Factors Test”, and you have to ask these questions to see if it qualifies as a business. All businesses, no matter whether it is a traditional business or a non-traditional business, (such as MLM), answer these questions in the affirmative.

What are the “7 Business Factors Test” Questions?

1) Does the MLM Business distribute goods and services of some type?

Answer: Yes.

In MLM, there are goods and services that are distributed through personal distribution methods, and they are distributed directly to the customer, with no middle man. These goods and services can be manufactured by the MLM company, but usually are not. The goods and services many times are manufactured by an outside source, and then shipped by the MLM Business to the customer or distributor. Then the distributor can take the goods, and re-sell them to their customers as well.

2) Does the MLM Business have an official Office, headquarters, or structure that the business is operated out of, and with an address of some type?

Answer: Yes.

All MLM businesses should have some kind of office or headquarters that the goods are shipped from, or at least in charge of the shipments getting to the customer. This does not have to be a fancy office, but one that can get all the tasks needed to run the business done in a timely fashion. They should have a visible address on all communication.

The distributor’s business is usually operated out of the home, and that counts as a structure that the home business is housed.

3) Is there an accounting structure that is set up to run the business effectively and legally?

Answer: Yes.

All MLM businesses should have an accounting function and personnel set up to handle all business transactions. They not only keep the books for the MLM Business itself, but also the MLM distributor as well. The MLM Business from the home should have some form of an accounting system, for tax purposes, and for profit and loss statements. Accounting also helps keep the Company and distributor aware of the health of the business and how it is doing, or not doing.

4) Does the MLM Business have easy communication to get a hold of someone if needed?

Answer: Yes.

Communication is the lifeblood of any business, and MLM is no exception. MLM Businesses usually not only have an order line, and a distributor line, but a general public telephone number that the public can get in touch with them as well. Usually at the MLM Business Office, there is someone to answer the phone as well.

And the MLM business should also have an email system that is watched, and taken care of, on a daily basis. This is not only for the distributor base, but also the customers and public as well.

5) Does the MLM Business have the needed business licenses and legal structure to do business in the states and countries they operate in?

Answer: Yes.

The MLM Business Structure.

All MLM Businesses that have been in business for any amount of time, must have the needed legal structure and licenses to operate in every state. If they do not, they will eventually be forced to cease doing business in that state. And most MLM Businesses have some form of a corporate structure that the company operates under. That could include being a C Corporation, an LLC, or a Sub S Corporation.

Even MLM distributor needs a license to do business in their city, so they will not be penalized if they do not have one and are caught.

6) Does the MLM business operate on a FOR PROFIT basis?

Every successful business structure, traditional or non-traditional, should operate on a FOR PROFIT basis. Even the MLM distributor needs to operate on a FOR PROFIT basis. If the MLM business does not operate in a profit mode, and loses money continually, the MLM business will not be in business for that long.

It is the same way for the MLM distributor. If the distributor does not make any money, then they will not stay in business long.

7) Does the MLM business perform all of the needed business functions to increase business, including marketing, promotion, campaigns, running specials, advertising tools, customer service, brand extensions, research and development, direct marketing, increasing brand awareness, and keeping their vendors at an honest price?

Answer: Yes.

Every MLM business operates to increase business, using all of the functions mentioned, and more. Even the MLM distributor needs to perform some of those functions, to increase their own business in their marketplace. These are functions any business needs to do, in order to stay in business, and enlarge it’s operating capacity.

Yes, an MLM Business is a TRUE business that operates to service the customer’s needs, bring products and services to the marketplace, and show a profit at the end of the year.

MLM or Multi Level Marketing, has passed the “7 Business Factors Test.” If an MLM Business you are considering does not answer all of the above questions YES, then you may want to consider seeking another MLM Business that can pass this test as a Multi Level Marketing business.

MLM Network Marketing Training-MLM Prospecting- The 4 Steps to BLAZING Network Marketing Prospecting

MLM Network Marketing Training-MLM Prospecting- The 4 Steps to BLAZING Network Marketing Prospecting

What is MLM Prospecting?

According to Webster’s Dictionary, prospecting is looking for gold. That is a good definition of MLM Prospecting, as you always want to strike gold in your business. Just like gold, MLM Success runs in veins in your group, and you must mine the veins continually.

If you really think about it, Network Marketing prospecting is simply the tactics and strategies of finding people to talk to about your business. Plain and simple. It is not rocket science. Talking to people is what we get paid for, and what we do for a living. Talking to people is imperative, so you must find folks to share your story with.

Prospecting is one of those activities that you MUST practice daily, or you will find that you end up like 90% of all Network Marketing folks:

You run out of people to talk to, and thusly, run out of this MLM business saying that it does not work. This business DOES work, if you have people to continually share your products and business with, and do it effectivley.

There are 4 steps to MLM Prospecting that have proven to be effective over the years, and we have taught this Prospecting path for years. We all like sequential path to travel, as that is how we live life. This Path of Network Marketing Prospecting you need to travel to insure that you work the prospect correctly, and understand that prospecting IS a process, not a one time event. MLM Prospecting, if done right, can yield a lot of names, and you can have a lot of people looking at your business all at once.

The 4 Step MLM Prospecting Process.

What is the 4 step process?

1) Finding.

This is simply using different tactics to find people that might be interested in looking at your products and business. There are hundreds of ways to do this. Finding people is an art in some ways, as you need to have multiple ways of locating leads going on with your Network Marketing Home business.

Finding someone to talk to can be very easy as well, as there are people everywhere you look, and all of them want the best out of life, and what life has to offer. Finding is simply looking and searching for the people who will want to use your products and services, and als look at your busienss.

2) Exposing.

Once you find some people, you need to create an exposure, one that is quick and gives them an idea of who you are looking for, and what the company is about. This is not really a formal presentation, but a 30 second “commercial” that is better known as an approach.

The inital exposure of your Network Marketing products and business can happen in a conversation, over lunch and be 30 seconds long.

INFERNO Secret:

In the initial exposure, you are only exposing the IDEA, not the information. You want to see if the idea of your product and business is something that they want to know about, or if they would help you locate some people who do.

The best way we have found to do this is use MLM Prospecting/ Recruiting TOOLS. These can be cds to hand out for people to listen to, or dvds that people can watch, even brochures. But we have found that the best tool to use is one that is brief, to the point, and get the prospect emotional. MLM Tools are essential to use in Network marketing prospecting. You can have 30 people at the same time listening to the inital idea of what you are talking about, and let the tools do the exposure, and help the person to decide if they would be willing to listen further.

3) Separating.

This step is where you come to the realization that there are only 2 types of people you will talk to:

People that are OPEN to new ideas. (These are the people that will listen to you.)

People that are CLOSED to new ideas. (These are the people that will NOT listen to you.)

You MUST separate your prospects into these 2 categories. If they will listen to you, you move them forward. If they will not, talk product, or ask for referrrals. This step is imperative to master, as this is where you will quit chasing people who are not truly interested.

“Does this make sense to you?” is a great question to find out where they are with the idea you are talking about, and if they really would like to know more about your MLM products and home business.

“What did you like best about the cd I gave you?” is another great querstion to ask someone to find out where they are with the idea.

4) System.

For those who are willing to listen, get them into your compnay or upline’s recruiting and retailing system, and let the system do the work. Get them on your product, and make sure that you schedule them for a formal Network Marketing presentation. This could be a conference call, webcast, or three way, or in home meeting, or a Business Briefing on a tuesday night.

If they are not willing to listen, put them in your follow up system, and somewhere down the road, when timing is better for them, follow up with a phone call. Always ask them if you can keep in touch with them to keep them updated on your Success in Network marketing.

This 4 step process can be compared to a Filtering system, as it will filter out the ones that are not truly interested, and you spend your time with only those who are truly interested in either becoming a customer or distributor, or helping you in some way.

This is the 4 step process to SCORCHING Network Marketing Prospecting. For a free, more detailed , step by step, Power Point training on MLM Prospecting using tools:

You need to become a Master MLM Prospector. If you follow these 4 steps, you will dramatically increase the odds of striking gold in MLM Prospecting in Network Marketing.

MLM Network Marketing Training- MLM Recruiting- Are You a Sponsor or Recruiter?

MLM Network Marketing Training- MLM Recruiting- Are You a Sponsor or Recruiter?

When was The Last Time you were an MLM Sponsor?

When was the last time you contacted members of your
downline? No, I’m not talking about the go-get-’em, born
with marketing-in-their-veins recruits.

I’m talking about the recruit without a clue. You know, the
one you called or emailed every other day trying to get
them to “upgrade their membership”.

Yeah, that one! The one that you convinced you’d show them
step-by-step how to succeed in Your program. You Do remember
saying that don’t you? Sure you do, I think the phrase goes
something like, “Failure is Not An Option” (I’ve used it
myself)! Have you recently spoken to that recruit?

When was The Last Time?

How long has it been since you sent your downline a
Personalized email and not an AUTORESPONSE letting them
know that you are available to answer thier questions?

Have you recently spoken with, emailed or Instant
Messengered the “green” newbie who isn’t even sure of what
to ask yet? Have you created a Network Marketing Model for him/her
to follow? I’m not talking about the make-a-list-of-all-your-friends model either. I’m talking about a step-by-step guide or Lesson Plan that
shows them Exactly how to Build Their Business.

When was the last time?

When did you last STOPPED and did a Self-Evaluation? If
you’re not as successful in your MLM Program as you would
like to be, it may be time to Evaluate Today. Let me give
you a few things to consider.

RECRUITER vs. SPONSOR

RECRUITER – An Individual who is effective at “signing
people up” and then moving on to “sign others up”. The
Recruiter’s focus is on finding Superstar Marketers”. So
they frantically sign hundreds of people up, then they sit
back and wait to see who their REAL Marketers are.

The Recruiter cares only about the members who he perceives
will “rise to the top”, and lets everyone else fall to the
wayside. What Recruiters don’t realize is that Superstar
Marketers have to be “developed”. When given the proper
training and attention, almost ANYONE can be developed into
a successful marketer.

SPONSOR
– An Individual who is willing to take a lump of
clay and mold it and shape it into a Beautiful Vase. The
sponsor believes in “marrying” the people he sponsors. He
Builds a “Relationship” with his downline and is with
them for the long haul.

A Good Sponsor is not on a quest to “find” Superstar
Marketers … He’s on a mission to “develop” Superstar
Sponsors. He wants to train YOU to be a Good Sponsor. He
diligently provides on-going, deliberate, in-depth Training,
constant encouragement and Superior Support. I define a
Good Marketer as a “Marketing Mentor”.

So now, the moment of Truth – Are YOU a Sponsor or a
Recruiter?

Take a moment to evaluate your MLM Success. If your
downline is not active, I encourage you to take the focus
off of their lack of “get-up-and-go” and take a look at the
quality of your Sponsoring tactics.

Where do we go from here?

1) TRAINING
It is imperative that we TRAIN our downline members and stop
assuming that immediately upon receipt of their membership
payment, the MLM Fairy will magically come flying down from
Marketing Land and fill their brains with the Marketing
knowledge, skills and networking abilities that they need
to make it in this business!

They need to know what to do after they’ve signed up and
YOU are the one to show them. Face it, if your downline
doesn’t make money … neither do you.

Give them SPECIFIC instructions and ask them questions to
determine whether or not they followed through!

If you tell them to go to their back office and read the
company “Mission Statement”, ask them 2-3 questions about
the reading to ensure that they’ve read it! There is
nothing worse than trying to Build a Business that you know
nothing about, yet we do it all the time!

Help your downline get thoroughly familiar with their
business/products/services so that they can determine which
key features will draw someone else! Develop a System for
them that provides:

– Professional Training/Support.
– Organization Skills (They will achieve far
more in less time).
– Professional Sales and Marketing Assistance
so that they learn to be
“networkers” as opposed to “salesmen”.
(Most of us don’t like the difficult and
unpleasant aspects of selling.)
– A chance to “feel” that they are part of a
TEAM that desires to see them succeed and
will not only help them get their business
started, but will continually help them to
“build” it bigger and bigger.
http://www.ad-alyzer.com/727/mintteam

2) HONESTY and INTEGRITY

Show them how much they will be required to spend each
month! So many marketers are hesitant to lay out all of
the details for fear that they won’t get the “sign up”. But
what difference does it make if they are going to drop out
once they find out the REAL DEAL?

Tell your recruit Everything up front. You’ll build
credibility and they are likely to hang in there with you
based on your Honesty and Integrity alone.

They’ll be confident that you won’t try to mislead them or
steer them wrong. Let your recruits know:

– Program committment fees.
– Telephone charges.
– Monthly Internet Fees
– Business Cards, etc …

And Please, Please, Please say the words “I Don’t Know” when
you … “don’t know”! Be willing to find answers for your
downline instead of making up something that “sounds good”
but never really answers their question(s)!

If you can’t find the answer right away, tell your members!
Let them know that you need another 24 – 72 hours so that
they won’t be emailing you every hour on the hour losing
trust and confidence in you with each passing second that
you don’t respond.

MLM Honesty.

Be honest and upfront with them so that you build their
trust. Most recruits already believe that MLM programs are
scams. They join in hopes of finding onE Program that truly
delivers what is offered in the Program’s Website
Description. It’s up to YOU to deliver!

Let your recruits know that a business must be BUILT and
that Realistically it will take 6 – 12 months before they
really see the fruits of their labor. Granted, it could
take less, but we don’t want to build their hopes of getting
rich quickly because if we do, then we lose them if they
haven’t made 10,000 within the first 30 days!

In closing, I’d like to quote 20-year MLM veteran, Paul
Pierce:

“The secret to MLM success is found in this – The recruiter
is not building a multi-level organization, it is all one
level (and most of them will quit).

The sponsor is building a duplicatable system that can run
downline through his organization. This builds a powerful
downline. He is not building a downline of distributors, but
a downline of SPONSORS.

What is the difference between a recruiter and a sponsor?
It’s the difference between “hype” and “help”. The sponsor’s
job begins when you enroll, the recruiter’s job ends when
you enroll. The recruiter’s goal is to sign up people. The
goal of the sponsor is to build leaders.

Before asking yourself which you want to be, ask yourself
which do You want Your upline to be? Remember, you are the
upline to other people.

Here are the keys to success in MLM:

1) Be a sponsor.

2) Keep being a sponsor!”

MLM Network Marketing Training -MLM Recruiting- How to Recruit without Saying a Word

MLM Network Marketing Training -MLM Recruiting- How to Recruit without Saying a Word

In my last article entitled . How to succeed in MLM without
really trying, we discussed limiting your recruiting
efforts only to those people who have indicated a
discontent or an unwanted condition in their life.

Once the prospect indicates an unwanted condition, it will
be your impulse to pounce all over your prospect and tell
them about your great company, your great product and your
great compensation plan. You will feel a very strong urge
to overwhelm your prospect with all of the reasons why your Network Marketing business opportunity is the best thing for them to help
them solve their problem.

The minute you start selling your prospect, you run a
VERY high risk of coming across as someone who has been
poised and waiting for the opportunity to strike. You run
the risk of losing your credibility and damaging your
relationship with your Network Marketing prospect.

So, the questions is, what DO you do?

The answer is nothing .let me repeat that,do nothing!

Don’t talk about your business, your product, your company,
your opportunity. Don’t utter a single word about your MLM
business.

The best thing you can do at this point is to wait. Wait
for 24 to 48 hours. THEN you can approach your prospect with
a possible solution to their problem.

Why wait? Because waiting will demonstrate to your
prospect that you have given some sincere consideration as
to weather or not your opportunity is right for them. It
shows that you have thought about them, and their unwanted
condition. It shows that you are offering a solution to
your prospect’s problem rather than just trying to build
your own organization.

24 to 48 hours has passed since you met with your prospect
and discovered their unwanted condition, or their
discontent

Now it’s time to follow up with your MLM prospect and
demonstrate your sincere interest in your prospect’s
unwanted condition by letting them know that you have been
thinking abut them and their situation and that there may
be a solution.

You might say something like ,Hey Bob, I have been thinking
about what you said the other day about not being able to
afford a vacation this year were you kidding me, or were
you dead serious?

If your prospect confirms that they were serious, this is
where you now ask your prospect if they would be interested
in exploring a possible solution to their discontent. Say
something like If you could find a way to be able to
afford more vacations, would you want the information?

There are really only two answers here – either they would be
interested in exploring a possible solution, or they
wouldn’t. If they are not interested in a possible
solution to their discontent, that should tell you that
they are not likely serious enough about solving their
problem to be a strong candidate for your business.

Terminate the prospecting process right here, but continue
with the relationship. This way, you remove yourself from
the equation before you reach a point where the prospect
can say no to your business proposal.

If, on the other hand, your prospect demonstrates and
interest in considering a solution, simply lead them to
your marketing system.

Working your warm market leads in this fashion will help
you determine who your best prospects are, and it will lead
them to your business opportunity at the right time for
them, and for the right reasons for them.

MLM Network Marketing Training MLM Recruiting- MLM ONLINE RECRUITING 101 for Network Marketing

MLM Network Marketing Training MLM Recruiting- MLM ONLINE RECRUITING 101 for Network Marketing

 By Doug Firebaugh

Recruiting on the Internet in MLM is very popular! Yet, there are still many folks who are hesitant to jump into the arena of the Internet. I assure you the best way of learning HOW to use the Internet is to just do it!

And if you have already chosen to be a part of the Internet culture, then we congratulate you on a decision that we believe is where you need to be. The recruiting process on the Internet is NOT unlike the process offline, you still must prospect, contact, present, follow up, get the decision, and train and duplicate. But you need to understand that there MUST be a methodical process of creating the environment for attracting people to your website and then to ATTRACT them to your Network Marketing business.

THE MOST IMPORTANT ONLINE MARKETING SECRET: There is a LIVE HUMAN BEING behind the computer monitor that you are trying to recruit. Treat them as such, and with respect and professionalism. This is one of the Foundation Secrets that you must understand.

Everybody you prospect to on the Internet is breathing, has goals and dreams and understands that there is more to life than just surviving. And giving your prospect PERSONAL attention is even MORE important on the Internet than it is offline!

You MUST understand that your emails and ALL your communication is being read by a LIVE, BREATHING, HUMAN BEING on ‘the other side’ of the computer screen. I repeat this because even though it is obvious to most people, most people on the Internet fail to ACT like it in their MLM recruiting efforts.

RELATIONSHIPS are just as important over the Internet as it is offline. Sometimes even more important, since today’s marketing methods on the Internet are not all done professionally.

Remember, the same principles hold true for building relationships on the Internet. It usually takes a series of consistent exposures. It takes time to build trust. And personalization is VERY important, especially on the Internet and MLM recruiting.

Everyone wants to be treated well, and with respect. And they also want to feel that they are special. So with your understanding that there is a LIVE human being on the other side of the computer screen. You need to create the scenario that you may go beyond the computer.

You MUST CONNECT with your person OFFLINE after gaining their interest, to create the start of the relationship, usually via telephone.

The other side of that computer monitor is a very special place that you must always keep in mind when recruiting, as that will determine a lot of where your recruiting grows, or doesn’t grow.

PEOPLE WANT 3 THINGS:

1) To FEEL they are respected for who they are and their values honored.

2) To FEEL that someone cares about them instead of just want to recruit them.

3) To establish a connection with someone they FEEL they can trust and can help LEAD them to success!

If you can TOUCH, then TELL, you will much more likely to have a viable prospect than not.

Ask them about:

Family. Interests. Success. Hobbies. Career.

We call that the ‘FISH-C Formula’ for Connecting.

EMAIL 101:

ALWAYS Use a Signature (sig) File!
This is free advertising for your company and for you. I cannot believe how many emails I still get from folks who don’t use this great feature….it will be in the ‘options’ section on the navigation bar in your email program. In your Signature File, you should ALWAYS include your name, email address, phone number and website address. Yes, include your phone number! You want to be personal right? They MIGHT want to call you directly!

PROMOTING YOUR WEBSITE:

Having a website is a MUST. Here’s a few basics about getting your own website if you don’t already have one, and how to increase traffic to generate more leads and a larger warm market on the Internet. Your advertising focus MUST be on getting people to visit your website.

Have you noticed that EVERY type of media now advertises their website? Newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, every advertisement you see or listen to now advertises their website encouraging you to visit. Why? Convenience and Culture. Everyone who has Internet access can check out your information at THEIR convenience, and it works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, is part of our Culture now. AND it’s cost effective!

A Network Marketing distributor website with PULLING POWER is a strong indication of the seriousness you and your company project, and most companies today have a website
that can be pointed to and accessed for information and links. Even though most are limited to what they allow you to do as a distributor, you still need a ‘visual commercial’ on the Internet, and company websites will work fine. And there are some HOT company sites out there.

Always CROSS-MARKET. Always advertise your website AND your phone number. This way anyone can contact you to get the information they need.

Not everyone has DSL. Some are still on dial up.  And some people will still prefer to call you to answer questions or build the personal contact that is required to form a relationship. If you have your own recruiting website, that is best. You will be able to have it designed and programmed to do exactly what YOU want.

However, it can be very expensive. There are several ‘self-replicating’ websites with pre-programmed web pages designed for recruiting out there. A self-replicating website offers EASY DUPLICATION.  You go to the website, enter some information and sign up, then you can have your own personalized version of a main website.

Many of these websites are free, and the best looking sites may not be your company’s own website. But, if your company offers a self-replicating site that is personalized, utilize it!   Get ALL your downline using this training system! And it’s great for prospecting too.

Everyone wants something FREE! Even other networkers can’t say no to at least checking out your website, and maybe your opportunity later. You probably won’t actually be selling anything from this website, but it’s a great way to increase your leads and start building new relationships. Use them as a learning tool!

One thing you must learn in recruiting on the Internet. YOU MUST DO SOMETHING!

Just do something EVERY day. Persistency and consistency are two the best skills in Internet marketing. Continue trying new advertising methods and new websites to increase traffic. Make sure you follow up with every email you receive, offer something of VALUE to them. Tell them about a great new e-zine of yours that they can subscribe to for free or some other item that keeps your message in front of them on an ongoing basis!

Having your own website will work best for bringing people off-line to online. Tell your friends, family, co-workers, strangers, everyone to visit your website. Call them and personally invite them to check it out.

Just say, ‘Hi Betty, this is David, do you have a second? Great! I need your help on something. I have a new website and I really wanted to get your input on it. I think it is something you will be interested in when you’re finished will you give me a call back so we can chat? Thanks Betty.’

How difficult was that? You MUST learn to think ‘outside the box’. Get people curious. Be personal. Then you will be more effective.  Your success depends proportionately on your activities and attitude! Most people always seem to find what they’re looking for. Are you looking for Success or failure?

Remember, learning is a continuous process and if stop learning, you stop living. Learning HOW to effectively use the Internet for recruiting does take time and effort, but YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

SECRETS TO FOLLOW UP:

In network marketing, whether online and offline, the Fortune is in the Follow Up!
If you are going to be successful recruiting on the Internet,  you MUST follow up with your interested prospects. Would you discover a gold mine and not finish the digging?

It is the same concept. So many people are afraid to complete the process because they are afraid someone will tell them ‘NO’. Here’s My Secret: It’s not the YES’s in this business that create wealth. It’s the NO’s. You will get a NO the majority of the time. But those with the biggest pile of No’s create wealth in the long run.

How you handle the No’s will determine if it will be wealth, or only a wish to be successful in your network marketing business and in life.

You are in the business of COLLECTING DECISIONS. It doesn’t matter if it is a YES or a NO. Either way, you must collect them! You MUST FOLLOW UP to collect the decision, and that is where you make your money — getting the decision. Especially on the internet.

For every 12 No’s you get, you most likely will get a Yes. Fear plays a lot in recruiting on the Internet because many folks have fear that the results they want will not happen. You generally get in this business what you expect to get.  And you generally don’t get what you don’t ALLOW to be in your life. If you collect a LOT of decisions, you will make a LOT of money. If you collect a few decisions, you will make a few dollars.

The more you follow up, the more your check will go up! Believe it or not, over 80% of network marketers NEVER follow up!

And I bet if you did the opposite, and followed up on 80% of your interested prospects you would create an MLM money machine that would create WEALTH from the Internet.

WE  DID  A  SURVEY   RECENTLY  OF  OVER  1,000  DISTRIBUTORS  AT  RANDOM,   AND DISCOVERED AN  AMAZING  STATISTIC, AMONG  OTHER  THINGS.

Less than 30% of the distributors we surveyed had a system of following up, and contacted the people on a methodical basis they had sent information to.

Less than 10% did that daily! Can you believe that?

And the answer we got when we asked them, ‘Why didn’t you follow up?’ was consistently ‘If they are interested, they would have called me.’ Most folks will not call you back because they see that as your responsibility, and many want to see how serious you are about your business.

The fortune you are seeking is not in the prospecting, not in the contacting, not in the presentation, nor the website, nor advertising (online or offline.)They all help to determine the
ultimate result. But If you don’t follow up, you will NEVER sign them up! If you just follow up on the prospects you have, you can triple your income fairly quickly. Consistent follow up when recruiting, screams LEADERSHIP!

How many folks will get excited about something that you aren’t excited enough over to call them back to seek their opinion? The CONSISTENCY in your follow up will mostly determine the consistency in your paycheck.  There is a gold mine in front of you, but you must dig. You must labor to find the gold vein that is within the mine. It is there, yet most people walk away from it laying down their shovels and fortunes, in return for an easier way to get through life and living off of the fool’s gold that other miners cast aside. Don’t lay down your shovel and accept fool’s gold that only fools will try and cash in. Your gold mine is in your list of follow ups.

There is a breathing human being on the other side of the computer monitor. NEVER forget it and you won’t be forgotten. Keep the focus on them and only on them. They will FEEL that you are sincere, personal and have THEIR best interest at heart, which probably will mean they will take you more seriously as a Network Marketing recruiter on the internet!ing Trxperts

MLM Network Marketing Training- MLM Network Marketing Training Newsletters- The Top 17 MLM Training Newsletters

MLM Network Marketing Training- MLM Network Marketing Training Newsletters- The Top 17 MLM Training Newsletters

Traits of a Good MLM Training Newsletter

A good MLM training newsletter is worth a million dollars to a distributor in Network Marketing. Many Network Marketing newsletters/ezines can be found out there, and there are some really good ones. But there are also some newsletters that are not so good.

What do you do? Subscribe to them all and read them for a year, and then decide yourself? (You’ve got to be kidding!)

You don’t have to. We have already done that. We subscribed to over 100 MLM training ezines, (whew!) and found some really good ones, and others that are ones we cannot recommend. (There were 14 total people that read the newsletters regularly, and the top 17 list is the consensus of the 14 people.)

The Network Marketing Criteria.

What were the criteria that we used to look at these network marketing newsletters?

1) Constant fresh and unique training content.

We looked for a consistency in content, and fresh content. Many newsletters we found ran some of the same articles in their ezine. Others changed the titles, and kept the content the same.

We simply asked this question: Is the content unique and fresh and trains folks, not just motivates them. Many ezines were a lot of motivation, but little training. There is nothing wrong with that, but if you are looking for a training newsletter, it can be a little frustrating. What we found is that many were highly motivational, but not educational. We support motivation by all means! But we could not include them in our top 17 MLM training ezine list.

2) Delivery of the newsletter regularly.

We found that many ezines were emailed out every once so often, and not on any kind of a schedule. We felt that if you are going to be depending on a training letter as a way to learn this business, then you need to know that the delivery of content will be consistent, and dependable.

Either once a week, or twice a month was the average delivery time of the most read newsletters, and that seems to be what people are looking for.

3) Topics focused on for what the distributor needs to learn to succeed.

The best newsletters we found had a focus of topics that would be what the average networker would need to know to create a successful business. These topics include recruiting, prospecting, approaching people, handling objections, doing presentations, following up, closing, training, building a downline, motivating your group, leadership, personal development, doing events, new distributor training, and advanced training in MLM and Network Marketing.

Many of the newsletters were too focused on one or two topics, and never varied for a more complete training program. There is nothing wrong with that, but a total training focus is what we were looking for.

4) The Look and Feel of the MLM training newsletter.

Many of the newsletters were only text, no graphics, but had great content. Many of the newsletters looked incredible, but their content was very weak. We found that the best training MLM newsletters had both. Even the text ezines were well put together, and had great content. A great example of that is Tom Big Al Schreiter’s Fortune Now Newsletter. It contains great stuff and it’s all text.

The feel of the training ezine was also important. Did they come across like authority writing? Was the feel of it directing, leading, and teaching people? Was the feel of the newsletter friendly and warm, or cold? This was another factor that was part of the over all consideration.

5) Did the newsletter want you to tell others about it?

This was a real big consideration. We talked to some folks that had subscribed to many of them, and they all basically said the same thing: The newsletters that they were talking about were the same ones.

This was important, as the content needs to be exciting, and strong enough for people to want to tell their team about it.

These were the 5 Most Important considerations of the Top 17 MLM Training Newsletters. There were other considerations as well, like popularity on search engines, ease of subscribing, reprints on sites, etc.

What are the top 15 MLM Newsletters and Network Marketing ezines? (These are in no particular order, as all are number one MLM training newsletters!)

1) Fortune Now Newsletter / http://www.fortunenow.com
2) PF HEAT Training Letter http://www.mlmleadership.com
3) MLM Players Ezine http://www.mlmplayers.com
4) I Love MLM Letter http://www.ilovemlm.com
5) Randy’s Rants http://www.networkmarketingtimes.com
6) Nexera e news http://www.nexera.com
7) Networking Times ezine http://www.networkingtimes.com
8) Greatest Networker ezine http://www.greatestnetworker.com
9) Cutting Edge Media http://www.cuttingedgemedia.com
10) MLM Brilliance letter http://www.mlmbrilliance.com
11) Club Rhino http://www.clubrhino.com
12) MLM Lifestyles http://www.mlmdevelopment.com
13) Golden Mastermind http://www.goldenmastermind.com
14) DSWA http://www.mydswa.org
15) Find Your Why http://www.findyourwhy.com
16) MLM Woman Newsletter / http://www.mlmwoman.com
17) Leads2YourSuccess http://www.leads2yoursuccess.com

Do your due diligence, and get archived copies of these MLM Training Newsletters, and read them and see what you are drawn towards, and want to subscribe to. These Network Marketing ezines are all great, and will help educate anyone on the Success aspects of this business.

And by the way, if you don’t care for the Network Marketing newsletter that you subscribe to, it should have a very easy unsubscribe process.

These are the best of the best MLM Training Newsletters as far as learning MLM and Network Marketing. Yes, there are great internet training newsletters out there, as well as home based business as well. But these are focused on Power learning MLM and these are the most powerful of all the MLM Newsletters and Network Marketing ezines.
