MLM Network Marketing Training Network Marketing Success – The MLM Psychology Behind the Objection

MLM Network Marketing Training Network Marketing Success – The MLM Psychology Behind the Objection

The MLM Objection Reality.

The group I was honored to help lead was a great group, and we had a lot of great talent in it.

But the one thing we all understood was this:

INFERNO Secret:

The lack of understanding about Objections in MLM will create more objections.

You see, objections are just part of this business. Plain and simple. As gasoline is to a car, or kerosene is to a fire, objections are to our business.

An objection is nothing more than a catalyst, or a map, to make something happen, or accept that nothing will happen. That is up to you, and solely up to you.

And lets be real:

No one really likes objections. At least that is what the paradigm is for the Industry. But for whatever reason, we never are taught how to truly handle objections, only endure them.

We were all taught to embrace them, and not fear them, as they were a clue to what was going on with the prospect, and what was to be said next.

The 2 Big Network Marketing Points with Objections.

You must understand this — All objections in MLM from a psychological standpoint stem from 1 of 2 things:

1) Natural Defense Mechanisms.

2) Lack of perceived Value.

And usually the defense mechanism kicks in when lack of Value is felt, although some defense mechanisms are from past experiences.

How can you create an environment to lessen the natural defense mechanisms that kick in with a lot of people?

That is simple.

Create a sense of “ownership” with your MLM prospect with your Network Marketing business.

How?

The 4 Things to Create Ownership with an MLM Prospect.

1) Sincerely asking their input and thoughts on how to improve what you are doing, and take notes.

2) Edify their accomplishments and transfer that feeling to your presentation.

3) Say, “I don’t know whether this is for you or not, it may not be. But I simply wanted to share some ideas and maybe get your insights.”

4) “All I want is what is right for you and your family, and this may not be a fit. But if it is, I truly don’t want you to miss it.”

What people contribute to,(ideas, insights, etc), and feel their values are honored, that will lessen any objections, as they have taken part ownership in your success.

INFERNO Secret:

People will be more attracted to something they contribute to and add to, then what is just “presented” to them.

The Massive Value Perception.

How do you create what we call a Massive Value Perception?

That is simple.

LISTEN to what they say when you ask this question:

“I want to ask you a serious question. If there was One Thing you could change for the better in your life, what would that be? And how would your life change because of it?”

Then again, LISTEN to what they are telling you because they are giving you Value CLUES to what is important and VALUED in their life. And there is a part of their desires that is not being honored and fulfilled in their life, and they want to change it.

INFERNO Secret:

Wrap your recruiting around that value statement.

“If there was honestly a way, that I could help you obtain that in your life, would that be something you at least would want to be made aware of?”

And what you have done is put yourself in a “Value Posture” that will be felt through your recruiting process Whatever process you use, People MUST perceive value, and a POSTURE of value if you are to create a Minimum Objection environment. And when you do get objections, you can relate them back to the value posture that tela them that you want what is best for them.

Another great question is:

“How will not having the money you desire impact your family?”

“Again…if we could figure out a solution to obtaining what you want, then we can still create the positive change you want in your life for your family.”

Continue a Value Posture, and keep it focused on what they want to change and enlarge in their life, and assure them they can.

There are many ways to neutralize objections. But understand: People will never object to someone truly, honestly, and with their best interest at heart, helping them to obtain what is valued or missing in their life.

MLM Network Marketing Training -The 5 Traits of a GREAT MLM Consultant

mlm five consultant

The MLM Consultant.

Consulting in MLM has gotten to be a big business in Network Marketing. Being one myself, I have found that there are good ones out there, and then there are well, not so good ones. You must know what to look for, before you spend a dime with them.

Many MLM Consultants are actually Network Marketers that say they are consultants. You must understand that consulting is a career and profession that demands many things, but being a Network Marketer does NOT automatically qualify one as an expert. Even if they have had great Success in MLM, that may be due to being in the right place at the right time, with the right people. That happens in Network Marketing often.

Here are the 5 things to look for in a good MLM Consultant:

1)A Track record that is available for Inspection.

Any good consultant, no matter the industry, will keep their track record available for any kind of inspection by a future client. They have nothing to hide, nor do they want to. The results they have accomplished speak for themselves.

Ask them if they have some clients you could talk to, or get some kind of testimonial. Track records in consulting can mean the difference between spending money and getting little, or spending money and getting a lot. Check what they have DONE, not what they said they have done. You will be glad you did.

2)Check for their Credentials.

What kind of solid credentials do they have that would warrant you spending money with them? What kind of education about MLM do they have? What kind of experience do they have in Network Marketing? Do they have the right business experience? Have they ever run a business before? What kind of degree do they have if applicable?

Credentials are important in modern day consulting, and not only for you, but also for the results you seek from an MLM Consultant. Most consultants have a portfolio they can show you. Ask for it, and study it. You will be glad you did.

3)Look for Professionalism.

Professionalism is a MUST in any field of consulting. Do they come across as a professional? Do they speak as a professional? Do they communicate in a professional manner? How do they handle themselves? How do they handle other people?

Do they return phone calls in an efficient manner? Do they keep their phone appointments? Are they prepared for the appointment? Do they follow up in a professional manner? Are they pushy, or have your best interests at heart? Do they come across as honest and with integrity?

Being a professional speaks well of a consultant. But here is the KEY- are they CONSISTENT in all of the above? And do they do it with a smile on their face? These questions will tell a lot about an MLM Consultant and how they will handle things in any future endeavor.

The MLM Consultant Asks the Right Questions.

4)Do they ask questions that are focused on your problem, or questions that are focused on being a consultant?

There are many questions that consultants ask that are all part of being a consultant. You want the kind of QUESTIONS that zero in on the solution to YOUR problem, not what they have learned to ask as a rote exercise. You are looking to hire them to solve a problem, not be a consultant. Make sure their questions are focused on moving you forward, not just creating conversation.

Brutal? Yes, Honest? Totally. MLM Consultants are not cheap, and if you are going to spend money, make sure that you get what you pay for, and get your challenge resolved. That is what MLM Consultants get paid for- to solve problems, not to engage in a fruitless boiler plate exercise.

5)Have they actually spent any time working Network Marketing and understand the culture, the philosophy, and what the REAL dynamics are to create Success in a group, and an MLM company?

I am amazed that there are “consultants” out there that have never spent an hour in the MLM field. They have never recruited anyone. They have never sold a product in MLM. They have never held a Company Event for a team. They have never done a presentation around a kitchen table, or a home meeting. They have never explained an MLM Comp plan to people before, nor do they know how. But yet, they sell themselves as an MLM Consultant.

Make sure that there is SOME experience in the field, as that alone brings a wealth of knowledge that many do not have. It is not easy building a successful MLM group and business.

If you have not done it, then you are coming as an MLM Consultant, from more of a position of weakness than someone who has, and can explain what it took, and how to do it. It makes a lot of difference in understanding the business of MLM as well.

Experience is a MUST and that includes also working in an MLM Company in some form. That can be as simple as being part of an ‘Inner Circle” team that was familiar with the workings of a Network marketing company. Having worked for an MLM Corporation is a big plus as well.

These are the 5 Traits you should look for in an MLM Consultant.

There are more you need to consider, but these are the 5 MAJOR ones when considering MLM Consultants.

Blessings…

MLM Network Marketing Training MLM Leads-The Top 10 Realities You MUST Know About MLM Leads.

MLM Network Marketing Training MLM Leads-The Top 10 Realities You MUST Know About MLM Leads.

The MLM Lead.

What is an MLM Lead? And why would you need an MLM lead to work? In Network Marketing, many times we run out of warm market, or we simply do not have many friends in an area. MLM leads help you to find people that are interested in a Network Marketing Home Business. They have called in either off of an ad, or maybe off of an internet site, and indicated they have an interest in a home based business.

After having worked MLM Leads for 8 years, and made over 50,000 phone calls, there are some things that you need to know. MLM leads are a great way to work MLM, but there are 10 things you need realize about MLM Leads. They can be a GOLD MINE, or an empty shaft. You must learn the difference.

1) They are NOT a guaranteed Sale or Recruit.

Just because they have indicated an interest, does not mean they are a done deal. They are simply many times “kicking tires” and checking to see what is out there. Make sure you know that they are serious about looking at your company.

2) They many times are NOT truly willing to change their life.

What a lead says, and what a lead does are 2 different things many times. You must be aware that they may change their mind once they realize they have to change some things in their life. Many people are apathetic. Move on when they show you this.

3) An MLM Lead is usually very skeptical and guarded.

This is normal. Many people who you will call, will want to get to know you first, and then take a serious look at your offer. Develop the relationship, for that is what will develop the Success.

4) An MLM lead is NOT a source of future Volume. Only a POTENTIAL Source.

The potential of an MLM lead can be HUGE, or nothing. That is why that you call them. There may be a gold mine waiting to be dug in that lead, or it may end up being a pile of dirt as far as potential. You must understand that. You qualify them and then make your decision if they are worth pursuing.

The MLM Experience.

5) There are many leads that have been burned before with other MLM companies.

Many MLM leads you call have had a home business before, but got burned from dishonest people. They carry that “hurt” into your conversation, and you must be sensitive to it. Let them tell you about it, and you listen. You will be surprised at the good that can do for them, and you. They will respect your willingness to listen, and care.

6) An MLM Lead IS looking for something, but you must find out what that something is.

You MUST find what the lead is looking for. Financial Security? Recognition? Training? Personal Development? Freedom? Pay for kid’s college? To quit their job? All of these are possibilities, and you must zero in on what they are looking for. Once you discover it, help them obtain it with your company.

7) An MLM Lead is human, and has Dreams just like you.

One of the great things about MLM leads as they are human, and most want a better life for themselves and family. They have dreams, and goals. You just talk to them about their dreams, and their desires and hope for their life. Make their dream a priority in your initial conversation. You will be surprised at their response to your interest in helping them achieve their Dreams.

8) An MLM Lead can, and will, lead you on, and then disappear.

I call it the “ADP.” The Amazing Disappearing Prospect. Many leads you call, will try and lead you on because they appear to want to be chased and that makes them feel important. Do NOT chase them. If they disappear, let them go. There are more leads out there than you can count. Go to the next one.

9) An MLM Lead CAN make you rich.

You read that right. There are many folks that have been called, and recruited, and have exploded into the industry. But you MUST be persistent in working the numbers. They WILL show up, if you simply let them. Don’t give up, because they WILL show up if you persist. And potential wealth is waiting on that list of leads you have.

10) It is NOT a working the Numbers game, but EFFECTIVELY working the numbers with MLM Leads.

Many people have called a lot of MLM leads, and they have never hit it big. Why? Lack of effective impact on the prospect. Working the numbers effectively is focusing on the lead, getting to know them, finding out what they are looking for, understanding they may not be truly interested, and caring more about what is right for them, then what is right for your paycheck. If you keep that focus, you will win HUGE with MLM Leads.

Here is a BONUS Reality- It is NOT the MLM Lead as much as what you DO with it.

How can one person call 100 leads and get nothing, and another call the same lead list and recruit 10 people? It is what you DO with the lead, not what you just say. Focus on what they want, and not what you want. Be their friend, and care more about THEIR paycheck than yours. Show them you can help transform their life, and future.

MLM leads are a great way to find incredible people, if you understand the realities of what you are dealing with. It is fun making new friends, and many can become friends for life. That is the Real Power of Network Marketing, and MLM Leads.

MLM Network Marketing Training -What Posting Articles Online did for my Google Page Rank in 90 Days

MLM Network Marketing Training What Posting Articles Online did for my Google Page Rank in 90 Days

by Dr. Lynella Grant

The Power of MLM Articles.

Article Marketing Builds Momentum and Traffic When I started submitting articles to ezines and directories I was happy just to get an occasional article written and widely posted online. I assumed that was the point. But I’ve since learned about equally important considerations–like the Page Rank of the site where it appears.

Each article was written to inform and appeal to the human readers. Search engines were incidental in my mind. I wasn’t systematic about submitting new ones on a regular basis so they built momentum. Nor was I careful to emphasize my website’s keywords and principal theme. But I do now–it matters. Despite that, the articles already posted have been hard at work for me. My list of places for submitting keeps expanding. And it’s further refined with every article posted. After a year and a half, that’s a large list (nearly a thousand).

And I’m a known quantity with sites and ezines that consistently post my contributions. My best-received article to date shows 181 Google mentions (with their related incoming links).

MLM Article Ground Zero.

Starting from Zero Online Visibility I launched a new website mid-June, 2004, using article marketing as the primary traffic-building strategy (Yellow Page Sage, getting your Yellow Page ad and website working together). The first article was a strong one, getting 135 Google cites. Over the next three months I wrote and posted seven articles related to Yellow Pages or Local Search. The website also provided extensive information about Yellow Page advertising by other authors–making it very sticky and content-rich. Creating an Article 12-pack After they were submitted to my list, I combined those seven articles with five of my prior marketing articles – twelve in all (with a link to each article). Instead of offering them as onesees, I now send the whole batch (letting the receiver pick what they want).

I prepared a letter offering the 12-pack, asking if they want to receive similar future ones. That letter is only sent to websites I’ve visited. I’d never offer it to a site unless there’s a good fit.

Sending out the 12-pack is an ongoing activity, and another way to expand my list. Some websites have posted the whole set – twelve return links from one letter! Surprise! Google Noticed me! Since I was busy getting the site polished and launched, it caught me by surprise that in two months my Google Page Rank was 3/10 (the first time I checked). And the following month it had climbed to PR 4/10 – without doing anything but post seven articles. I didn’t yet realize it was getting extra mileage because of the strength of my list. So moving to PR 5/10 can’t be too far off, can it?

MLM Page Rank?

Then I started paying serious attention to Page Rank–the posting site’s AND mine. Page Rank shows the extra importance that Google gives to the number and popularity of websites linking to yours. Links from higher Page Rank pages elevate your Page Rank. Two Things I didn’t Know When I Started Posting Articles First – I posted my articles to get website traffic and incoming links (via the Sig at the end of each article). I treated every article appearance as equivalent. But Google doesn’t. All those articles appearing in high-Page-Rank directories were giving an extra boost to my score.

So I’ve re-assessed my list. Websites with higher Page Rank are now my “A List.” Articles that they publish are doing my Page Rank way more good than other places. Of course, I still need to post widely and pursue both types of links. Second – I didn’t realize that the “Page Rank of a website” doesn’t exist. Every page on a site has its own Page Rank. (Although there are ways to make every page on the website share the same Page Rank, it’s not widely done.) So a home page with PR 7/10 that links to mine from a PR 3/10 interior page only provides a PR 3/10 link. That awareness influences who and how I link with other websites anymore. And it dictates the way I organize external links on my own websites.

MLM Network Marketing Training -Starting a Small Business- Going into Business

MLM Network Marketing Training -Starting a Small Business- Going into Business

The MLM Decision

So you are thinking of going into business. This can have advantages and disadvantages. Running a business of your own will bring a sense of independence, and a sense of accomplishment. You will be the boss, and you can’t be fired, though there may be days when you would welcome it. Because you can pay yourself a salary and the profit or return on your investment will also be yours, you anticipate a good income once your business is established. You will experience a pride in ownership – such as you experience if you own your own home or your own automobile. You can derive great satisfaction from offering a product or service which is valued in the market place.

By being boss you can adopt new ideas quickly. Since your MLM enterprise undoubtedly will be a small business – at least in the beginning – you will have no large, unwieldy organization to retrain, no board to get permission from, each time you wish to try something new. If the idea doesn’t work you can drop it just as quickly. This opportunity for flexibility is one of small businesses greatest assets in Network Marketing.

These are some of the advantages and pleasures of operating your own business. Now take a look at the other side. If you have employees, you must meet a SMB payroll week after week. You must always have money to pay creditors – the man who sells you goods or materials, the dealer who furnishes fixtures and equipment, the landlord if you rent, the mortgage holder if you are buying your place of business, the publisher running your advertisements, the tax collector, and many others. All of these must be paid before you can consider the “profits” yours.

The Network Marketing Responsibility

You must accept sole responsibility for all final decisions. A wrong judgment on your part can result in losses not only to yourself but, possibly, to your employees, creditors, and customers as well. Moreover, you must withstand, alone, adverse situations caused by circumstances frequently beyond your control, To overcome these business setbacks and keep your business profitable means long hours of hard work. It could very well not be the work you want to do. As someone else’s employee you developed a skill. Now, starting a business of your own, you may expect to use that skill 40 or more hours a week. Instead, you must perform the management tasks as well. You must keep the books, analyze accounting records, sit back and do long range planning, jump and handle the expediting and, when everyone has gone home and you finally have caught up with the paper work. If you need accounting software for your business, check out sites like https://www.fourlane.com/quickbooks-setup-services/.

As your business grows and you become more successful, you may not need to do some of these activities if you use a specific software such as TableUp marketing automation to facilitate your business’ management . As an owner-manager, however, you must – at least at first – give up the technical aspects you know and enjoy doing, and focus on the management aspects. To get your business off to a successful start, you must be a manager not an operator.

You will never be entirely your own boss

No matter what you choose – manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing or service business – you must always satisfy your customers. If you don’t give the customers what they want, they’ll go somewhere else and you’ll be out of business. So every customer, or even potential customer, is your boss. Your creditors will also dictate to you, and your competitors’ actions may force you to make decisions you don’t want to make. National and local government agencies will insist that you meet certain standards and follow certain regulations. The one thing you can decide yourself is how you will satisfy all of these bosses.

The MLM Type

Are You the Type?

The first question you should answer after recognizing that there are two sides to the prospect of establishing your own business is “Am I the type?”

You will be your most important employee. It is more important that you rate yourself objectively than how you rate any prospective employee. Appraise your strengths and your weaknesses. As a prospective operator of your own business, acknowledge that you are weak in certain areas and cover the deficiency by either retraining yourself or hiring someone with the necessary skill.

Numerous studies have been made of small business managers over the years. Many look at traits and characteristics that appear common to most people who start their own businesses. Other studies focus on characteristics that seem to appear frequently in successful owner-managers.

First, consider those characteristics that seem to distinguish the person who opens a business from the person who works for someone else. These studies investigated successful and unsuccessful owners, some of whom went bankrupt several times. Some were successful only after the second or third try. The characteristics they share might almost be said to predispose a person into trying to start a business. Of course, not all of these characteristics appear in every small business owner-manager, but the following seem to be most predominate.

Strong MLM Opinions and Attitudes.

People who start their own business may be members of different political parties, feel differently about religion, economics and other issues. They are like everyone else. The difference is they usually feel and express themselves more strongly. This is consistent. If you are going to risk your money and time in your own business you must have a strong feeling that you will be successful. As you will see later, these strong feelings may also cause problems.

If you want to start your own business you probably have mixed feelings about authority. You know the manager must have authority to get things done, but you’re not comfortable working under someone. This may also have been your attitude in a scholastic, family or other authority structure.

If you want to open you own business you are likely to have a strong “Need for Achievement”. This “Need for Achievement” is a psychologist’s term for motivation and is usually measured by tests. It can be an important factor in success.

The person who wouldn’t think of starting a business, might call you a plunger, a gambler, a high risk taker. Yet you probably don’t feel that about yourself. Studies have shown that very often the small business owner doesn’t differ from anyone else in risk avoidance or aversion when measured on tests. At first thought this seems unreasonable since logic tells us that it is risky to open your own business. An Ohio State professor once explained this apparent contradiction very simply. “When a person starts and manages his own business he doesn’t see risks; he sees only factors that he can control to his advantage.”

If you possess these traits to some degree or other it doesn’t mean you will be successful, only that you will very likely start your own business. Some of these characteristics in excess may actually hamper you if you are not careful.

The MLM Success Characteristics.

The characteristics that appear most frequently among “successful” small business managers include drive, thinking ability, competence in human relations, communications skills and technical knowledge.

Drive, as defined in the study, is composed of responsibility, vigor, initiative, persistence and health. Thinking ability consists of original, creative, critical, and analytical thinking. Competency in human relations means emotional stability, sociability, good personal relations, consideration, cheerfulness, cooperation. and tactfulness. Important communications skills include verbal comprehension, and oral and written communications. Technical knowledge is the manager’s comprehension of the physical process of producing goods or services, and the ability to use the information purposefully.

Motivation or drive has long been considered as having an important effect on performance. Psychologists now claim you can increase the motivation and the personal capacities that will improve your effectiveness and increase your chances for success. Much of the development of such achievement motivation depends on setting the right kind of goals for yourself.

What Business Should You Choose?

Many of you have already decided what business to choose. Others may still be seeking answers from counselors. Whether you have decided or not, you will find it helpful to continue your self-evaluation.

Begin by summarizing your background and experience. Include jobs. schooling, and hobbies. Then write down what you think you would like to do. Does what you would like to do match up with what you have done? It is helpful if your experience and training can be put to direct use in your new enterprise.

What are your prospective needs? What are your prospective customers’ needs? You may make money doing something you don’t like if people will pay for it. On the other hand, you will never make money if people don t need your product or service no matter how happy you are doing it. Experts have said more companies fail because they are in the wrong business than because they are “doing business wrong”.

Read, listen to the experts, talk to business people, try to determine where growth will occur. Most new businesses can only get customers by taking them away from someone else, or by attracting new people entering the area. In other words, don’t start a contracting business in a community where the population is decreasing even if you are a good contractor. You can also buy a business for sale if you’d like and that has many obvious advantages, I recently bought a business for sale in Sarasota which has worked brilliantly so it just works.

At this point, try to match your background and interests with what you see the needs to be. If they match, wonderful. Now all you have to do is discover how to offer the customers more for their money than do your competitors.

If the needs and your background don’t match, don’t despair. Get training by working in a company that provides a product or service that is needed. Find a job in a well managed, successful company of the kind you are contemplating. Then absorb as much management know-how as you can while learning the technical skills.

Education can help too. While there may be no educational requirements for starting your own business, the more schooling you have along the right lines the better equipped you should be.

(Some fields require licenses, certificates, even degrees in specific educational areas.) Certainly it is helpful if you have had courses in record keeping, sales and communication. These needn’t be college or even high school courses. They can come from adult education programs and the like.

Is there a need for what you want to sell or do? Are you prepared to fill that need? Are you interested in the area? Can you learn what you need to? Will there be a continuing and growing need for your product or service?

Your Chances of MLM Success

What are your chances of success if you go into business? New businesses are always being started. Almost as many are failing or being discontinued. A year of poor business conditions is likely to be followed by a greater than average number of failures or closings. A year of good business conditions tends to be followed by large increases in the total number of businesses. In general, the number of firms increases with increases in human population, total personal income and per capita income and since these factors have increased regularly, the total number of small businesses usually rises every year.

This growth is not free of growing pains, however. At the same time new businesses are being born other businesses are being discontinued. Some of these discontinuances are legally business failures; other owners give up to avoid or minimize losses and are not failures in the strict sense. Still others discontinue for reasons such as the death or retirement of the proprietor, the dissolution of a partnership, or the sale of the business to a new owner.

Younger businesses tend to discontinue first. Many do not make it through the first year. The discontinuation rate of those that survive this first year “burn-in” declines steadily until at the end of several years the rate has dropped dramatically. So, your chances of success improve the longer you stay in business.

Poor management is the largest single cause of business failure. Year after year, the lack of managerial experience and aptitude has accounted for around 90 percent of all failures analyzed by Dun & Bradstreet, Inc.

Many factors may adversely affect individual firms over which owners have little control. In such cases, the astute manager can often soften the blow or, sometimes, change adversity into an asset. Examples of factors over which the owner has little control are overall poor business conditions, relocations of highways, sudden style changes, the replacement of existing products by new ones, and local labor situations. While these factors may cause some businesses to close, they may represent opportunities for others. A local market place may decline in importance at the same time new shopping centers are developing. Sudden changes in style or the replacement of existing products may bring trouble to certain businesses but open doors for new ones. Adverse employment situations in some areas may be offset by favorable situations in others. Ingenuity in taking advantage of changing consumer desires and technological improvements will always be rewarded.

In the final analysis, it is up to you. Will your management be competent? Will you be able to judge, and then satisfy, your customers’ wants? Can you do this accurately and quickly enough to more than compensate for risks due to factors beyond your control? Such accomplishment requires expert management.

Your Return on Investment in Network Marketing.

Will the rate of return on the money you invest in your business be greater than the rate you could receive if you invested your money elsewhere? While your decision to go into business for yourself may not depend entirely upon this, it is a factor which should interest you. Too frequently people invest money in their own businesses under the misapprehension that the financial return will be far greater than the return from other investments. Investigation of the average annual returns in the line of business in which you are interested may be worthy of your time.

Your decision to go into business may not depend entirely on financial rewards. The size of the potential return on your investment may be overshadowed by your desire for independence, the chance to do the type of work you would like to do, the opportunity to live in the part of the country or city you prefer, or the feeling that you can be more useful to the community than you would be if you continued working for someone else. Do not overlook such intangible considerations. But remember, you cannot keep your own business open unless you receive an adequate financial return on your investment.

A business is a business no matter where you operate it. Business and marketing basics still apply. A lesson some very well funded companies learned the hard way.

You can create an income from an online business but it won’t happen overnight. Yes you possibly could become rich, if that is your dream and desire.

BUT….just being on the Internet won’t make you rich.  You need to have a plan and you need to work it.

Here are 10 very simple steps to getting started online:

1.   You need the desire and commitment. Make your mind up that you’re going  to be in this for the long haul.
2.   Decide on a product or service.  Find something you like to do. Research it.
3.   Put a simple business plan together.  An action plan.
4.   Select a name for your Company
5.   Select a domain name for your company.
6.   Build your website
7.   Select a host for your website
8.   Put your site online.
9.   PROMOTE your online business – No spamming
10.  PROMOTE SOME MORE !!!!!!

I want to conclude this article with these thoughts:

“Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so shall you become.  Your vision is the promise of what you shall one day be.” –James Allen

“We must have the courage to bet on our ideas, to take the calculated risk, and to act.  Everyday living requires courage if life is to be effective and bring happiness.”—Maxwell Maltz

“As you grow older, you’ll find the only things you regret are the things you didn’t do.”—Zachary Scott

There has never been a more exciting time to start you own business, especially an online business!

MLM Consultant- The 5 Things to Look for in Good MLM Consultants.

mlm network marketing contultant

mlm consultants

Home business and MLM consultants can be worth their weight in GOLD.

Or worth their weight in air.

Depends on the consultant and other factors.

If you are considering an MLM consultant, than there are a few things you need to know and be made aware of.

The MLM Consultant Business.

Consulting in MLM has gotten to be a big business in Network Marketing.

Being one myself, I have found that there are good one out there, and then there are well, not so good ones.

1) A Track record that is available for Inspection.

Any good consultant, no matter the industry, will keep their track record available for any kind of inspection by a future client. They have nothing to hide, nor do they want to. The results they have accomplished speak for themselves.

Ask if they have some clients you could talk to, or get some kind of testimonial. Track records in consulting can mean the difference between spending money and getting little, or spending money and getting a lot. Check what they have DONE, not what they said they have done. You will be glad you did.

2) Check for their Credentials.

3) Look for Professionalism.

Professionalism is a MUST in any filed of consulting.

4) Do they ask questions that are focused on your problem, or questions that are focused on being a consultant?

The Network Marketing Experience Factor.

5) Have they actually spent any time working Network Marketing and understand the culture, the philosophy, and what the REAL dynamics are to create Success in a group, and an MLM company?

Blessings…

MLM Network Marketing Training -MLM Leads-The Top 10 Realities You MUST Know About an MLM Lead

MLM Network Marketing Training -MLM Leads-The Top 10 Realities You MUST Know About an MLM Lead

The MLM Search.

It’s MORE than a Numbers game with MLM leads.

10) It is NOT Just about working the Numbers

MLM Network Marketing Training- MLM Leads- The 5 Traits of a Good MLM Lead.

MLM Network Marketing Training- MLM Leads- The 5 Traits of a Good MLM Lead.

There are certain traits that you look for in a good MLM lead. After working a TON of leads, and blessed to having built an organization worldwide, I have found that all good MLM Lead have 5 traits in common, with no exception. These traits you look for, and if you find that a lead has at least 3 of them you have a great possibility for your business. And MLM Leads can also end up being one of the best revenue sources for you, but first, find these traits. If you do, you will strike GOLD. These traits are common sense in many respects, but many times are rare to find.

The Key MLM Leads Traits.

1) A GREAT Personality.

One of the KEY traits that we have found is an infectious personality. A personality that truly shines and glows. You can feel their warmth over the telephone, and sincerity. They have the type of personality that you simply want to be around, and talk to.

You know the type.

For whatever reason, you ENJOY the conversation with them, and they are always positive, and optimistic. They have a tendency to make you glad that you talked to them, and you are drawn towards them

This type of MLM Lead can be a gold mine, as they usually hang out with people of the same personality, and same outlook on life. They rarely are down, and when you call them they always seem glad you called.

2) High Energy.

Another KEY traits to look for is High Energy. But let me be clear: High Energy is NOT hype. There are many folks out there that you will call that will try to HYPE you into believing you have found the GOLD MINE you have been looking for, and will tell you all about how great they are.

High Energy people don’t really talk that much about themselves, but what they are doing. They focus on the engagement of actions and results, and you can FEEL their energy radiate form the phone and any communication they do. They can GET THINGS DONE, and refuse to quit during adversity. Plus, they have a great approach to Success in Life and Network Marketing- they have a philosophy of WHAT ARE WE WAITING ON????

3) Great People Skills.

This trait is HUGE. They MUST feel comfortable with people. Especially people they do not know. In MLM, you will communicate and work with a lot of folks that you do not know. And if you find that your MLM Lead has great people skills, you will have found a great potential for Success in network marketing.

People skills include friendliness, good listener, sincere, great communicator, and loves people. If a person truly loves people, they will go a LONG WAY to being a Success as an MLM lead.

4) A Good Listener.

An MLM Lead that is a good listener will end up being a better recruiter than most. Recruiting is all about listening to the prospect.. If you fins that the MLM Lead asks questions, and then LISTENS and them asks more questions,. You have found a good possibility for a recruit. Listening is the MASTER skill in Communication in Network Marketing, and Recruiting. A good listener is hard to find, but they are out there.

Does the MLM Lead talk more than they listen? Do they try and dominate the conversation? Do they try and impress you? If this is the case, they probably do not have a great listening pattern established. But if they do listen to you, ask questions, and then ask more questions that make sense to ask, then you have found a potential gold mine for recruiting and building an organization.

The HUGE MLM Lead Trait.

5) Available when they said they would be.

This is a HUGE trait that many MLM leads do not have. If a prospect says to call them back in 2 days, and you do, and they continue the conversation as before, you have a good one. Many MLM leads will not available at the time you call, because they had no intention to begin with of doing your business. A person of their word, who shows up for a return call like they said they would, is a person of integrity.

Many people will attempt to play hide and seek as an MLM lead, and that is just part of the business. If they do not show up like they said they would, that is an issue that you may want to consider in the future, as all Future Great Leaders keep their word.

And here is a BONUS Trait- DISSATISFIED.

A Great MLM lead MUST be dissatisfied with their income, life, future, or something. You are to help them change what they are not happy with in their life, with your products and company.

If they are Dissatisfied, then that means they are probably LOOKING for something better.

Help them find it.

These are the 5 Traits you should look for in a great lead. Yes, there are other traits that you will MLM leads, but these are the ones that we found to be worth GOLD in this business of working MLM Leads in Network Marketing..
