      Agreed, Tim ~ Reaching up is VITAL. Your going to NEED your upline in SO MANY ways. And I feel it is as equally important to reach downline – routinely follow up just as you would with your prospects.

    • Tim, I like how you referred to the squeaky wheel…not as someone that is whining for attention, but is receiving attention because of the actions they perform. When we are showing how serious we are in this business, our upline will be noticing and we will have their attention. This will help direct us upward.

    • I so agree,Tim.We all have to make ourselves visible to both prospects and uplines so that they know we are serious about our business and can be available for help.

    • Julie, I love how you referred to it as an upline tree. I was checking things out in mine – just yesterday. The phone number for my director was incorrect on the corporate website. So, if something changes on the limbs of our tree…we have to let everyone know so they can keep up to date, and still find the numbers they need at a glance.
      Having a document prepared to present the new person will make it easy for them to find the person and/or information they are looking for.
