The word failure turns most people’s stomach.

Does it yours?

It is an image that most do not want to have, nor even get close to. If you want to really see who your friends are, massively fail at something.

Most people’s paradigm of failure is a loser, and someone who “just can’t cut the mustard”.

Most people view failure as a disease and something to totally stay away from.

Most folks think of failure as for the weak, and for the “giving up crowd.”

Dumb.

Stupid.

Wrong.

Foolish.

Failure is the ONLY WAY you will ever become successful, because it is the setbacks and adversities in your life that create the person inside of you that ATTRACTS Success.

You need to become SUCCESS MAGNETIC.

You don’t Persue Success.

It Persues You.

You don’t Become Successful.

Success Becomes You.

You don’t Create Success.

It Creates You, through the storms, setbacks, and failures that all are a part of the Success Formula.

Who are you to think that Failure is for Losers?

Doesn’t matter if you do not have all the education, training, tools or Success manuals.

Doesn’t matter if timing isn’t perfect.

Doesn’t matter if you are not in the perfect place to do what your heart burns for, and has dream for, whether massive success, or massive lifestyle.

Start. Now.

The least known people in the world who got started years ago, now are millionaires/billionaires.

Steve Jobs.

He started Apple Computer — totally underfunded, understaffed, misunderstood.

But he got underway.

He Started.

Bill Gates.

He started. Well, you know, that Seattle company. He started in a dorm room, with no money, and only one gear:

OverDrive. And his drive is what got him over the tough spots.

He Started.

Michael Jordan.He started. And was stopped several times, but he kept starting over, and over. And well, you know. He did pretty good.

Boy did He Start!

And the list is endless.

All great Successes have one thing in common:

MLM Network Marketing Training- Secrets to MLM Holiday Success Part 2- The Holiday Letter

In network Marketing, with the Holiday Season approaching, there are so many chances to start a conversation with someone and recruit them for the Holidays. But it has to be done right! Many times you can have a great chance to communicate about your mlm business during the holidays, and blow it.

What We have found to be incredibly effective during the Holidays, among many others, is what we call the“Personal Year-End Holiday Letter”.

It is a great way to get folks feeling warm and fuzzy, tell them about the past year, and introduce subtley your business. This letter is a great mlm recruiting/prospecting tool that can yield great results. And many people enjoy reading them.

I get at least 10 of these during the holidays.

Why would you want to send this type of letter?

Simple.

EMOTION.

It gets people emotional hearing about what happened to your life and how your year was. It is a personal opening to what you thought of the past year, and what you did. You can even offer opinions about things if you wish.

How do you create a Holiday Letter?

1) What you do, is get some Christmas Stationary(any supply store has it).

2) Write in a very conversational tone, what this year has meant to you, talk about vacations, fun things, the family and how each are doing,and how next year looks to be a great year.

3) In the letter, somewher near the end, simply put… “And my company I run out of my home has had some real solid growth, and it looks like next year will be another great year. Things are going so well. I am so thankful. I need some help! “

4) And move forward with other subjects such as books read, TV shows you enjoyed, movies seen, etc.

After the first of the year, send them all a nice thank you letter about all the support and kind words of encouragement. And write “Fyi, here is what my home based business is about as some folks wanted to know. Let’s chat sometime. I could use your support and help in locating some talent!”

And you have positioned yourself for a first of the year explosion in Network Marketing sales or recruits(depends on your focus.)

Folks remember unique things, and the Year End Letter is not only remembered, but kept a lot of times. Include a photo, or article about something of interest pertaining to the Holidays.

And Guess what?

There is also a ” Halfway through the Year Letter!” Set yourself apart, and do things differently than the norm. Take a step up, not forward. Engage what others do not, and get the results others pray for.

You are a network marketer. Refuse to be average, think average, and doing what the average do.

This is just one of a dozen things you can do to Explode your Recruiting during the Holidays, as we did them for years. And we always did business during the holidays in MLM and Network Marketing.

Sometimes, in MLM and network marketing, it sees when you say those words, network marketers shut down. They simply think that they will start again January 1, and kick it into gear. Network Marketing during the holidays does not exist, and they slow down to a crawl.

Who in the world sold you on that?

That is simply a dumb thing to do.

Yes, during the holidays, people are busy, and people are going places, shopping, and do not want to think about a home based business many times.

But it’s because of the focus of ther networker. Many mlm distributors do not know how to work this business and hold conversations during the holiays. Your focus must be different than any other time of the year.

It takes a little finesse.

And you still have many things going for you that will work totally in your favor,and help kick your mlm business into gear the first of the year.

What 2 things are working in your favor during the holidays that makes it easy to create success in your Network marketing business?

1) People are in the Holiday Emotion.

Many folks are in the emotion of sentimental memories. They are remembering past Holdays and their favorite Christmas. They are thinking about the smell of pie and turkey. They are remembering their childhood. They are thinking of parents long past. And many are thinking about the Birth of Christ.

How can you move people to a real powerful emotion that draws them to you?

Ask this:

“What is your favorite holiday memory? Tell me about it.”

People really will think about this, and then will give you their answer. And many times they get excited just thinking about it.

Why would you ask them this?

To open them up, and let the emotion of the Holidays flow, and draw them towards you. This simply will create an opening to talk to them after the first of the year.

“I would love to chat with you the first of the year. I could really use some help on something.”

This simply will open the door to ask for their help in locating some talent for your business or customers that can benefit form your products.

2) People are in the Holiday Focus.

People are focused on many things during this time of the year. One focus is CHANGE.

People are looking to change things more than any other time of the year.

People are focused on EXPECTATION.

They are expecting and anticipating a great holiday season, and also a better new year. Talk to them about the change you can offer in their life. But set a time that is convenient for them.

People are focused on SHOPPING.

There is no better place to meet people than Holiday shopping.

Talk to them about their children.
Compliment their children.
Ask them about their plans for the holidays.
Ask if you can help someone who is struggling with bags of gifts.
Talk to people about the crowds in the malls.
Talk to people about the prices of goods today.
Ask people for their opinion on something you are thinking about buying.

Shopping is a great way for men and women to meet folks who are out and about. Especially in toy stores and books stores. These are great places to meet folks who have kids, and are readers. Readers and parents are great MLM prospects.

And retail clerks who are tired and harried are great prospects to talk to about changing things in 2006.

“Is next year going to be like this year for you working in this retail zoo? Do the crowds get to you sometimes? Here is my card. You deserve better than this. You have an incredible personality. Would love to chat sometime about getting you out of here.”

MLM Success during the holidays is easy and quite fun, if you let it be. But you must keep your “radar” on to talk to folks and to help anyone who looks like they could need a hand.

“May I give you a hand with that? Here let me help. My name is doug, what’s yours?”

The holiday season is a great time for CONNECTION.

Connect with new people to make new friends and to hold new conversations about the future and 2006.

The MLM Success Secret of Getting your DMO In Gear

Ever heard of that?

It stands for “Daily Method of Operation,” or what you plan to do on a daily basis. It will be the key to your activity.

Simply, your DMO is your “Success PLAN.” A PLAN for MLM Success that you execute daily, and that is how you operate daily in this network marketing industry.

Brick by Brick, day by day, you build your MLM business with your DMO PLAN.

PassionFire has introduced to the Network Marketing industry “PLAFSH”, which a module for that is included in a recent article Your DMO will be how you put it to use and how you let it guide and structure your daily MLM activity.

INFERNO Secret:

Most people in MLM have too weak of a DMO and it creates nothing in results.

The amount of work that it takes to build an MLM downline is significant, and it does take time. Most new MLM distributors never understand that it is the CONSISTENCY of a DMO that is the secret, not just the activity.

Why?

This means you need to put what you are planning on doing in writing, and keep it in front of you.

How many Phone Calls are you going to do everyday? Put it in writing.

How many Leads are you going to collect a day? Put it in writing.

How many Appointments are you going to have this week? Put it in writing.

You get the drift. Writing it down FOCUSES you Laser sharp.

L…Lock and Load

Lock and Load means to get your ammo and gun ready for firing — ready to pull the trigger on the Plan. Check over it and make sure that everything is on target, and will create enough activity to MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN!

Many MLM distributors never check their DMO to see if it will do what they want it to do — usually it will not as there is not enough activity for that to happen.

INFERNO Secret:

Your DMO needs to STRETCH you a little, so you can “grow into it.: If you feel you can make 5 phone calls a day as a start, put 7 down to stretch you a little, and then do them. You will be surprised how good it feels when you complete them.

And ask yourself this:

“Will my DMO really be ENOUGH to make something happen in my business?”

That is a key word ENOUGH.

Too many people fool themselves into believing that they are “working” when all they are “busy” — busy at the wrong things.

INFERNO Secret:

You are NOT in charge of results, only activity. But the quality of your execution and numbers of times you execute the DMO tasks will influence your results.

A….Activate the Tasks.

Simply, you must activate and execute your plan with the tasks needed, as that is where the power in it lies. No action, no acceleration of mlm momentum.

You must engage your DMO with ENERGY!

It is the Force behind a Hurricane that creates the Power in it. It is the Force behind your action that will create the MLM Success power in it as well.

And make sure you are taking the action and doing the tasks that are needed. What will yield you results and sales as well as eventual signups and if you are operating PLAFSH, then you will be doing the right activity.

N…Need?

Simply, What does your plan need that is not there?

What is missing in it that needs to be there?

Are you working enough numbers?

Are you saying the right things?

Are you getting enough appointments?

Are you getting leads and from where? Warm market? Cold market?

What does your plan lack in follow up structure? Again, PLAFSH sets up a system for you to follow up like clockwork.

Are you working enough hours and are they the hours you can get a hold of people?

If you are calling people at home when they are at work — HELLO! Not much chance of catching them at home huh?

Your DMO will create a DAILY PATH for you to walk.

What do you say to a small business owner? How do you talk to them about your Network marketing business? Many people have tried, and totally failed.

Why?

They simply do not understand that small business owners do not talk “mlm-ease.” They do not know what a “downline” or “upline” is, and most don’t really want to know.

INFERNO Secret:

Business owners want to know one thing: What is going to increase their profits and productivity.

We recruited hundreds of small business owners in our MLM group when we were active, and all were pretty much recruited the same way and with the same type of words and power phrases.

There are 2 things that you must understand about recruiting business professionals into Network Marketing and MLM:

1) They have their own CULTURE, and they stay within that culture. They have a culture of professionalism for the most part, and integrity.

2) They are used to a particular language and verbiage, that they expect, and you must speak at least some of that language in your conversation with them.

Here are just a few of the ways you can approach small business professionals and here are some KEY words and Phrases:

1)”Secondary revenue source”
2)”Introducing into the business community”
3) “Run across an idea”
4) ” I am a small business owner like you”
5) “I Need your input(insight)”
6) “Increase your revenue stream”
7) “Expand your potential market base”
8) “Increase market value of your contacts”
9) ” I am new in the business community, and introducing myself”
10) “I have an idea that I would like to run past you
on increasing revenues.”
11) ” Revenue Option”
12) ” Market Expansion Tool”
13) “An idea that has impact on the bottom line”
14) ” A value based idea that can improve revenues”
15) ” From one professional to Another.”

These work very well, as they have the terminology that a lot of business professionals can relate to. Come up with some of your own. But make sure they are all “non-mlm.” You can eventually use network marketing language, but not at first, unless you want to turn them off.

And yes, you may get some questions.
And yes, you may get some objections.
And yes you may get some negative responses.

Just understand that small business owners have a business to run, and many will make great customers, but will not be interested in your mlm business.

All it takes is ONE small business professional to explode your business. One business owner brought in over 500 people in less than 4 months in our group, and built a group that was in all 50 states, and eventually had over 8,000 people in his Network Marketing group. And he did it part time.

Small business owners can be an absolute GOLD MINE, but you have to do some digging in your MLM and Network Marketing business.

Declare today that you WILL Succeed and nothing or no one will stop you. PERIOD.

When, in the course of human events in MLM and Network Marketing, it becomes necessary for a person to dissolve the stifling and limiting bonds and chains which have connected them with other people’s thinking and limitations, and to assume among the powers of the earth, that God intended all men to be Successful, and that it is their right for existence. Are your thoughts pushing you out of Success? GREAT question, as many do this day in and day out. In MLM, people play the great American past time that takes up so much time:

Making excuses, and then making more excuses. Great past time if you want to live in the past.

Brutal? Yep.

The truth? Absolutely!

And I would rather tell you the way it REALLY is, instead of the way that everyone leads you to believe it is. In Network Marketing, excuses is the Language of the Failure.

INFERNO Secret:

Life can either be a Paradise, or a Pair of Dice, which you then leave to Lady Luck to throw and see what comes up. Snake eyes is her specialty.

What is your life and what is your MLM business? Paradise, or just a pair of dice?

That will be determined and  all revolves around how you THINK.

Are you on a Thought Path that is leading away from Success in Network Marketing?

Are you kidding yourself about your thoughts?

Are you kidding yourself about the nature of your thinking?

Are you blind to what kind of thoughts you are REALLY thinking?

Are you kdding yourself about your thinking, or lack of it?

Many do…everyday.

Most people do not realize it, but you work Network Marketing Twice: First between your ears, and then between your hours.

And what happens between your hours in MLM is nothing more than a photograph of what is between your ears! What you THINK, ends up being what you DO.

You live life twice as well. If you don’t have it right between your ears, then there will be nothing left between your hours! Only the emptiness of frustration and Doubt , and an empty feeling of regret.

If you take a look a the word THINKING: The first word in Thinking is THIN.

Do you have Skinny Thinking?

Do you lean towards a  poverty mindset?

Are your thoughts colored with Scarcity?

Do your thoughts have more of a LACK focus?

The last word in Thinking is KING! (THAT is ROYALTY THINKING!)

Do you have Royalty Thinking in your Network Marketing business?

Do you have the thinking that would excite God and get Him jumping off His Throne saying, “Now those thoughts are so BIG, THAT is someone I can work with?”

Which side of the word THINKING do you see yourself on?

Here is a Brutal Question that begs to be asked:

Up until this point in your life, what has your thinking cost you in dollars?

What has it cost your family? How long are you going to allow that to continue?

You need a ThinkSHIFT in MLM and Network Marketing. You need to SHIFT your thinking into Success Overdrive– the gear that all winner’s thoughts are locked on.

If you do Shift your Thinking, and truly understnad that you CAN and WILL succeed in life, then you can just about write any paycheck you want in Network Marketing.

You CAN Succeed in network Marketing! You can Succeed HUGE! You need to draw a line in the sand and say “ENOUGH is ENOUGH!” And then get serious about your business, and start living the life that you and your family wants and deserves. A Life of wealth and total freedom in all you do, and everywhere you go. That can be given to you with your efforts and Thinking being in Success Overdrive. And then you can have the future that most only dream of.

MLM Network Marketing Training –MLM Training- The Beginning New MLM Distributor Success Checklist Training

A List for MLM Success.

 

That is what I am talking about here. Every new mlm distributor needs a checklist when they get started to create a “map” of what the need to do to get started.

 

Why?

 

Simple.

 

Duplication

 

If you have a checklist that a new network marketing distributor can follow and check off what he/she has done, then you have created a system that can not only be duplicated, but also taught.

By virtually anyone.

 

A checklist also will provide another thing besides duplication.

 

Accountability.

 

If a new MLM distributor knows that he/she will be asked about completing part of a checklist, then the odds of them doing it just went up a lot!

 

It simply shows the new Network Marketing distributor tasks that need to be done, and a good checklist will even have the date the task was done.

 

INFERNO Secret:

 

If a new mlm distributor has a list of things that they must do, the seriousness of the focus they have will increase significantly.

 

You, as a sponsor, must provide a PATH to success in the beginning that WALKS the new distributor through the first tasks that need to be done.

 

And it must be a step by step path.

 

Your checklist must have some form of direction to it and purpose. It cannot be just a list of tasks that are meaningless. They must be what will get the new mlm distributor prepared for the initial launch of their new MLM business.

 

There are many forms and kinds of checklists. I have seen many out in the industry, and all of them differed in some way.

 

It’s not the list itself that is important as the fact that there is a track to follow and a path that you can access as you get started in this business.

A list should contain 3 things:

 

1) Tasks that Set up the new distributor with the MLM company.

 

This part of the list should contain what is needed to get the new distributor in the computer and inventory ordered, and anything else your company requires you to so.

 

2) A list of what needs to be done to set up and engage the MLM business.

 

This can be as simple as a warm market list and a time to start calling the names.

 

3) Target Dates to accomplish the tasks in Network Marketing.

 

Make the dates have a sense of urgency but not intimidating to the new person…

 

And a list should always be “user friendly — easy to follow ad not complicated as this will expedite the new mlm distributor’s willingness to get it done quicker.

 

Here is checklist that will work for any new distributor and get them focused and on track for Network Marketing success:

 

 

Steps to MLM Success for a New MLM Distributor

 

 

1) Make sure all the paperwork is in and Product ordered.

3) Go over the New distributor Manual-Section by Section

6) Start the warm market and “Hello it’s Me” letter list (Memory Jogger)

7) Go through Fast Start Training (If applicable)

8) Role Play with new distributor approach and 3 way script

As you can see, the first part is to get the paperwork out of the way, and then you do what I call a “Kick Off Meeting”. This is a meeting that is set to train and officially “kick off” the business of the new mlm distributor.

 

 

INFERNO Secret:

 

Every new network marketing distributor needs an “Official Start” to their mlm business, and a Kick Off meeting accomplishes that. It is the starting point of where the new network marketing distributor starts working their business.

 

Follow the steps to the Kick off meeting and if there is a Fast Start training from your company, go over that with them. PassionFire has a Fast Start Training as well if your mlm company does not have one.

 

The tools are VERY important. Go over all the tools with the new mlm distributor, and make sure they have an understanding of them.

 

Role play with the new mlm distributor with 3 way calling. This is a MUST! It will help create confidence in them and also show them the power in the 3 way..

 

Then plan their first exposure meeting, usually in their home, or a luncheon, or just setting appointments with the new distributor to go see people.
