MLM Motivation.

Two very misunderstood concepts. The average network marketer today wants to keep their team motivated and FIRED UP! That is normal, as you always want them to be mentally and psychologically elevated for Success in Network Marketing.

But here is the challenge:

INFERNO Secret

You CANNOT motivate anyone to Success.

They must motivate themselves. We waste so much time, even a lot of mlm trainers that teach motivation, trying to get the team and people pumped, juiced, jammed, onFire and motivated. That may happen in the moment from the excitement, but it quickly fades.

Keeping your team motivated and ignited simply is not going to happen unless you follow the Rules of Reality in MLM Motivation. These rules are based in reality, not hype, and honesty, not empty enthusiasm.

Ok…what are the 5 Rules of Reality in Network Marketing Motivation?

1) You MUST INSPIRE, not just Motivate.

The greek definition for INSPIRE is “breath within.” This means that you must create within the person the “breath” of confidence and energy that they can connect to and embrace.

How?

Modeling.

You must be the role model and guide to show your mlm folks that you are worthy of following, and are a leader. Do what you ask them to do, and do it BIG. Show them that you believe in what you are saying, and you do it daily.

And through your actions and words, let them “breathe” into their hearts, and keep them inspired and wanting to follow you into a greater life of Success in MLM.

2) You MUST Praise, not just Promote.

Praise is the secret weapon to motivating people. Many times, we will promote the new folks who went up a pin level, and that is important. But praising someone for a valiant effort will motivate 10 times more.

Why?

People will always appreciate being appreciated for the effort, not just the result. Motivation must have a foundation of praise and recognition. If you have that foundation and praise and recognize your people for their efforts as well as results, you will find that there will be more pin levels to celebrate.

3) You MUST pour into them what has been ignored about them.

Most people never get much of any encouragement. That is our job in MLM. We must encourage those who not only need it, but all who are on your team. There is nothing more motivating than the right word at the right time. A word of belief, or a word of “I am there with you” can go a long way in keeping people onFIRE.

You must pour into your team Big Thinking, Big Belief, Big Vision, Big Future, Big Life. You must constantly say the 4 most powerful words in network marketing: “I believe in you.”

If you pour into the person what has been ignored most of their life, they will follow you wherever you go, for the rest of their life. They will become ‘addicted” to your encouragement and hope that they feel from you.

4) You MUST introduce new Success ideas and Bigger Possibilities into their heart.

New ideas that enlarge a person are worth their weight in gold in MLM. Have you ever seen someone get ignited when they had an “aha” moment? You need to become the “aha master” and continually introduce new Success and possibilities into their life. Most jobs and family cultures are limited and shrink most people’s dreams. Enlarge your teams’ dreams.

The Million Dollar question: WHY ARE YOU THINKING SO SMALL?

Ramp your team up with some Success ideas that will expand and enlarge their brains beyond where they have ever been! Suggest Success books to read and CDs to listen to, and take them to empowerment seminars. Get them around millionaires in your upline if you have any. Get them thinking HUGE.

5) You MUST give personal time and attention to those who deserve it.

Nothing motivates more than personal attention in Network Marketing. Focusing in on one person for a time, maybe over lunch or coffee, and pouring into them individually. Personal encouragement is a great way to give personal attention to folks.

Find out what is meaningful to them. Find out what they TRULY want in life, and listen to why. Discover what is important in life to them and why. Ask what they want to change more than anything about their life. Ask about family, kids, faith, hobbies, interests, etc.

Find out WHO THEY ARE.

Discover what trips their trigger, and get them so excited that they would be 24/7 to get it. That is giving someone personal time and attention. It is worth it’s weight in gold.

You cannot motivate anyone. But you can inspire and pour into them so they will motivate themselves to create an MLM business that could make them wealthy.

Now THAT is true motivation in MLM and Network Marketing!

IN MLM, starting a conversation with anyone about Network Marketing is so easy, but yet we seem to make it difficult. We seem to hesitate and wonder what to say or do, and we often miss the chance to talk about our business to people who truly would be opne to moving their life into a larger place.

Why does this happen?

Many times, it is a fear because of a lack of knowledge, or experience approaching people. Talking to people about your business starts with talking to people about anything but your business. Talk about their business and employment. Be interested in THEM, not you. And approaching people with a GREAT INTENTION is the secret.

INFERNO Secret:

Approach people that you do not know for only one reason: To see which category they fit into.

You see, in this world, there are only 2 types of folks:

People you CAN help, and people you CANNOT help.

And if someone that you are chatting with is totally satisfied with where they are in life, then odds are, they are someone who you really cannot help with your Network Marketing business. They may be too entrenched to be open to something new.

There is one trait that MUST be present to help someone with their future and life:

DISSATISFACTION.

And you can listen to someone and tell if they have that trait in their life and career.

They must be dissatisfied about something in their life. It could be unhappy with their career, job, income, future, boss, lack of recognition in the workplace, etc. You need to LISTEN to their words and see where they are and listen for words like, “never,” “it’s a job,” “dread,” “it’s a living,” “change,” etc.

To approach someone is so easy, if you simply approach them with one thing in mind– seeing where they fall in the 2 categories of life. Someone that is totally happy and does not want to enlarge their life and lifestyle, or someone whose timing is good, and is ready to enlarge their life and lifestyle.

Here are 5 HOT ways to open up a conversation with someone that you happen to be in an elevator with, standing in line with, or just happen to be within proximity of a conversation:

1) “What do you do for a living?”

This question simply engages the person with a non threatening question to open up the conversation.

2) “That sounds interesting. How long have you been doing it?”

This question starts to uncover where they are in years, and you can tell how they answer it if they are proud of working in that profession or tired of it.

3) “What’s the name of the company you work for?”

This is a question that will determine where they are employed, and you can tell by their answer if they are truly excited about being there, or not. Someone who says, “I work for ABC company. They are so good to me!” or “They are a great company” THAT is a person who likes where they work. If they say, “I work for ABC company downtown and have been there for 12 years,” their focus is different here. It sounds like a prison term.

4) “Tell me about it. Do you enjoy what you do?”

This question will simply uncover if there is any hint of dissatisfaction in their career or employment. If they answer, “YES! I love what I do!” they probably are happy with their job. If they say, “It’s a living,” or “It’s a job,” or “It puts food on the table,” odds are they are not totally happy with what they do. Both answers though carry potential for Network Marketing.

Why?

One is totally happy with what they do, and the other is not. The first answer shows a potential great personality, and could be a potential positive asset to any company. The other answer shows some dissatisfaction, and may be looking for something better.

5a) “Just curious, are you keeping your income options open or know anyone who is where you work?”

This question simply sees if they are open to more money. Many times they will ask, “What do you mean?” I always answered “There is a company that I know that is looking for some talent. They are looking for people who are looking for more in life and to do better financially. I am not sure if it would be a fit here, but judging from our conversation, I believe it would be worth 15 minutes of your time. Gotta card or contact number?”

or..

5b) “Do you know anyone where you work that is unhappy with their job? I know of a company that is looking for some talent and would love to talk to them.”

That’s it. That simple. That brief. I held this conversation with people thousands of times,and sold a lot of product, and recruited a lot of folks. How does it work? iI simply is conversation which puts people at ease.

If this business of MLM could be boiled down to one word, it would be CONVERSATION. And that is all it is. A simple, friendly, non threatening conversation that can be held with anyone, anywhere.

That is one of the many ways that you talk to folks you do not know about MLM and Network Marketing.

What can you do to accelerate your mlm business during the Holiday season and get it going during what most folks perceive as the “slow down time” of the year for network marketing?

First off, get this:

INFERNO Secret:

REFUSE to participate this year in the slow down that most network marketers fall prey to. You do not have to, as we never did, and neither should you.

Here is a list of the top 10 things you can do for MLM Recruiting Success during the holidays:

1) Fruit baskets.

You can get inexpensive fruit baskets, and put your samples or coupons in, and decorate it in the colors of your network marketing company. Include an audio or dvd, and also an invite to a seminar that they can attend at not cost.

2) Holiday audio cards.

Send out with your Christmas cards a CD you recorded especially for that person, and wish them happy holidays, and then tell them you would love to chat with them the first of the year, as you want to give them the gift of success. This is a great way to introduce the concept of network marketing success to folks.

3) Hold a Holiday Customer appreciation luncheon or reception.

You can do this at your home. Simply invite your best mlm customers to a holiday appreciation event, and make them the superstars of it. Have small gifts for them, and let them know how much you appreciate their business, and then ask them the first of the year for 2 referrals. You will get them from every single person who was at that event.

4) Holiday Upline Open House.

If you have an organization, you should either open your house, or someone whoi has a sizeable home, and invite your mlm distributors to an open House. Have them bring guests, and have a party that celebrates the holidays, but is sponsored by your company. Let it be a fun social with music and slot machines online games, and then connect with the guest to follow up with in January.

5) Miniature Christmas Tree gift.

Get some small, miniature Christmas trees (usually at a dept store) that can sit on a table, and then attach product samples and your card to it, and then take it to your local bank as a gift, your CPA, your dentist, doctor, real estate agent, and whoever else you know that has an office. Have free coupons on the small tree to try your service or product, and have some fun visiting your friends.

6) Mall blitz.

Go to a mall on saturday, and see how many people you can start a conversation with, and then give them a card or CD. Talk th them about their kids, what they are doing for Christmas, the weather, the crowds, etc. See if you can collect 10 names, and do it in teams. The team that collects the most names, the other teams, have to buy them lunch or dinner.

7) Neighborhood Holiday mailer.

Go to the library, and look in the cross reference index for your address. You will notice there are a ton more in that index that are in your neighborhood. Make a copy of the addresses, as they are your neighbors, and then send them a Christmas card introducing yourself as the ABC neighborhood rep, and wish them a Merry Chrismas and Happy new year. Then follow up in January and see if you can set an appointment to chat with them about your products. Telephone numbers are inlcuded on the cross index reference guides found in your library. You are their neighbor, and that gives you some instant conection with them.

8) Give away “As a man Thinketh” books by James Allen.

You can get this paperback book very inexpensively, and give out to prospects, and you truly are giving the “gift of success.” This little book changed my life, and millions of others. You can also find free ebooks online that folks can download. This is a great gift to give folks that you meet, as it truly is an eye opening book, and will be appreciated, and you will be remembered.

9) Visit Community Holiday Functions.

CONNECT! CONNECT! CONNECT! You need to connect to new prospects during the holidays, and community functionsd are a great way to do this. Get out and become a “holiday networking machine.” Network and meet people and make new friends and give away something to them as a holiday gift. Make sure every person you talk to has a gift and your card, and you have some form of contact info as well. There are a TON of folks at community event- BE THERE. Check your sunday newspaper for where these events are.

10) The Holiday Success Card.

Send people you know, and also prospects a seasonal card, and include within it an article about success, goal setting, leadership, time management, or any other success oriented topic. This not only will set you apart, but also will set you above, as Success is a gift rarely given, and people love these types of reading to improve next year.

These are just a few of the many ways that you can rock your mlm business during the holidays. Pick one, and start with that.

You will be glad you did, and suprised at what might happen in your MLM and Network marketing business.

Happy New year.

You will hear that many times over the next few weeks, and it is a sign that new beginnings are at hand, and many people are looking at improving their lives and doing better in the coming year by enlarging their MLM business and paycheck in Network Marketing.

Are you planning on doing that?

Here is a better question:

Are you GOING TO DO THAT?

This year, you will need to be honest with yourself, and do what we always did. We called it a “Success Audit.” This is a New Years exercise that proved to be very valuable in our MLM Network Marketing business.

When you are building a home based business, you need to understand where you were last year, and where you are going this year?

We developed some Success questions that helped keep our focus where it needed to be, and continue our growth and development of our MLM business and ourselves.

Here are the questions, and I would encourage you to look at them, and answer them honestly. These may reveal to you what you need to work on in the coming year, and what to repeat as that worked well last year.

1) What was your greatest strength last year in your MLM business? Why?

This could be your greatest skill, what you found most effective. It could be talking to people, leadership, hosting events, doing conference calls, etc. What in your opinion was the strongest part of your network marketing business in the next 12 months?

2) What was your greatest weakness last year in your Network marketing business? Why?

This could be the one thing that did not work so well, and you have to work on it. What do you feel was the biggest weakness in your business last year? Identify this, and then go to work on improving it. You will be glad you did.

3) What one skill set did you improve the most in the past year?

This is what you truly worked on and became better at in past year. It may be leadership, training, recruiting, doing presentations, or many other things. It could also be being consistent, being disciplined, etc. This is worth celebrating, as you moved forward in personal development and Success in the coming year.

4) Over the next year, what is the one thing you are going to focus on and improve about your MLM home based business?

This is your “Success Priority.”

This is the ONE THING in the coming year that will improve and enlarge your network Marketing business more than anything. What is the NUMBER ONE priority that MUST be improved in your business? More downline activity? Better leadership? Better Communication? Better Training? More people talked to on a daily basis? The list could be long, but for you, it is only one thing. What would that be?

Think… what would that one thing be?

5) What is the ONE THING that you are going to improve and enlarge about yourself in the next year?

This is a BIGGIE! You need to set Personal Development goals for your future, and you must identify the one goal for self development that you need to work on. It could be simply that you will take 15 minutes a day and read or listen to Success materials that will build you and help enlarge who you are on the inside. We all need to do that! It could be getting a planner and keeping yourself organized and motivated. It could simply to talk to more successful people over the next 12 months and learn from them.

6) Did you and your group talk to enough people in the last 12 months? Did you hit your goal as far as new contacts?

Better yet, did you set a goal for new contacts? You need to set a daily goal for new contacts for everyone, and it should be a MINIMUM of 2 new contacts a day. This will give you at least a flow of new people that are looking at your products or MLM business. Your New Contacts goal is KEY to new growth in the coming months.

7) What is Your Volume Increase Goal for the next 12 Months?

This is a MUST. If you do not have a growth goal for volume, personal and team, then how can you hit it? You need to set a goal for at least 8% growth a month. If you do, you will double your network marketing business over the next year! Will that excite you? We did that for 7 years in a row! It was planned, and executed with discipline and focus.

There are three Major areas that we all need to focus on over the next 12 months for better and bigger results in the future:

INPUT.

What goes into your mind on a daily basis, comes out into your life on an hourly basis. What kind of INPUT will be dominating your mind and thinking in the next year? What will be influencing it? Who will be influencing it? Why will you allow that to happen in your MLM Home Based business?

OUTPUT.

What is going to determine your OUTPUT this year? Is it going to be what dominated it last year, or is it going to be different actions and thinking? Is it going to be bigger goals and targets, or are you going to fly by the seat of your pants as many network marketers do? Planned activity accelerates Success. Will you allow that for the next 12 months?

NO PUT.

What are you going to do with the NO’s that you get over the next 12 months and where are you going to out them? In your heart, or in the garbage? Most people are affected by them, and they become an anchor on the spirit and emotions. You need to put the No’s where they belong- in the delete files in your mind.

INFERNO Secret:

No’s are simply stepping stones to YES for your network marketing business.

Put the No’s down, and keep searching for the Yeses.

Success is NOT built on the word YES in Network Marketing, but the word NO. No will GROW YOU, ENLARGE YOU.

INFERNO Secret:

Over the Next 12 Months, You MUST GROW PAST THE NO!

If you do, then the Yeses you will get will EXPLODE in your MLM and Network Marketing business.

It’s the holidays and everyone is wishing each other a Merry Christmas and Happy New year!

 

And I bet you are going to be sending out holiday cards this year to your friends, family, and the like. We all do it during this time of the year, and especially if you are in Network Marketing, as that is natural networking.

 

That is pure MLM Success.

Suppose this year, you got something a little different in the mail, and it was a CD or tape. And on this CD was simply written, “Listen to this- 2 minutes for you.”

 

Would you be a little curious?

 

 

Would you be a little desiring to hear what is on this audio?

 

 

Of course you would, and anyone else would as well. It is natural when something happens out of the ordinary, to want to look at or listen to something. Especially in network Marketing.

 

 

It creates IMPACT, and you will remember whoever sent you that CD for the holidays. And all you did was listen to it, and FEEL the emotion behind the voice. The impact that would have on you, would be dramatic and amazing.

 

 

Imagine if you did that to your mlm prospects, leaders, family, and friends. All you did was send them an audio holiday card on a tape or CD and wished them personally a happy new year, and a Merry Christmas. Think that would impact them and talk to you about it the next time they saw you?

 

 

INFERNO Secret:

 

 

It sets you ABOVE the crowd, and in the hearts of all who received your holiday MLM audio card.

 

 

You send them to:

 

Friends.

Family.

Peers.

Prospects.

Anyone that you know and care about.

It truly is that simple, and if you send it to a prospect:

 

 

“Hey Judy! I just wanted to take the time to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year! And I truly enjoyed our time together recently and appreciate it so much! The reason why I sent you this CD was I wanted you to hear my voice wish you a happy holiday season, and know that I was simply thinking about the new year and all the potential it holds. You are an awesome person, and will succeed in anything you do!”

 

IMPACT. That is what the holiday MLM audio will do.. It will create an impact that will be remembered for a long time.

 

 

And if you send this out to your friends and family, don’t be surprised if you ask them for help for your business, they give it to you. Even tape the CD or cassette tape to the Christmas packages and as they open them, they will find it, and feel special about receiving it.

And there is nothing that has more impact then the human voice in MLM and Network Marketing.

In network Marketing, with the Holiday Season approaching, there are so many chances to start a conversation with someone and recruit them for the Holidays. But it has to be done right! Many times you can have a great chance to communicate about your mlm business during the holidays, and blow it.

What We have found to be incredibly effective during the Holidays, among many others, is what we call the“Personal Year-End Holiday Letter”.

It is a great way to get folks feeling warm and fuzzy, tell them about the past year, and introduce subtley your business. This letter is a great mlm recruiting/prospecting tool that can yield great results. And many people enjoy reading them.

I get at least 10 of these during the holidays.

Why would you want to send this type of letter?

Simple.

EMOTION.

It gets people emotional hearing about what happened to your life and how your year was. It is a personal opening to what you thought of the past year, and what you did. You can even offer opinions about things if you wish.

How do you create a Holiday Letter?

1) What you do, is get some Christmas Stationary(any supply store has it).

2) Write in a very conversational tone, what this year has meant to you, talk about vacations, fun things, the family and how each are doing,and how next year looks to be a great year.

3) In the letter, somewher near the end, simply put… “And my company I run out of my home has had some real solid growth, and it looks like next year will be another great year. Things are going so well. I am so thankful. I need some help! “

4) And move forward with other subjects such as books read, TV shows you enjoyed, movies seen, etc.

After the first of the year, send them all a nice thank you letter about all the support and kind words of encouragement. And write “Fyi, here is what my home based business is about as some folks wanted to know. Let’s chat sometime. I could use your support and help in locating some talent!”

And you have positioned yourself for a first of the year explosion in Network Marketing sales or recruits(depends on your focus.)

Folks remember unique things, and the Year End Letter is not only remembered, but kept a lot of times. Include a photo, or article about something of interest pertaining to the Holidays.

And Guess what?

There is also a ” Halfway through the Year Letter!” Set yourself apart, and do things differently than the norm. Take a step up, not forward. Engage what others do not, and get the results others pray for.

You are a network marketer. Refuse to be average, think average, and doing what the average do.

This is just one of a dozen things you can do to Explode your Recruiting during the Holidays, as we did them for years. And we always did business during the holidays in MLM and Network Marketing.

Sometimes, in MLM and network marketing, it sees when you say those words, network marketers shut down. They simply think that they will start again January 1, and kick it into gear. Network Marketing during the holidays does not exist, and they slow down to a crawl.

Who in the world sold you on that?

That is simply a dumb thing to do.

Yes, during the holidays, people are busy, and people are going places, shopping, and do not want to think about a home based business many times.

But it’s because of the focus of ther networker. Many mlm distributors do not know how to work this business and hold conversations during the holiays. Your focus must be different than any other time of the year.

It takes a little finesse.

And you still have many things going for you that will work totally in your favor,and help kick your mlm business into gear the first of the year.

What 2 things are working in your favor during the holidays that makes it easy to create success in your Network marketing business?

1) People are in the Holiday Emotion.

Many folks are in the emotion of sentimental memories. They are remembering past Holdays and their favorite Christmas. They are thinking about the smell of pie and turkey. They are remembering their childhood. They are thinking of parents long past. And many are thinking about the Birth of Christ.

How can you move people to a real powerful emotion that draws them to you?

Ask this:

“What is your favorite holiday memory? Tell me about it.”

People really will think about this, and then will give you their answer. And many times they get excited just thinking about it.

Why would you ask them this?

To open them up, and let the emotion of the Holidays flow, and draw them towards you. This simply will create an opening to talk to them after the first of the year.

“I would love to chat with you the first of the year. I could really use some help on something.”

This simply will open the door to ask for their help in locating some talent for your business or customers that can benefit form your products.

2) People are in the Holiday Focus.

People are focused on many things during this time of the year. One focus is CHANGE.

People are looking to change things more than any other time of the year.

People are focused on EXPECTATION.

They are expecting and anticipating a great holiday season, and also a better new year. Talk to them about the change you can offer in their life. But set a time that is convenient for them.

People are focused on SHOPPING.

There is no better place to meet people than Holiday shopping.

Talk to them about their children.
Compliment their children.
Ask them about their plans for the holidays.
Ask if you can help someone who is struggling with bags of gifts.
Talk to people about the crowds in the malls.
Talk to people about the prices of goods today.
Ask people for their opinion on something you are thinking about buying
.

Shopping is a great way for men and women to meet folks who are out and about. Especially in toy stores and books stores. These are great places to meet folks who have kids, and are readers. Readers and parents are great MLM prospects.

And retail clerks who are tired and harried are great prospects to talk to about changing things in 2006.

“Is next year going to be like this year for you working in this retail zoo? Do the crowds get to you sometimes? Here is my card. You deserve better than this. You have an incredible personality. Would love to chat sometime about getting you out of here.”

MLM Success during the holidays is easy and quite fun, if you let it be. But you must keep your “radar” on to talk to folks and to help anyone who looks like they could need a hand.

“May I give you a hand with that? Here let me help. My name is doug, what’s yours?”

The holiday season is a great time for CONNECTION.

Connect with new people to make new friends and to hold new conversations about the future and 2006.

What a way to start the new year- with 12 new friends that want to help you in your MLM and Network Marketing business!

Network Marketing during the holidays has always been a little tough, unless you are Network Nick and have a Network Nick mind set! Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to all in the MLM Network Marketing Industry!

Twas the night before Christmas, all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring, except me clicking my mouse,
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care
With all my mlm applications to be sent laying there..

The children were all nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of mlm millions danced in my head,
and mamma and her kercheif and I in my “never quit” cap
had just settled down for a long winter’s nap.

When out on the lawn there rose such a clatter,
I sprang from my magnet mattress to see what’s the matter
Away to the window i flew like a flash,
Stumbled over my mlm new dealer kit and threw up the sash

The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow,
gave a diamond bright quality to the objects below
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear
but a miniature sleigh and and a downline of reindeer

With a little ol driver so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment in must be Network Nick…
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
and he motivated them like crazy calling them by name

Now Dasher, Now Dancer, Now prancer, now Vixen,
On Comet, and Cupid, Start 30 day blitzing!
To the top of the pay plan! To the top of it all!
now dash away dash away! dash away all!

As dry leaves that before a wild hurricane fly,
when they meet with an obstacle it increases the drive,
So up to the house top the coursers they flew,
with the sleigh full of product, and Network Nick too!

And then in a twinkling I heard on the roof,
Recruit Recruit Recruit! and the sound of each hoof
As I drew in my hand, was turning around,
down the chimney Nework Nick came with a bound

He was dressed all in fur, like all the mlm diamonds do,
and his suit was Versace,with boots brand new,
A bundle of products and apps on his back,
and he looked at me as he opened his sack…

His eyes how they twinkled as if he took out his apps,
His cheeks were like rubies his lips how they flapped
His droll little mouth was speaking of MLM,
and the beard he had looked distinguished on him..

The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
as he took out a board and started talking to me,
Circles,and more Circles he drew as he was telling,
and when he laughed he shook like a bowl full of jelly.

He wanted me to join santaclause.com,
and be one of his frontline, to be number one.
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
soon I was signing my name in red.

He spoke not a word, for he knew how it worked,
and when I signed the application away it was jerked
and laying his finger aside of his nose,
he gave me my dealer kit, and up the chimney he rose

He sprang to his sleigh to his downline gave a shout
and away they all flew for another prospects house,
But I heard him exclaim as he drove out of site…
Duplicate Duplicate! Morning-noon- and night!!!

MLM and Network Marketing Recruiting.

Many times that word send such a chill down our backs. The reason is, is that Recruiting truly is misused in our industry, and many times lacking the “right stuff” when we engage it.

INFERNO Secret:

We all have a tendency to look at things how we see it, and not as they are.

And doing so, this creates a challenge with many mlm distributors, as the “right stuff” needs to be focused on, instead of how we feel about and view recruiting. And if a person has the “right stuff”, they will find that their recruiting will be 10 times more powerful and lucrative, and successful in MLM and Network Marketing.

We enroll in MLM companies, and expect us to go to the top many times with the WRONG stuff when talking to people about our business. We often focus on the wrong things, talk about the wrong things, present the wrong things, and thus create the wrong results for our efforts.

Has this ever happened to you:

Have you ever felt like an appointment was a total waste of time?

The “right stuff” is needed to make sure that you are on target and on track with what you are presenting and talking about. Nothing worse than a train headed fast down the wrong track. It is going and in motion, but yet, it is still headed in the wrong direction.

Many folks are like this in Network Marketing. They are blazing down the wrong track. A track of limited and contained possibilites. A track of doubt and worry. And a track of negative expectations that can derail any Success Train in MLM.

The RIGHT STUFF in MLM Recruiting.

Ok…what is the “RIGHT STUFF?”

The word RIGHT stands for “Recruiting Is Giving (and) Helping (and) Touching.

First, MLM Recruiting is about GIVING to the prospect what they need to transform their life and future. Give HOPE. Give FAITH. Give a REASON. Give POSSIBILITIES. GIVE to the prospect so they can feel that they have not been taken from, as so many do.

“You have so much potential inside of you, and I would love to be able to help explode that in your life!” Give and pour into the prospect a power of Success and Achievement.

Network Marketing Recruiting is about HELPING. Help the prospect find the solution to their challenge and HELP them ENLARGE their life, future and destiny. HELP the prospect see what is TRULY possible, not what they think is possible. And HELP them with the HOPE of an incredible life, not a mediocre one. paint a vivid picture with your words, and HELP them see a new future.

“I wish you could see you through my eyes. It would stun you. You have so much potential to Succeed, it is almost scary.” Help them see the REAL peron that lies within.

MLM Recruiting is also TOUCHING. Touching their heart with Caring and kindness. Touching their minds with pictures that can become real life, with a real ending, and a real Success. Touching their emotions with the Joy of knowing that their life will never be the same after this conversation. They will TOUCH a realm of living that they never thought possible with you and Network marketing.

“How would it feel to know that you would never have to worry about money again?” Now THAT would be Joy to many! and it is POSSIBLE!

Ok…now let’s take a look at STUFF:

STUFF stands for “Success That Unveils (a) Focused Force!”

If you get it “RIGHT,” in your recruiting presentation, then your mlm recruiting will contain a Success connection that will Unveil and reveal to every mlm prospect a Focused Force of Power within them. This Foucused Force of power will ignite and empower and help take the prospect to a whole new realm of possibility of Success and Lifestyle that they once only dreamed of for their life and future.

Now it becomes REAL and POSSIBLE with the RIGHT STUFF.

MLM Advice from NON MLM People.

In our life growing up, we were taught a lesson that was very good advice for children. “Don’t talk to strangers!” That is great advice and wise counsel for kids in today’s world. I even taught my daughter that when she was a toddler. And I will admit, it was a concern of mine with all the meaness and trouble in the world today.

“Don’t talk to strangers!” is still good advice for network marketers as well, if you want to remain a baby in the mlm industry. People will tell you that you are not to talk to strangers as they will reject you.

God forbid.

There are many different philosophies in the MLM industry today, and many are good and some are not so good. You need to fin what works for you. But the one thing that will not change is the Truth, and all that comes with it. The Truth is, talking to strangers can be one of the best things you could do for your business. Anyone who tells you different does not understand what it takes to Succeed in this mlm business.

I have always taught one thing about people that you do not know, better known as the Cold market:

Strangers are simply friends that you have not met yet. Period.

The benefits to talking to people you do not know are enormous, unless someone is trying to sell you the latest and greatest tape of the month CD, website, or DVD telling you not to. Nothing wrong with that. There are some great trainers out there. But you have to ask, what are their intentions… to guide you to Success or something else?

What are those benefits?

1) Talking to Strangers Forces You to Grow.

Personal development is everything in life, and network marketing. It is what keeps your check growing, and your Success growing. And it is what guarantees you not being the same person you are this year, next year. Your income will always grow as you do. Yes, talking to people you do not know to sell them something or recruit them may be a little uncomfortable, but don’t talk to them for that reason.

Talk to them to see simply get to know them as a friend, as you do not know evn if MLM will be for them or not. It may not be! But what have you lost by talking to them? Nothing. And you could gain a new friend that could help you find someone who MLM is for.

Talking to strangers grows you on the inside, and helps build within you better people skills and communication skills in network marketing. It grows your leadership, and also your recruiting skills. And most importantly, it grows you to a new level of confidence and knowing you can Succeed in this business.

2) Talking to Strangers Extends Your Reach.

The single most valuable prospecting reason to talk to people you have never met is that it EXTENDS YOUR REACH in the marketplace.

There are about 270 million people in the US alone, and most people today, if you are 25 years or older, know about 1000 folks.

So what that says to the network marketer, is that there are about 249,999,000 people to go for you to talk to. You reach in the marketplace needs to be extended daily. THAT IS PART OF ANY BUSINESS PLAN. It is part of network marketing. And here is the great news…

Everybody that you do not know, knows a person that could EXPLODE your mlm business! What is wrong with finding them?

3) Talking to Strangers develops new Relationships.

The secret to Successful leadership in network marketing is RELATIONSHIPS. And some of the multi million dollar producers in our group were people we did not know, but did meet, and they went on to become some of my greatest friends and still are today. One “stranger” I met by accident ended up producing 10 million in volume. And it became and still is a great relationship as well as friendship. If I had not been blessed to meet him and talk to him, because I did not know him, my life would have not been enriched like it has been from knowing him.

If you are looking to develop new relationships that will last a lifetime, many folks that you will meet over the course of your career will be those people.

4) Talking to Strangers is a myth. There are no strangers. It depends on your perspective.

I do not look at people I do not know as “strange.” They simply are friends that I have not connected with. Are they interested in the things that I am? Who knows? Many will not be.

But if you truly understand the driving force behind MLM, you will never meet a stranger. Only people who are after something from someone with their own selfish agenda meets strangers. People who are in the life changing business and are what we call “Transformation Specialists,”(TM) are interested in people that they can help, not be concerned that they do know them.

My advice is simply this:

If you want to remain a baby in this MLM business, then don’t talk to strangers. SIMPLE AND PLAIN.

But if you desire to grow beyond the average, succeed beyond the average, get paid beyond the average, lead beyond the average, communicate beyond the average, make a difference beyond the average, and have a lifestyle beyond the average, then TALK TO STRANGERS.

It’s your call. But speaking from experience, if you don’t talk to strangers, you will end up limiting and restricting your Success massively in MLM and Network Marketing.
