Jesus understood about rising again successfully after something being destroyed.

Do you?

Many times when we make the decision to create a Holy Success in our MLM Success life through the Spirit, many well meaning people will come against you. They will destroy your excitment, focus, belief, and actions to succeed in Network Marketing.

They will try to put you down, and leave you in the dirt of deception. They will try to firehose your Christian success with the water of won’t happen, and it’s a waste of time. They will try to bury you in grave of groans and excuses, and leave you staggering on your feet.

They did Christ, but He understood His Success Power to Rise.

Do you understand your Success Power to rise again- through the Holy Spirit in Network Marketing?

Jesus has an incomprehensible way to touch you, help you up, dust you off, then tell you that you will rise again in your life, no matter what has happened. It is Supernatural, and can overcome anything the world will throw your way.

God can overcome anything, including:

Bankruptcy.

Divorce.

Business Failure.

Children Failure.

Financial Pressures.

Life Pressures.

And all of these can take you out, and shove you down, and leave you lying in the dirt of doubt, and the mud of misery.

Then You hear His Voice: “Be not afraid…for I will help you rise again.”

He has a history of rising, and He has His Hand out, waiting for you to take It.

No matter what has happened in your life, and your MLM Success Journey, you can rise to a level of massive Success again!

What is the first thing that I need to do to start moving towards this goal? Then take that step with God by your side. It will rock your world as a believer, and please God as well as your actions demonstate FAITH. And it will increase His Working in your life too!

And also enlarge your Success as a believer and Christian Network Marketer.

If it’s not plugged in, it won’t work. Are you plugged into God’s Word? Do you read a part of it daily?

Have you ever made New Year’s resolutions and they did not make it past January? (Don’t Lie!) Ever tell someone that you were going to make this the year that you changed your life, and then come January 20th, you have fallen back into the same life pattern that you have been struggling with and it steal your Success?

Ever made a Success resolution to work out every week? You “decided” that you were going to get up and work out, and finally get that body you have always wanted? You were telling everyone that this was the year, and this was the time that they were going to see a new you and you were going to create Success doing it!

Uh huh. I have been there. And I ended up looking quite foolish, until I decided just to start it, and not worry about talking about it. Then you will start to see some changes in your physique!

How about to lose weight?

Ever talk to folks and tell them that you were going to lose the weight you want this year, and you were going to become a lean, mean, weight losing machine? And then after 30 days, you were back eating twinkies?

Yep. Got that one.

Here’s one — to quit smoking! I know so many folks that have promised themselves that they were going to quit smoking! This is the year! I will be smoke free!

Good idea!

Success Intentions.

Most of the New year’s resolutions are made with the best intentions, but most fail miserably. They really never get out of the starting blocks to obtain Success. All the words were nice, but there was no real sustained effort in the change process for Success.

Why?

Simple.

Lack of proper focus in the word itself.

Actually, the word resolution has a very different meaning if you look at the word itself.

To me, it carries a little different meaning, if you use a little different perspective and view of the word. Many times, changing how you view something is the “shift” that you need to create Success with something.

I like the word “Re-Solution.”

In other words, if you make a resolution to change something, you are actually “re-solutioning” it with a different solution. Most people don’t do that. They are trying to use the same old solution to a problem that did not work before.

“Re” means to repeat. So you are repeating the attempt, to create a new success solution, to solve an old problem .

Simple.

But doesn’t work. If it did, you would not have to be attempting the same new year’s resolution as last year, and the year before.

THE Success Solution.

Here’s an idea:

Don’t make a resolution, but a REAL Solution!

And if you make a REAL Solution, that will cause a DISSOLUTION to your problem.

(Dissolves that challenge!)

Ok. How? Simple.

1) What is it you want to change? Write it down.

2) How bad to you want to change it? (Deciding factor!)

3) How will that improve your life? (List them..)

4) What is the very first thing you need to do to start the change process? Do it.

5) What’s the second? Do it.

6) What’ s the third? Do it.

7) What’s after that? Continue to do it till done..

Now, you are making a REAL solution to your life, not some wimpy, whiny, weak, wasted, willowy, wishy- washy, won’t work, waste of time, woe is me, featherweight promise you know you won’t keep!

If you look at the word “resolution” for what it really is, and change your mindset to a “REAL solution”..

You can change your whole life in a day, as well as the Achievement and Success in your life.

Ants.

Have you ever watched them? They can be amazing to watch. They are truly one of God’s most incredible creations. They are so focused and determined.

And Success oriented.

FIRE Ants.

Down here in Texas, there what are called “Fire Ants”, and boy do they stay busy!

I was watching them recently outside when at our Dallas fulfillment center, and I observed some cool things about them in regards to Success and Achievement.

They have no chief or ruler, except a queen ant, and yet they successfully gathers food in the summer, and gathers supplies in the harvest in a highly orchestrated and organized manner.

I watched one ant in particular, and it was totally trying to go beyond where it was, but it was having a hard time doing it…

It tried to go through it.

It tried to go over it.

It tried to go around it.

It tried to go under it.

It tried to go anywhere it could to get around it, but no way.

Then…

It seemed that God Himself gave the ant a hand, and the ant, by some amazing strength surge, picked up the object, and moved it out of the way. The object had to be 4 times the weight of the ant.

And then without skipping a beat, kept on towards it’s Success destination.

Now here is a great question:

If the ant has exhausted all of it’s options on the road it is traveling, and God has provided it with strength enough to MOVE something that it cannot possibly get around…

Cannot He do the same for us in our Success Journey?

You know what the word “ANT” stands for?

“A New Thought”.

Think about that! The Power of A New Thought!

And that is what we need to do, is create a New Thought about what God can do in your Success Journey.

A New Thought about you.

A New Thought about your potential.

A New Thought about your Success.

A New Thought about what God can do through you.

A New Thought about the Supernatural Power within you.

A New Thought about what is REALLY possible.

A New Thought about your thinking!

Ants stay busy…and THEY REFUSE TO EVER GIVE UP!

Cannot we all learn something from the ant? Even he knows to access the Holy Power of his Creator when he gets stuck in a place that is stopping his Success destination.

The word failure turns most people’s stomach.

Does it yours?

It is an image that most do not want to have, nor even get close to. If you want to really see who your friends are, massively fail at something.

You’ll find out.

Most people’s paradigm of failure is a loser, and someone who “just can’t cut the mustard”.

Most people view failure as a disease and something to totally stay away from.

Most folks think of failure as for the weak, and for the “giving up crowd.”

Dumb.

Stupid.

Wrong.

Foolish.

Failure is the ONLY WAY you will ever become successful, because it is the setbacks and adversities in your life that create the person inside of you that ATTRACTS Success.

You need to become SUCCESS MAGNETIC.

You don’t Persue Success.

It Persues You.

You don’t Become Successful.

Success Becomes You.

You don’t Create Success.

It Creates You, through the storms, setbacks, and failures that all are a part of the Success Formula.

Who are you to think that Failure is for Losers?

Who am I to say that Failure attracts Losers?

With one sentence I can radically change your paradigm of failure and you will never view it the same.

And it will allow you to tap into the Incredible Success Power that remains hidden within the word.

It’s our fault we are not successful as Christians.

Not God’s.

Christ Himself gave us the key to Success by simply using the word ASK.

But yet, we have a tendency to ask of others, the world, our friends, our family, our work associates, our neighbors, and ourselves, before we ever ask God.

It’s called “Living Horizontally.”

The first thing we do, is look around us to see who we can ask, what we can do, who we know, and where we need to go to find what we desire.

We need to “Go Vertical” and ask God what He can do, and who He knows, first and foremost. This one Christian Success Secret can revolutionize your Success.

We all struggle with living Horizontally, as it is part of being all too human.

But why not ask?

Ask God for the Success that you desire, and ask of His Holy Help, and His Holy Touch. His Spirit is our Helper, and He can help us succeed Supernaturally, and in Ways we cannot imagine.

Godly Success Nugget:

God can do more for your Success in one Divine Breath, than you can in a lifetime of 24/7 effort.

Is your Success Journey on life support? Is it struggling simply to survive? Is it on it’s last breath? Are you supporting it with your life and efforts, but not God’s?

Your Success should be on God’s Life Support System, and let Him breathe His Life into your Achievement, and the Holy Spirit support you, as only He can. God’s Success Power is Unimaginable, Immeasurable, and Undeniable. And it is there for our Asking.

Ask Him to breathe His Power and Touch on your Success efforts and put some new life in your daily Christian Success walk. His Success then becomes your Success.

I ask you right now to move in a powerful way in my life today. Open the doors that only You can open. Open the conversations that only You can open. Open the minds of people that only You can open. Doesn’t matter if you do not have all the education, training, tools or Success manuals.

Doesn’t matter if timing isn’t perfect.

Doesn’t matter if you are not in the perfect place to do what your heart burns for, and has dream for, whether massive success, or massive lifestyle.

Start. Now.

The least known people in the world who got started years ago, now are millionaires/billionaires.

Steve Jobs.

He started Apple Computer — totally underfunded, understaffed, misunderstood.

But he got underway.

He Started.

Bill Gates.

He started. Well, you know, that Seattle company. He started in a dorm room, with no money, and only one gear:

OverDrive. And his drive is what got him over the tough spots.

He Started.

Michael Jordan.He started. And was stopped several times, but he kept starting over, and over. And well, you know. He did pretty good.

Boy did He Start!

On the the other piece, write all the reasons you MUST do this and succeed.

MLM Motivation.

Two very misunderstood concepts. The average network marketer today wants to keep their team motivated and FIRED UP! That is normal, as you always want them to be mentally and psychologically elevated for Success in Network Marketing.

But here is the challenge:

INFERNO Secret

You CANNOT motivate anyone to Success.

They must motivate themselves. We waste so much time, even a lot of mlm trainers that teach motivation, trying to get the team and people pumped, juiced, jammed, onFire and motivated. That may happen in the moment from the excitement, but it quickly fades.

Keeping your team motivated and ignited simply is not going to happen unless you follow the Rules of Reality in MLM Motivation. These rules are based in reality, not hype, and honesty, not empty enthusiasm.

Ok…what are the 5 Rules of Reality in Network Marketing Motivation?

1) You MUST INSPIRE, not just Motivate.

The greek definition for INSPIRE is “breath within.” This means that you must create within the person the “breath” of confidence and energy that they can connect to and embrace.

How?

Modeling.

You must be the role model and guide to show your mlm folks that you are worthy of following, and are a leader. Do what you ask them to do, and do it BIG. Show them that you believe in what you are saying, and you do it daily.

And through your actions and words, let them “breathe” into their hearts, and keep them inspired and wanting to follow you into a greater life of Success in MLM.

2) You MUST Praise, not just Promote.

Praise is the secret weapon to motivating people. Many times, we will promote the new folks who went up a pin level, and that is important. But praising someone for a valiant effort will motivate 10 times more.

Why?

People will always appreciate being appreciated for the effort, not just the result. Motivation must have a foundation of praise and recognition. If you have that foundation and praise and recognize your people for their efforts as well as results, you will find that there will be more pin levels to celebrate.

3) You MUST pour into them what has been ignored about them.

Most people never get much of any encouragement. That is our job in MLM. We must encourage those who not only need it, but all who are on your team. There is nothing more motivating than the right word at the right time. A word of belief, or a word of “I am there with you” can go a long way in keeping people onFIRE.

You must pour into your team Big Thinking, Big Belief, Big Vision, Big Future, Big Life. You must constantly say the 4 most powerful words in network marketing: “I believe in you.”

If you pour into the person what has been ignored most of their life, they will follow you wherever you go, for the rest of their life. They will become ‘addicted” to your encouragement and hope that they feel from you.

4) You MUST introduce new Success ideas and Bigger Possibilities into their heart.

New ideas that enlarge a person are worth their weight in gold in MLM. Have you ever seen someone get ignited when they had an “aha” moment? You need to become the “aha master” and continually introduce new Success and possibilities into their life. Most jobs and family cultures are limited and shrink most people’s dreams. Enlarge your teams’ dreams.

The Million Dollar question: WHY ARE YOU THINKING SO SMALL?

Ramp your team up with some Success ideas that will expand and enlarge their brains beyond where they have ever been! Suggest Success books to read and CDs to listen to, and take them to empowerment seminars. Get them around millionaires in your upline if you have any. Get them thinking HUGE.

5) You MUST give personal time and attention to those who deserve it.

Nothing motivates more than personal attention in Network Marketing. Focusing in on one person for a time, maybe over lunch or coffee, and pouring into them individually. Personal encouragement is a great way to give personal attention to folks.

Find out what is meaningful to them. Find out what they TRULY want in life, and listen to why. Discover what is important in life to them and why. Ask what they want to change more than anything about their life. Ask about family, kids, faith, hobbies, interests, etc.

Find out WHO THEY ARE.

Discover what trips their trigger, and get them so excited that they would be 24/7 to get it. That is giving someone personal time and attention. It is worth it’s weight in gold.

You cannot motivate anyone. But you can inspire and pour into them so they will motivate themselves to create an MLM business that could make them wealthy.

Now THAT is true motivation in MLM and Network Marketing!

We seem to hesitate and wonder what to say or do, and we often miss the chance to talk about our business to people who truly would be opne to moving their life into a larger place.

Why does this happen?

Many times, it is a fear because of a lack of knowledge, or experience approaching people. Talking to people about your business starts with talking to people about anything but your business. Talk about their business and employment. Be interested in THEM, not you. And approaching people with a GREAT INTENTION is the secret.

INFERNO Secret:

Approach people that you do not know for only one reason: To see which category they fit into.

You see, in this world, there are only 2 types of folks:

People you CAN help, and people you CANNOT help.

And if someone that you are chatting with is totally satisfied with where they are in life, then odds are, they are someone who you really cannot help with your Network Marketing business. They may be too entrenched to be open to something new.

There is one trait that MUST be present to help someone with their future and life:

DISSATISFACTION.

And you can listen to someone and tell if they have that trait in their life and career.

They must be dissatisfied about something in their life. It could be unhappy with their career, job, income, future, boss, lack of recognition in the workplace, etc. You need to LISTEN to their words and see where they are and listen for words like, “never,” “it’s a job,” “dread,” “it’s a living,” “change,” etc.

To approach someone is so easy, if you simply approach them with one thing in mind– seeing where they fall in the 2 categories of life. Someone that is totally happy and does not want to enlarge their life and lifestyle, or someone whose timing is good, and is ready to enlarge their life and lifestyle.

Here are 5 HOT ways to open up a conversation with someone that you happen to be in an elevator with, standing in line with, or just happen to be within proximity of a conversation:

1) “What do you do for a living?”

This question simply engages the person with a non threatening question to open up the conversation.

2) “That sounds interesting. How long have you been doing it?”

This question starts to uncover where they are in years, and you can tell how they answer it if they are proud of working in that profession or tired of it.

3) “What’s the name of the company you work for?”

This is a question that will determine where they are employed, and you can tell by their answer if they are truly excited about being there, or not. Someone who says, “I work for ABC company. They are so good to me!” or “They are a great company” THAT is a person who likes where they work. If they say, “I work for ABC company downtown and have been there for 12 years,” their focus is different here. It sounds like a prison term.

4) “Tell me about it. Do you enjoy what you do?”

This question will simply uncover if there is any hint of dissatisfaction in their career or employment. If they answer, “YES! I love what I do!” they probably are happy with their job. If they say, “It’s a living,” or “It’s a job,” or “It puts food on the table,” odds are they are not totally happy with what they do. Both answers though carry potential for Network Marketing.

Why?

One is totally happy with what they do, and the other is not. The first answer shows a potential great personality, and could be a potential positive asset to any company. The other answer shows some dissatisfaction, and may be looking for something better.

5a) “Just curious, are you keeping your income options open or know anyone who is where you work?”

This question simply sees if they are open to more money. Many times they will ask, “What do you mean?” I always answered “There is a company that I know that is looking for some talent. They are looking for people who are looking for more in life and to do better financially. I am not sure if it would be a fit here, but judging from our conversation, I believe it would be worth 15 minutes of your time. Gotta card or contact number?”

5b) “Do you know anyone where you work that is unhappy with their job? I know of a company that is looking for some talent and would love to talk to them.”

That’s it. That simple. That brief. I held this conversation with people thousands of times,and sold a lot of product, and recruited a lot of folks. How does it work? iI simply is conversation which puts people at ease.

If this business of MLM could be boiled down to one word, it would be CONVERSATION. And that is all it is. A simple, friendly, non threatening conversation that can be held with anyone, anywhere.

That is one of the many ways that you talk to folks you do not know about MLM and Network Marketing.

Top 10 MLM Holiday Recruiting Secrets in Network Marketing

The Holidays.

New Years.

What can you do to accelerate your mlm business during the Holiday season and get it going during what most folks perceive as the “slow down time” of the year for network marketing?

First off, get this:

REFUSE to participate this year in the slow down that most network marketers fall prey to. You do not have to, as we never did, and neither should you.

Here is a list of the top 10 things you can do for MLM Recruiting Success during the holidays:

1) Fruit baskets.

You can get inexpensive fruit baskets, and put your samples or coupons in, and decorate it in the colors of your network marketing company. Include an audio or dvd, and also an invite to a seminar that they can attend at not cost.

2) Holiday audio cards.

Send out with your Christmas cards a CD you recorded especially for that person, and wish them happy holidays, and then tell them you would love to chat with them the first of the year, as you want to give them the gift of success. This is a great way to introduce the concept of network marketing success to folks.

3) Hold a Holiday Customer appreciation luncheon or reception.

You can do this at your home. Simply invite your best mlm customers to a holiday appreciation event, and make them the superstars of it. Have small gifts for them, and let them know how much you appreciate their business, and then ask them the first of the year for 2 referrals. You will get them from every single person who was at that event.

4) Holiday Upline Open House.

If you have an organization, you should either open your house, or someone whoi has a sizeable home, and invite your mlm distributors to an open House. Have them bring guests, and have a party that celebrates the holidays, but is sponsored by your company. Let it be a fun social with music and slot machines online games, and then connect with the guest to follow up with in January.

5) Miniature Christmas Tree gift.

Get some small, miniature Christmas trees (usually at a dept store) that can sit on a table, and then attach product samples and your card to it, and then take it to your local bank as a gift, your CPA, your dentist, doctor, real estate agent, and whoever else you know that has an office. Have free coupons on the small tree to try your service or product, and have some fun visiting your friends.

6) Mall blitz.

Go to a mall on saturday, and see how many people you can start a conversation with, and then give them a card or CD. Talk th them about their kids, what they are doing for Christmas, the weather, the crowds, etc. See if you can collect 10 names, and do it in teams. The team that collects the most names, the other teams, have to buy them lunch or dinner.

7) Neighborhood Holiday mailer.

Go to the library, and look in the cross reference index for your address. You will notice there are a ton more in that index that are in your neighborhood. Make a copy of the addresses, as they are your neighbors, and then send them a Christmas card introducing yourself as the ABC neighborhood rep, and wish them a Merry Chrismas and Happy new year. Then follow up in January and see if you can set an appointment to chat with them about your products. Telephone numbers are inlcuded on the cross index reference guides found in your library. You are their neighbor, and that gives you some instant conection with them.

8) Give away “As a man Thinketh” books by James Allen.

You can get this paperback book very inexpensively, and give out to prospects, and you truly are giving the “gift of success.” This little book changed my life, and millions of others. You can also find free ebooks online that folks can download. This is a great gift to give folks that you meet, as it truly is an eye opening book, and will be appreciated, and you will be remembered.

9) Visit Community Holiday Functions.

CONNECT! CONNECT! CONNECT! You need to connect to new prospects during the holidays, and community functionsd are a great way to do this. Get out and become a “holiday networking machine.” Network and meet people and make new friends and give away something to them as a holiday gift. Make sure every person you talk to has a gift and your card, and you have some form of contact info as well. There are a TON of folks at community event- BE THERE. Check your sunday newspaper for where these events are.

10) The Holiday Success Card.

Send people you know, and also prospects a seasonal card, and include within it an article about success, goal setting, leadership, time management, or any other success oriented topic. This not only will set you apart, but also will set you above, as Success is a gift rarely given, and people love these types of reading to improve next year.
