Home Business Training-Is Your Business a YES or NO Business?

A home business is built many ways and with many tools.

One of the 2 tools that a network marketing business is built with is YES and NO. Many MLM distributors do not realize that their home based business is being built by someone else.

WHAT???

You READ THAT RIGHT.

Many a home business is being built by someone else the distributor knows through powerful Influence,and they are using the NO tool to do it.

Many a work at home distributor in a home based business has left the profession because someone else was building their business-with negative words and actions that influence the distributor over time to give up and simply walk away.

I almost walked away my first 4 years -5 times- due to negative comments and people’s influence over my life.

Thank God I was able to GROW BIGGER than their negatives.

Isn’t it TIME that you moved you and your work at home business into the YES ZONE?

Isn’t it time that you simply took CONTROL of your MLM destiny and quit letting someone else “build” -or in this case destroy- your business.

I do a lot of private one on one consultation and I am amazed at how many people let others dictate and build their business with their negative and poisonous “not going to happen” focus. And eventually the distributor gives in to the verbal and emotional assault of others -and quits.

And they could have gone on to build a dream business that would have given them an amazing life. But yet they built their business on the foundation of someone else’s NO.

Here is a quote that I sent out a while back over twitter as well as facebook and LinkedIn hat got a lot of feedback:

“It is those that say a resounding YES to Home Business Success as well as Life that live a Larger then normal life, have a Larger than normal business, and have a more Powerful than normal income. Say YES- and QUIT LISTENING to the NOs that are trying to STOP YOU. “

The word YES.

It is a DECISION.

It is a FOCUS.

It is an ACTON.

It is a BELIEF.

It is a MIND SET.

It is a RESULTS MAKER.

It is a LIFESTYLE.

It is a DECIDED DESTINY.

Yes is one of the most powerful words in all language and MLM. It simply says “I will move forward with that.”

But a DECIDED YES also includes a silent- “And I will NOT BE STOPPED.”

Many people build a home business as well as live a life of NO because they were taught that and grew up in that NO culture. But you can change that in a heartbeat.

Change your DECIDED DESTINY from NO to YES.

Yes I am succeeding with my Home Business.

Yes I am the top earner for my Company.

Yes I am the most powerful Leader on my Home Business Team.

Yes I am building a team of 50,000 people in my Home Business.

Yes I am living a lifestyle that most only dream of with my Home Business.

YES I am doing it NOW and No Thing, No Lie, No Person, No Result, No Insult, No Lack of Understanding, No or No Crisis will STOP ME and my Home business..

I WILL NOT BE DENIED.

THAT is a mind set well abovethe norm in the crowd of mediocrity, and you will RISE above everyone and everything that tries to stop you.

MLM Prospecting- The HIDDEN Question the Prospect Always Asks?

Prospecting in MLM is something that MUST happen everyday.

In social media, online, internet, offline, and any other way that it takes to find quality prospect for your home business.

But many do not look at the mlm prospecting process from the PROSPECT’S point of view.

That is a MUST.

ALWAYS consider the prospect’s point of view and what they are thinking.

THAT is critical as it is the PROSPECT that must be motivated to move towards you. And knowing what they are thinking will pay handsomely down the road in your mlm prospecting.

Imagine this…

There you are.

You are right in the middle of this great mlm presentation and then suddenly the network marketing prospect seems to drift off, and you are losing them. They eventually come back to you, but there for a minute you were a little worried about what you were doing wrong.

You were doing nothing wrong.

They were just walking into THE QUESTION.

There you are.

You are in front of 50 people, and rocking the house with a great mlm prospecting presentation and everything seems to be going incredible. And then suddenly, one by one, the mlm prospects seem to be somewhere else, and not with you. HELLO! You look, and one by one, they are returning. You question what just happened.

Nothing.

They were just walking through THE QUESTION.

Every home business network marketing prospect that you have talked to, or ever will talk to, asks this question sometime during the path to the Decision in Network Marketing. We all make it, and we all think it with every thing we look at doing or buying. It is done everyday.

Many times, we ask it quietly, and other times we will drift off and think about it, and feeling what answer we can come up with.

Especially in MLM and Network Marketing and Home business.

What is THE QUESTION?

“What kind of VALUE do I feel this has for my life, and is it enough Value for me to bring into my life?”

You may not think those exact words, but you will think them in some form.

VALUE RULES in making decisions to change, add, or delete anything in your life.

It is the same in Home Business Network Marketing and MLM.

The Next time that you are presenting to a prospect, make sure you POUR ON THE VALUE.

These are questions that your mlm prospect will be thinking:

How will this create Value to the prospect’s future and family?

How will this create more Value in their lifestyle?

How will this bring more Value than what they currently have or doing?

How will this bring Value to their Dreams?

How will this bring Value to their life and future that they cannot get anywhere else or from anyone else?

VALUE is the KEY to unlocking the MLM Success Doors.

Are you turning it in your MLM and Network Marketing home business or are you missing it?

The MLM prospect MUST feel that what you are talking to them is of EXTREME Value, and if it is, you will find your business soaring in your MLM and home based business.

In a home based business, there is NO more powerful Success secret than THE START.

Many people are stopped by the Start in MLM.They let their fears and old emotions get in the way and never really START the process of Success. Oh…they may start to INTEND to do something, but yet never get around to it.

Is that YOU?

Do you have a challenge of simply getting the key in the ignition and starting your Success Engine? You may think you are not ENOUGH, or do not HAVE ENOUGH, or maybe simply are not SMART ENOUGH.

Does NOT matter. I love this quote from one of our Presidents:

“Do what you can, with what you have, with where you are…”

Start.

Just start.

Nike says it — “Just Do It!(tm)”

We say “Just Start!”

Doesn’t matter if you do not have all the education, training, tools or Success manuals for a Successful home business.

Doesn’t matter if timing isn’t perfect for a home business. Many times it will not be.

Doesn’t matter if you are not in the perfect place to do what your heart burns for, and has dream for, whether massive success, or massive lifestyle.

Start. Now.

The least known people in the world who got started years ago, now are millionaires/billionaires.

Steve Jobs.

He started Apple Computer — totally underfunded, understaffed, misunderstood.

But he got underway.

He Started.

Bill Gates.

He started. Well, you know, that Seattle company. He started in a dorm room, with no money, and only one gear:

Success OverDrive. And his drive is what got him over the tough spots.

Michael Jordan.He started. And was stopped several times, but he kept starting over, and over. And well, you know. He did pretty good.

Reasonable is staying put. Unreasonable is Starting Power.

There are No excuses for not starting.

You wanna know what Start stands for?

“Success Taking Action (that) Removes Timidity.”

That’s why you need to Start.

The timid will never RULE in the marketplace.

What’s the VERY FIRST THING you need to do to create your Success Dream and Passion in your Life with your network marketing company?

Write it down.

Break it down into the 3-4 tasks required to complete it.

See it on the Movie Screen in your Mind as Successful.

Review it and Rehearse it on your “Screen”, over and over.

Get 2 pieces of paper.

On one, write all the reasons you cannot do this and succeed.

On the the other piece, write all the reasons you MUST do this and succeed.

NOW– Tear one of them up.

And if you chose the reasons you MUST Succeed:

Start. Just Start.

Being Totally, Radically, Absolutely Unreasonable in your Achievement and Success pursuit in your home business. Your STARTING will make such a powerful difference in your mind set and attitude it will blow you away.

Network Marketing- The Words that Turned My Business Around in 30 Seconds?

Home Business Success can be a challenge to say the least.

I used to be the world’s most prolific quitter of this network marketing business.

Or at least was.

I quit on the average about 4 times a month when I was in the fire of things and recruiting like crazy.

Let me clarify….when I was struggling like crazy.

Sound all too familiar?

I often said “This is stupid. I am NO good a this. I can make more money bagging groceries.” And then I would think for a while and then decide to try again.

And I tried.

And I got REAL tired of trying network marketing and nothing happening. My home based business was becoming a Home BOMB Business because I was bombing out big time.

For the life of me, I could not think of why everything I was trying…was not working. Folks, I am talking for THREE LONG YEARS- I was like Moses in the desert.

I tried everything.

All I was getting was a bunch of sand.

Then my mentor, who I call “The 7 Billion Dollar Networker” said something one day that hit me like a ton of bricks. I always had a tremendous amount of respect for his genius in this business. But that one day, my respect for him grew even more because of what he said.

He simply said, “Trying something guarantees weakness. There is no power in trying. I have watched you as you ‘ve tried this business for over 3 years. Quit trying and start DOING what needs to be done and do it powerfully. DOING is 1000 times more likely to Succeed than just trying.”

Wow.

Those words changed my whole career in the Home business profession.

And all it took was 30 seconds for him to turn my business totally around. THAT was a Divine Revelation and a Power Boost for my Home Business Success that is STILL working in my network marketing success.

Home Business Training- What to Do When a Prospect Goes Ballistic?

Home business success is about being able to build your business NO MATTER what happens, is said, or is done.

Many Leaders have gone through a Ballistic Prospect before, but rarely shares what to do with her/his Leaders.

Many times, in calls as well as face to face meetings, or even public meetings, there can be a negative prospect or even a Ballistic prospect that really gets upset.

What do you DO?

What do you SAY?

Home business Success requires that you build your business with prospects that are HAPPY to be talking with you, not upset. You WILL occasionally run across those types that for whatever reason, are just upset at life and take it out on you.

Do NOT fight back with words.

There is NO reason to play verbal judo and start lowering yourself to that level of communication, remember that at the end you will obtain performance reviews from your customers. Many times, whether in person or on facebook- ESPECIALLY on social media sites- that is what they want. (Every home business training should cover some aspect of this as it happens on social sites.)

They want to get an “anger thread” going and get everyone’s attention and comments.

Do NOT go there as that is a fight that you cannot win.

If someone gets upset, and even goes Ballistic, here is what you type in on social sites, or simply say:

“I am sorry. My intentions were not to upset you, but simply inform you of something that has made a tremendous difference in my life and lifestyle. Obviously, this is not for you, so let’s go ahead and end this part of the conversation with my apologies.”

Simple, to the point, and leaves you looking like a True Leader in your home business mlm business.
