Well, this is another turn off, as the majority of folks know that you do not know them that well. Saying someone would be perfect for this is a gamble at best. You do not KNOW if they would be. You HOPE they would be, but you do not KNOW.

Operate in Integrity.

Here is what you need to say, “Your personality is amazing, and I believe could be worth a fortune with the right company. Let me share something with you and see if this would be something right for you…”

Words Rule MLM.

Online as well as offline. Even in videos, and webinars.

Make sure that your words are insuring Success in all you say in your home business mlm business.

Do you ever feel like that you are finding ALL THE WRONG PEOPLE?

Do you know what it is?

A Recruiting List is a list that is BEYOND an mlm leads or network marketing prospect list.

It is a list that you have researched their profile on social sites, learned about them and who they seem to be, and are prepared to connect with them in a whole new way.

Many home business multi level marketing leaders think that building a list is the answer.

It is NOT.

Many prospects that are on a prospect list are not really that interested in your offer. But the ones that you have on a Recruiting List have proven they at least have an interest.

What can you do to build a Recruiting List in your network marketing?

1. Get them engaged and interacting with you in some CONSISTENT way.

To build a recruiting list, you must get them to MOVE towards you, and get them CONNECTED to YOU. Send them something to DO, READ, WATCH, or invite them to skype you or join you in a text chat.

Interaction guarantees Recruiting TRACTION.

2. Ask them questions that will reveal if they are a OPEN to something additional.

Being Direct and to the point can scare some folks in MLM, but it works. It saves you time, and money, and emotion, and can often show that you are a serious Leader thsat Values their time.

CAUTION: There is a difference between being DIRECT and being rude or arrogant. I am simply talking about being Direct in a nice way and cutting a lot of the initial chit chat down to where it is not impeding your recruiting efforts.

Yes, some people may need more initial chat then others, but use common sense.

Spend time with those who are GROWING in life, not stagnating.

Building a Recruiting List can also be done with opt in pages that are more DIRECT and to the point.

When you write copy, make sure that you PLACE THE READER in the land of LARGE LIVING and in LIVING COLOR.

MLM Prospecting- How to Create the PERFECT Warm Prospect List

In your home business, there is all this talk about social media, and good reason. it is a great place to prospect and find leads.

But there is also the OTHER SIDE of the network marketing home business mlm profession.

The TRADITIONAL side that many people today in their home based business still follow, and ALWAYS WILL. Social media funnel marketing did not REPLACE traditional methods, but ENHANCED them with new strategies to empower the more traditional methods. And if you are part of the social media “funnel marketing” crowd, then congrats! You will do well with whatever system you are using. In home business is important to get in touch with the best contractors, see here now the best ones.

But there is still the NEED and DEMAND for the traditional methods, and I call it “BUSINESS BALANCED.”

If you are doing business in the “funnel” crowd, as well as the “Traditional” crowd, then you are BALANCED for the most part and woill see some great things occur in your business.

Others that do ONLY ONE– will see far more attrition and less leads then you need to build this business of network marketing.

The first thing you must realize- NO MATTER if you are brand new or a veteran, you gotta have people to talk to and show your presentation to.

Hello.

And there is a traditional way of collecting a “starting list” of name that has been around since the beginning of this profession of MLM.

You must do what is called a “Memory Jogger”, which is a list of names of people that you know that you will call or contact to tell about your products or mlm business.

Most folks that do a memory Jogger find that they ofte have some difficulty coming up with the names. The Network marketing Company you have partnered with should provide you with a list of “Mental Triggers” that will trigger your mind of people that you know and may have forgotten about.

Here is an interesting fact: It is a Psychological Fact that if you are 25 years or older, you know 1000 people.

You have just forgotten many of those folks so you need a reminder of who they are. That is the purpose for a Network Marketing Memory Jogger. To REFRESH your brain!

The list could contain names of family, occupations, associations, plus many more. You need to look at the list and come up with as many names as you can.

A list would look something like this:

Mother

Father

Sisters

Brothers

Cousins

Neighbors

Friends

Church 

Accountants

Bankers 

Attorneys

Builders

Construction workers

Communication workers

Car Salesman

Coaches

Dancers

Electrical workers

Engineers

Fireman

Florists

Flooring Sales

Life Insurance Sales

Legal Assistants

Machine Shop workers

Retail Sales clerks

You get the main idea. It will help you think of people you have long forgotten or may not have even considered.

But you must come up with at least 50 names the first attempt.

This will give you what I call a “Working Inventory” for your MLM business.

Understand: Your REAL Inventory is NOT the products or Services your company sells. It is PEOPLE.

And you MUST have people to talk to about what you are doing. Many folks who start out have way too few names, and then complain that they have no one to talk to. Think of everyone you know WITHOUT judging their interest level, and write their name down. Use the Memory Jogger provided by your network marketing company, and do it with your upline. It will become a very important part of your beginning success in MLM.

Use the “Follow your Dollar” strategy to come up with names for your warm market list. WHO are you spending money with to live your life and purchase things for you and your family?

Who is your Insurance Agent?

Who did you buy your car from?

Who do you buy your clothes from?

Who sold you your house?

Who do you buy your airline tickets from?

Whose your doctor?

Who does your taxes?

Who is your Dentist?

Are you starting to get the point?

There are people you do business with. You need to let them know you could use their help in your new mlm network marketing enterprise.

Say, “I think you would agree that I do a lot of business with you, and I need your help with my new business.”

The power of the people that you know is beyond words. Doing a Memory Jogger is important to your getting off to a good start in Network Marketing. Make sure you do it and follow the suggestions your company recommends. I believe that for your home based business, you need a BALANCE between social media and traditional MLM. If you simply start making a list and understand they may KNOW who you are looking for, you are well on your way to massive success in your home business mlm.

What you have done is create an environment TO HELP THEM MAKE A DECISION!

People will appreciate this so much more than CLOSING them, online or offline…even though getting the decision online simply requires them taking action of some kind…

Navigation is LEADING.

People follow strength.

Be a Leader with Navigators instead of just getting them to sign an application. If you’re a leader, you will get plenty of apps.

Best of all – the Decision is simple to get.

You MUST help and guide people to a decision that is right for them.

If they do not join you, they will REFER you to folks precisely because you didn’t try to pressure them to do something that was not for them. Get them as a customer and get referrals and you’ll achieve success in MLM and Network Marketing.

In home business mlm social media, there are many sites out there to choose from. and it grows daily it seems with all the new social networking sites out there that are perfect for mlm recruiting. I keep a list of all the new sites just for fun. I want to be sure that I can coach people on how to work the sites and the best parts about them.

Many social media mlm sites out there are ignored.

The reason?

One name:

Facebook.

Seems that everyone is wanting to market on facebook somehow someway. Now I like facebook a LOT and we do LOT of business on it. But like any other sites, there are special parts to it that make it not only perfect for doing business, but also connecting with new prospects and people.

Google + has come on pretty strong and they are still in beta as far as this writing date goes. It may be a player in the future, but right now, it is still all about facebook.

Ok..with that in mind, let’s look at one of the BEST ways to market and recruit on facebook for home business:

EVENTS.

Events are a powerful way to get your message out there is a professional manner. There are new apps out that now you can do facebook webinars-ON FACEBOOK. And it gets even cooler than that with a lot of the other newer apps.

But EVENTS RULE as far as marketing your home based business on facebook. And I think that once you get the fact that facebook events have BENEFITS to them for more than just exposing your business, things get exciting!

One of the most powerful tactics in marketing that Facebook has are Events.

Events are powerful marketing vehicles and something that can do three things for YOU Personally:

1) Facebook events for MLM can establish you as an Expert in your field.

It is focused on featuring you and your message. It will help maximize your exposure and also introduce you to new people via the News Feed. This will help you become more visible as well as branded.

2) Facebook event for Home business can help push your message out as worthy of Listening to.

I hope you know–This is critical. Many people have great messages, but do not really “get out there” enough to be heard. Facebook events can help alleviate that challenge. They can create WIDE EXPOSURE on the facebook wall and also for all your friends to see and join in.

3) Facebook events for multi level marketing can start a Connection process with people who are checking out your home business.

These events are GREAT for people who need an additional or even an initial exposure to to your company.

In your home business and network marketing business, Social Media Leadership is a revelation process that really needs to be looked at by the social media community. It is critical.

Leadership in your home business and social media determines everything in any kind of social media change, growth, improvement, or marketing. Leadership is the elevator in all business – Especially in Social media. It will determine whether something goes UP or goes DOWN in the marketplace. It will determine Value or determine Emptiness.

If you own a home business today, I think you would agree, many folks in mlm and social media are home based entrepreneurs with their own network marketing business. But yet, many of these folks do not take the LEAD in social media.

They sell.

They market.

They converse.

They spend time on social sites.

They buy all the latest “guru’s” CDs and DVDs. (Yes we do market home business social media training resources but I am NO guru.)

Lisa, a friend of mine, keeps a picture of what a person will look like if they learn about and use here skin care system FRONT AND CENTER on her social sites. She is not trying to sell anything except a possibility. It is a Powerful picture that leads to a powerful place.

2) A PATH.

Folks want a Path they can travel, and most want it in modules, or steps. What does your Leadership Path offer and what are the steps?

Have you CLEARLY laid out the path so they can follow with no challenge to where you are leading them?

Are the links and any other “doorways” to new ideas working?

Are the videos you are doing compelling?

Are the pod casts short and to the point and interesting?

Are the blogs readable and well written?

Are any notes or tweets easy to understand?

All a path is is a series of social media “doorways” that lead to where you want them to go. Call them bread crumbs. Call them arrows pointing to a place. But either way, they first lead a person to a place and activity to be taken.

Everyone listens to radio station KIA-AM. That stands for “Keep It All About ME”. Make EVERYTHING about the prospect and what they will receive when that enter the “Promised Land” you are guiding them to.

Make the path they have to travel, click to, or learn about interesting and always point to something they will learn, enjoy, feel good about, and feel glad they took that path with you.

3) A PROMISE.

What as a leader, are you promising anyone that will follow you?

Gain? Increase? Education? Improvement? Answers? Solutions?

Or are you offering them something so of VALUE that not matter who it is, it is TOO Valuable to turn down?

Promises are a dime a dozen-unless you LEAD people to the promise and DELIVER, and set yourself apart from the crowd with REAL relationships in the social arena, as all leaders build connections and Value in all they do.

Make a Promise- and KEEP IT- no matter what. That is Leadership in Social Media.

4) A POWERFUL CONCLUSION.

Nothing will point to you as a Social Media Leader quicker than a Powerful Conclusion to the Promise. Give them what you said you would. Take them where you said you would. Teach them what you said you would.

But give them MORE than the Picture Promises, and where they think the Path Leads. That is what Social Media Leadership is about.
