I have had over a dozen coaching clients recruit someone on Christmas eve, and 2 on Christmas DAY.  Yes  you read that right. How did they do that?

Gently.

And they understood the Top 10 reasons why your business will explode during the holidays.

You can either embrace these, or not-up to you. But I can tell you that the most powerful thing that you can do is just take ONE of them and DRIVE IT INTO YOUR BUSINESS over the holidays.

That is a Golden law of the Holidays Business Building and if you are ready to ACCELERATE your home business during the holidays and Christmas- ROCKING!

What ARE the Top 10 reasons?

1. EMOTION.

The most powerful part of the holidays is the Emotion that is brought forth at ONLY this time of year. It does nor occur any other time like the holidays. And your goal is to tap into that emotion and get them talking about what they love about this season and why. Find out what they love- and then find out what they would love to change during this time to make their life better. I can only tell you that Emotions make someone much more willing to talk about change as they are in a “safe place” in their mind and you are connected to that space. Find out what they want to change NOW- and help them.

2. PEOPLE GATHERING.

People gather more during the holiday season more than any other time of the year. That equals CONVERSATIONS. But do not “attack” the family-online or offline. Do NOT bring your business up. let them ask about it as you use your products in front of them. Talk to them about 2013. Find out their new years resolution. Ask people what 2013 looks like to them. FIND THE PAIN. Then  talk to them after Christmas about it. “Were you serious when you said you really wanted to change….”

3. ECONOMY.

What part of this don’t we all understand? The economy is one of the greatest Conversation Openers that exists today. Ask them about what they see happening. Ask them about their Personal Economy. Is it working for them or do they want more from it? Ask or write them how would you describe today’s economy? How is it impacting you?”

Ask them what they would like to change about their lifestyle- and LISTEN. They are telling you how to recruit them. If on facebook-same thing. LinkedIn-same thing. Mobile – same thing.

4. FORWARD FOCUSED.

During this time of the year, most are “Forward Focused” and “Fired Up for CHANGE.” Stoke their fire. Ask them what they are planning on changing in 2103. Why?

That is a recruiting bulls eye. Whether on skype or face to face- show them how their Forward Focus can transform into a Force of Fortune. “If you describe your 2012 in ONE word- what would it be?” LISTEN. There is your opening and recruiting magnet.

5. TECHNOLOGY.

Today with the mobile devices, social media, and even pinterest and instagram, you can create a connection unlike anything that has existed before. And because of that, you can truly leverage technology beyond your imagination. Send a youtube greeting to friends over the holiday- via mobile media. SMS folks and let them know you are thinking of them and miss them. Get on social media and every one that has put up holiday pictures or videos- COMMENT. Get to know them. Technology = The Accelerator. Period.

6. CHANGE SEEKERS.

That what happens when the holidays arrive. People, by habit, start seeking some kind of change for the better. And they seek-and they seek- and they seek. Many people today in social media and in conversation, will let you know they are not happy where they are in life.

Great. Get them HAPPY. Show them how a little change of tactics with their time can bring a flood of profits into their world. “So what is your PLAN for changing? Would you like one that WORKS?”

Boom.

7. THEY’RE HOME.

Most people have time off for the holidays. Here is a MILLION Dollar question: What better time is there to bring up working from  home, when they ARE at home, and really want to STAY at home and not go back to work away for  their kids?

“You looking forward to going back to work? No? Why Not? Have you ever thought of being proactive about staying at home and making more money then you are now?”

BAAAAM.

8. OPEN TO TALK.

People during the Holiday Season seem to be in a more talkative mood then most any other time of the year. Ok….TALK to them ABOUT THEM. Talk about 2013 and what they MUST change. Talk to them about paying off their credit cards early. Talk to them about the holidays and people they KNOW. Talk to them about what the Holidays bring to their life – and what they WISH they would bring to their life.

TALK- about THEM. Period. End of discussion.

9. More OPEN to a PRIVATE CONVERSATION.

In any gathering, ask this one question: “I could really use your help on something. Won’t take much. But now is not a good time. After the first, can we hold a private conversation for a couple of minutes?”

This is a KILLER question for online and social media as well.

10. FAR.   Frustration. Anger. Resentment.

I have never seen folks so frustrated about life, in my life time here on earth. And because of it, they are Angry about it, and often carry Resentment of their job, paycheck, boss, and other things into conversations. Listen to their language and emotions. They are actually OPEN to some help simply by talking openly about their struggles from income to outgo.

OK…help them. “What is your PLAN to get through this?” “Are you going to remain frustrated or would  you like to get out of that?” “Let me share with you an idea that has changed my life and could easily yours…”

Social Up and Mobile UP and let people know you are a Solution Specialist and can help them in a multitude of ways.

Here is something that will make you smile and look forward to Christmas eve!

 

Twas the Night before Net-Work Nick!

Twas the night before Christmas, all through the house,                                                                                                                                  Not a creature was stirring, except me clicking my mouse,
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care
With all my applications to be sent laying there..


The children were all nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of millions danced in my head,
and mamma and her kercheif and I in my “never quit” cap
had just settled down for a long winter’s nap.

When out on the lawn there rose such a clatter,
I sprang from my magnet mattress to see what’s the matter
Away to the window i flew like a flash,
Stumbled over my new dealer kit and threw up the sash


The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow,
gave a diamond bright quality to the objects below
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear
but a miniature sleigh and and a downline of reindeer

With a little ol driver so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment in must be Net-Work Nick…
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
and he motivated them like crazy calling them by name

Now Dasher, Now Dancer, Now prancer, now Vixen,
On Comet, and Cupid, Start 30 day blitzing!
To the top of the pay plan! To the top of it all!
now dash away dash away! dash away all!

As dry leaves that before a wild hurricane fly,
when they meet with an obstacle it increases the drive,
So up to the house top the coursers they flew,
with the sleigh full of product, and Net-Work Nick too!

And then in a twinkling I heard on the roof,
Recruit Recruit Recruit! and the sound of each hoof
As I drew in my hand, was turning around,
down the chimney Net-Work Nick came with a bound

he was dressed all in fur, like all the “Diamonds” do,
and  his suit was Versace,with boots brand new,
A bundle of products and apps on his back,
and he looked at me as he opened his sack…

His eyes how they twinkled as if he took out his apps,
His cheeks were like rubies his lips how they flapped
His droll little mouth was speaking of MLM,
and the beard he had looked distinguished on him..

The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
as he took out a board and started talking to me,
Circles,and more Circles he drew as he was telling,
and when he laughed he shook like a bowl full of jelly.

He wanted me to join santaclause.com,
and be one of his frontline, be number one.
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
soon I was signing my name in red.

He spoke not a word, for he knew how it worked,
and when I signed the application away it was jerked
and laying his finger aside of his nose,
he gave me my dealer kit, and up the chimney he rose

He sprang to his sleigh to his downline gave a shout
and away they all flew for another prospects house,
But I heard him exclaim as he drove out of site…
Duplicate Duplicate! Morning-noon- and night!!!

S.A.N.T.A. MLM Recruiting

 Does Santa have special mlm recruiting secrets that he can give away this time of the year?

 Well…apparently so.

 When I was talking with him recently on my special North Pole QR Code Mobile Ho Ho ho Phone, he told me some things that I felt that I needed to share!

 Now…lets be real.

Santa is NOT in any kind of network marketing company as far as I can tell, but I believe that he can teach us a few things about networking since he does it worldwide once a year!

 So…what 5 MLM Recruiting secrets does Santa have to put in your home business stocking this year?

 Here are 5 mlm recruiting secrets straight for  the North Pole and able to help you recruit and sponsor in 2012!

 Ho Ho Ho!

We are going to use the word SANTA as an acronym- as he did- ahem- and see what they are!

 1. S stands for SOLUTION.

 Santa recommends that you are focused on finding a problem that the prospect has, or someone they know has pertaining to your products, and then providing a SOLUTION to it.

 You are in the business of SOLVING PROBLEMS for people, and that is what you must focus on. The bigger the problem, the more valuable the solution.

 Your products have benefits. The opposite of the benefits are the PROBLEMS people have.

 Point them out and then ask them if they would like a solution to that issue.

 Santa does that ever year with special toys for boys and girls that help them have a great Christmas!

 2. A stands for ASK.

 During the holidays always ASK for a “Private Conversation” – you need a person’s help.

 “Hey- after the first of the year I would like to talk with you for a minute private. I need your help on something. May I give you a call?”

 Even Santa asks the children what they want for Christmas!

 Ok…ask people what they want to see in the year 2012 IMPROVE and then show them how you can help them do that!

 3. N stands for NEVER.

 NEVER pressure. Ever. During the holidays, you want to people to ENJOY talking with you, not trying to avoid you.

 Never ask more than once during the holidays. If they do not want to chat about it then, great.

 Never ask in front of people. Make it a personal and private conversation.

 Never ask to focus on what YOUR gain is-always the prospect’s.

 Santa NEVER pressures you.

NOTE: If you do not want to tell him what you want for Christmas, then he will simply go to the next child.

 CLUE!

 4. T stands for TALK.

 Talk about the person or prospect during the holidays.

 Talk about their family.

 Talk about their job.

 Talk about their facebook experiences.

 Talk about their 2011 year.

 Talk about their hopes for 2012.

 TALK about them- not you.

 Think TINY = Their Interest Not Yours.

 Santa never tells you what he wants for Christmas!

 5. A stands for A free gift.

 Always give them some kind of a free gift- online or offline. It could be a free ebook, video, PDF, webinar, or offline it could be a free report printed out, a free CD on Success or leadership, a free coupon, or some other free gift.

 This is what Santa does.

 Freely GIVE and give often during the holiday season.

 GIVE = Gain Influence Very Easily!

Today is Thanksgiving and Jodi and I want to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!

How would you like to learn an MLM Success Formula especially designed for THANKSGIVING that works ONLINE as well as OFFLINE?

Thanksgiving is THE START of the Holiday Season, and 2011 is going to be an incredible season. We are going to use the word “Thanksgiving” and use it as an acronym. This will focus you on MLM Success maybe in a way that you have not focused before and give you some nuggets that will help you during the holiday season.

I plan on doing a series of posts that will focus on Holiday Business Building and consider this the beginning of those posts.

Let’s take the work “Thanksgiving” and use each letter as a Secret of Holiday MLM Success.

T stands for “THANK YOU.”

Always thank the person for their time and willingness to chat with you. Make sure they know you appreciate their time and interest in what you are doing.

H stands for “HELP.”

Your goal is simple. It is TO HELP PEOPLE solve a problem. Focus in on helping someone with an issue they may have financially, health wise, skin wise, or whatever your products benefits bring to the table.

HELP stands for  “Holiday Energy Lifting People (UP!)”  Make sure your energy and attitude is always powerful and success soaked.

A stands for “ASK.”

You get 100% of what you do not ask for.  And that would be NOTHING.

Always ask people during the holidays about next year, family, and plans for the holidays. It works and draws them towards you. Ask for their help in locating talent or customers for your business.

N stands for “NON- THREATENING.”

Always be non-threatening. This will insure that people will listen to you. If people feel you are too pushy, too much pressure, or too focused on what YOU GET, not what you can GIVE-people may feel somewhat threatened by you. Be relaxed, easy going, and enjoying life while you are working your business. It will make things go a whole lot better-online or offline.

K stands for “KEEP IT FOCUSED.”

On them. It is NOT about you. It is about the mlm prospect. Keep it focused on THEM and their dreams and goals, and you will always achieve yours.

S stands for “SOLUTION.”

That is what recruiting is about-solving a problem and someone wanting to help others solve a problem and get paid for it. Focus on SOLUTIONS to people’s problems and you will find you will not have many problems in your own home based business. It will be rocking.

G stands for “GIVE.”

GIVE stands for “Gain Influence Very Easily.” Give something for FREE. Give something away. Give a kind word. Give SOMETHING and plant a seed. There will never be any fruit, if there has not been a seed planted.  Hello.

I stands for “IMAGINE.”

You MUST get the prospect to IMAGINE what their life could be like, working with you. Paint a powerful picture in their mind of a lifestyle they could only dream of, and then make it possible with your business. Imagination is one of the most powerful mlm recruiting tools that exists.

V stands for “VALUE.”

It is ALL about Value. It is ALL about VALUE. It is ALL about Value. If you have any doubt what this business is about, read the last 3 sentences again. Value reigns SUPREME with a home business prospect and if they do not sense VALUE in what you offer, you are not going to recruit them.

I stands for “INCREASE.”

In some way, show them how their life and income is going to increase dramatically working with you. Increase the possibilities in their life and the potential of their future. Increase ENLARGES everything.

N stands for “NEGATIVES.”

If someone is negative with you, then thank them. You read that right – thank them.“I appreciate your input, but I do not think that way. I thank you for your willing to give me your opinion. I personally believe that we have an amazing Greatness inside of us, and I want to unleash mine into the world. What’s your plan for unleashing yours?”

G stands for “GREATNESS.”

Help others realize the Greatness that is inside of them. Focus on their gifts and talents. Focus on what they have to offer the world. And focus on Destiny- not just the future. “I wish you could see you through my eyes. You would see a greatness that would blow your mind.”

This is the Thanksgiving MLM Success Formula. Take these points and adapt them into your business. They will make a HUGE difference in your holiday mlm home business success.

Do you believe that it is THANKSGIVING in 2 weeks and your network marketing business will be in another season?

What are your plans for your network marketing business? Do you have any that will help EXPLODE your business?

Oh…I forgot.

Your home based business takes a back seat to the holidays. It is family time and not work time. It is the time to enjoy life not to work. And that is just the way it is. everyone knows that your home business suffers during the holidays.

Oh REALLY?

Who in the world SOLD YOU ON THAT?

This is the typical thinking of most networkers in our profession. They have done something that has really hurt their business when they did not have to.

They have created a false ideal during the holidays and of course, it more than likely came from their upline or a friend.

Do you know what the word S.L.O.W. stands for?

“Someone Laying Off Working.”

Read that again!

If your business is slow during the holidays, then it is because you have decided to Lay Off Working and yourself from this business.

This brings me to the ONE THING that slows down all home business during the holidays. It slows down volume, paychecks, as well as activity. It is a major hindrance to Success during the holiday- and it is a MYTH.

What is the ONE THING?

Believing that people are NOT OPEN to talking about 2012 and what 2012 could hold in store if they owned their own business.

That is simple- but the truth.  It is a myth.

Why?

Because the reality is, is that people during the holidays are more open to talking about CHANGE and INCREASE then any other time of the year. They are looking to make New Years Resolutions and ENLARGE their life and income.  

This is their FOCUS:  How can I IMPROVE 2012 over this previous year?

if you can help them answer that question- your Holiday Business will be GOLDEN!

This is critical you understand that. The holidays have a tremendous pull on people’s time and focus, so why not talk to the about what is on their mind? IMPROVING next year.

During Thankgiving and during the Christmas Holidays, as well as New years!  Simply ask this:

“What are you planning on changing next year that will improve your life and lifestyle? What is your PLAN to do that?”

THEN LISTEN.

They Will tell you all you need to know to start a conversation of possibilities with them about 2012 and the possibility of owning their own business.

Do NOT fall prey to those that say that business slows down during the holidays. Here is a truth:

Business slows down because PEOPLE slow down working their business. Either you accept that or you do not. But it IS the truth.

Look to those that you will see during the holidays and PLAN on talking to them about 2011. This wll help increase and accelerate your business dramatically with your MLM Home Business during the holidays.
