Something missing that should NOT be. But many people miss- that it’s missing.

But most for whatever reasons, do not even pay attention enough to include this element in their presentations.

I know.

You have a great recruiting ratio and hot presentation and all the leads that you need. But yet, you probably are not getting the results that you want, nor the minimum results that you are hoping for.

Let’s take peanut butter and jelly.

They are 2 separate things but when brought together form an amazing sandwhich. But there is something we must address:

There is no peanut butter and jelly sandwhich if one is missing. BOTH have to be there and a part of the whole.

It is the same with fish and chips. If either the fish or the french fries are missing, then you have just have a plain plate of fish- or fries.

It is the same with recruiting.

There is an element that explodes recruiting but seems to be missing in most of it. It would be like oxygen being missing in water. You would no have the water that refreshes, but only hydrogen!

What element is missing in most of the recruiting in the industry?

CONVICTION.

Plain and simple.

It has the same root word as “convinced.”

It is what people are FEELING from you that matters- not just hearing from you.

Conviction carries a magnetism that nothing else does. And if you employ it into your message and recruiting, you will find your Success in Network Marketing accelerating dramatically.
