Leadership for the company.

It is critical and mandatory that the demand for mlm leadership be front and center and not settle for anything less. That is the problem. Many settle for anything but leadership, as they are more focused on “managing the prospect” versus LEADING THE MLM PROSPECT.

    I really like the Secret 1, “Let your prospect know you are looking for a leader” That is great!

    I’ve been listening to your Psychology of Recruiting and you spend a lot of time saying that people are talking to the wrong people. I’ve spend a lot of wasted time talking to those people, and now I’m ready to talk to the leaders.

    The questions are excellent. I think there are a lot of people out there now who are rethinking the whole 40-40-40 plan. This is an excellent time to find leaders who can step out in front and achieve their goals and help others as well.

    • I’ve been letting my prospects know I’m looking for a leader since reading this post and my responses have been completely different than before. My funnel is now full of mostly interested people.
